Drawn Cup Needle Roller Bearing :
The outer ring of drawn cup needle roller bearing is punched with the high-quality steel sheet. The outer ring has thin wall.The drawn cup needle roller bearing has the characterstics of small radial section area, large load carring capacity ,less inertia and economic manufacture. It is suitable for small section heght, or when the housing bore isnot used for raceway , this type is recommended to use .The bearing is assembled into the housing bore under a certain pressure without fu rther axial location.
The draw up needle roller bearing generally takes its shaft diameter as the internal raceway .However , the proper LR type inner ring can be used in accordance with application condition.
The draw up needle roller bearing has two structures-with retainer and with full of needles. They are are divided intoopenend type and close-end type. The structure with retainer has the single seal ring and double seal ring .The structure with full of needles has a large load carrying capacity.

- Q: How can i tell if my wheel bearings are bad? I replaced my Calipers on both sides and my pads. I can't do my rotors myself b/c it's a 97 honda and there pressed on. My rotors are in need of replacing but smooth and i don't believe them to be the cause of my grinding noise. The grinding noise is when i am driving and gets worse at higher speeds and tends to pulsate a bit. When i apply the brakes it doesn't get any worse and feels good under the foot? - Yes the noise is the wheel bearings because wheel bearing get louder the faster you go. The pitch will get higher or lower when turning the wheel slightly left or right.. The pulsating you feel is the rotors.

- 1 i highly doubt it has replaceable ball bearings....most cheap grinders have a bushing......... #2 even if it does have replaceable bearings....its probably cheaper to just buy a new angle grinder than to try and have them replaced.... #3 there is no specific part for this.....i mean yes there is but no way to find out since u would have to pull it apart and look........ #4 also since u didn't say which bearing are u talking about??
- Q: I know it would mean changing a standard skating industry has been using for the past 30 years, but it would advantage longboarding enormously. Longboarding oftenly means bad pavements, rough surfaces, sometimes offroad which kills any good bearings in a matter of days. Now the bigger the bearing, the bigger its balls which means bigger tollerance, therefore longer life.Not to mention faster speeds.It would require a new line of trucks and wheels but I think it would be worth it.
- just clean your bearings. not that hard. they do make 10mm bearings for 10mm axles on precision trucks though.

- Q: Its a yamaha r6 2002 model and im trying to remove the back wheel bearings.I have pulled the oil seal off and the circlip but cant get any further.The bearings arnt moving when i tried to tap them out.Do i need to take the wheel to a dealer to press the bearings out with a special tool made for the job or is there a way to remove them on my own and how do you put the new ones back in? Any advise would be greatly appreciated as i need my bike for work and at the moment its in bits and cant put it back together until this is sorted.

- Q: I took my Expedition to the dealer to check he alignment..... they told me they could not do that because the wheel bearings (all four) needed to be replaced. I took it to two other mechanics.... they said maybe only two needed to be replaced. I didn't ask these other mechanics about the alignment.
- You can not properly align a vehicle with loose wheel bearings because the wheels might not be in a perfectly true position if a bearing is loose so they are correct. And Ford does seem to have they're share of wheel bearing trouble but all 4 being bad might be stretching it a bit unless it has high mileage and you should have been noticing a growling noise if a bearing was bad.
- Q: I had found out bones reds are one of the most best bearings for the money, and lots of mates have them so I bought some bones red's from Trademe (the New Zealand version of ebay) and they were real and all. as soon as I got them I rode them all around. but after about a week they were worse than my abec 3's. So I changed Back to them. While I was at the skate park People were saying that bones reds just need wearing into. so I cleaned them by soaking them in turps then putting speed cream on them. I have been skating heaps this month. but still not beta...???So any advice or help of what im doing wrong would be appreciated
- Thats strange. I've had the same Bones bearings for years and they spin just as good as they ever did since the day i bought them. If it;s not to late I would say go back and exchange them or do like your friends said and try to break them in. But I can't imagine ever having to break in a good set of bearings...good luck
- Q: Back in the day(about 10 years ago) I had ceramic wheel, crank, water pump, countershaft, mainshaft and steering stem bearings. I was trying to find ceramic bearings for my son's KTM 50 and can't find anyone that sells them. I am trying to cut down on weight on his little bike. I am also trying to find a titanium shock spring for that little bike.Any help would be much appreciated. I have been trying Google for the past couple of days. This stuff is for the 50cc mod class not the stock class...
- Don't know how much help this would be to you as I have a crf250r and have ceramic bearings in it but being in Australia mine came from a company called Black Mamba Racing. They are worth the cost and it is a mod that most will not admit to but all the pros run them in their bikes. Finding them for a ktm 50 could be an issue though as most would not think to put them in therefore there may not be much of a market for it. So perhaps look for a company like Black Mamba that produce racing components in your country.
