Drawn Cup Needle Roller Bearing :
The outer ring of drawn cup needle roller bearing is punched with the high-quality steel sheet. The outer ring has thin wall. The drawn cup needle roller bearing has the characterstics of small radial section area, large load carring capacity ,less inertia and economic manufacture. It is suitable for small section heght, or when the housing bore isnot used for raceway , this type is recommended to use .The bearing is assembled into the housing bore under a certain pressure without fu rther axial location.
The draw up needle roller bearing generally takes its shaft diameter as the internal raceway .However , the proper LR type inner ring can be used in accordance with application condition.
The draw up needle roller bearing has two structures-with retainer and with full of needles. They are are divided intoopenend type and close-end type. The structure with retainer has the single seal ring and double seal ring .The structure with full of needles has a large load carrying capacity.

- Q: having trouble wont go on properly
- I don't think the goose-neck bearings are bad, I think all it needed was lubed and tightened up. but if you wanta spend ur money on bearings you never needed in the first place, or if you listened to a liar motorcycle dealer that told you you needed them, only because he wants to make money by selling you new bearings then there's nothing i can do. just remind me to never buy a used bike from you I hate motorcycle dealers, OOOOOO I HATE THEM AGGGHHHHHHH HATE THEM soooo bad!
- Q: i bought some new bearings today, Bones Reds. the guy at the shop said that they were so fast they didn't need an abec. after riding i thought that my old bearings, the rush abec-7's, went faster. i just wanted to know which is faster
- There is no way for someone to give you an answer to your question without testing both bearings on expensive equipment with specific loading. If the Rush bearings work better for you, buy them in the future. However both the shop guy and jibiking are full of nonsense about ABEC and also partly right. ABEC is a tolerance specification for how gaps inside the bearing and how much it can wobble when it spins. It has nothing to do with how easily a bearing spins. ABEC got used for skate bearings because companies were using Precision grade bearings which are garbage. ABEC 1 rated bearings were a vast improvement over the Precision grade. Bearing sellers then decided if 1 is good, larger numbers can be advertised as better. A few of the better bearing companies (Twin Cam, Zero Drag, Bones) have designs that are better for skating by not meeting the specifications of the ABEC ratings..
- Q: Recently it moves from side to side a bit when you are driving. I has a horrible screeching sound when you drive. and it has a popping sound to it. I've been told it was the bearings. Possible the brakes too. I really don't want to give up on this classic car. So could anyone tell me or give me links to how to fix up the car. PRETTY PLEASE. That car has been with my family for a LONG time, so we really want to fix it and do it ourselves. Let's see, It's pretty much the axel/tires that we don't really know what's wrong. We are tired of getting screwed over with people who claim that fix cars but don't. So any help will be good. Thanks for your time and answers.
- That's right, gat a HAYNES manual, the Chiltons are pure junk. Just ask the auto store to order you one, takes about 2 days. It discribes in detail, with pictures, how to do all the small, like wheel bearings, and medium stuff that a home mechanic can do. I am using a haynes manual to do my rear spiring, calipers, and disks, as well as the steering box on my '73 Chevy, they are the greatest. That's how I learned to work on cars, from a haynes. Incedently,, the wheel bearing are pretty easy, but you need to NOT drive the vehicle at all, as you can damage the spindals which the bearings go on, and that is costly and pretty much only a shop can do that kind of repair,, because of the front springs and ball joints. The bearings will be easy though.
- Q: im looking for a good set of skateboarding bearings and trucks aswell, who makes like some really fast and good ones? and some pretty light and very sturdy trucks thx =)
- bones makes the best bearings ceramics and Swiss 6 are there fastest but pretty expensive if u want a cheaper alternative bones reds aren't quite as good but only 10-$20 as for trucks, tensor makes the lightest about 25% lighter than an average one or something like that. But the bushings are very hard so u may want to swap them out. but they also have alot of features, a lower kingpin to make grinds smoother and nibs to make them more responsive. magnessium is easier to break than aluminum but aluminum bends easier and since tensor uses both itll be hard to break or bend them
- Q: im trying to find these bearings but i cant find them anywhere???
- I okorder /
- Q: I was just wondering if getting ball bearings for the Traxxas Rustler is a good idea and if it would save batteries. I have a Traxxas Slash (which has ball bearings) and it lasts longer with the batteries
- try okorder man that is were i get all my stuff for my MGT 4.6 SE nitro but they have a lot of electric car truck truggy buggy stuff man
- Q: And if abec 5 is better. Should I put them in my penny board?
- 5 is always better than 3 unless you are trying to restrict your speed. Yeah, put them in.
- Q: I have a 2001 Dodge Durango and it has been making a roaring/humming noise when I drive usually it gets loud when I get up to 15-20 mph. The rpm's are fine and it doesn't overheat so I suspected my wheel bearings. This morning, I jacked up the front and tested both tires. The passenger side had a lot of play in it and when I spun the wheel, it made a slight grinding noise as if something was rubbing. The driver side did not make this noise.1) is this a problem with the bearings?2) if yes, what goes into replacing them?3) is there a website that gives step-by-step instructions for replacing them?
- Wheel bearing for sure..take wheel off, look behind the hub where the wheel bolts. there will be three bolts that need to come out. take those out and beat on the outside of the bearing assembly or pry it out of the knuckle with a thin flathead or prybar. honestly not a hard job. ps...new bearing assembly will come with new wheel studs.
- Q: What size engine rod bearings do I need for a ford Fusion? I ordered standard which was suggested by the dealership and by the sales people but they are way too big. We have a 2.3 liter engine.
- You rarely replace just the bearings because usually the crank is damaged or worn as well, and the entire crank kit should be installed. You are talking like .0002 clearance there. Well, it's a ford so give or take an inch or so should be like new. Kidding. Almost.
- Q: So, I guess I need to drop the subframe, crossmember and suspension.I can't get the oil pan out...If you know anything, help!
- Make sure to take the side bolts out of the oil pan. Believe there 12 oil pan bolts 6 side bolts. You can do the rod bearings in the car meaning take the cap off(Do only 1 at a time mark an arrow pointing to the front of the engine if there are no marks on it) But only do one at a time. Rotate the crank so the rod is a straight shot to you, take cap off. Push rod up enough to remove install new bearing. Make sure to put bearings in one way, only fit one way. After installing bearing onto rod, make sure it is flush pull down on the rod itself to seat it in place. Do not use the rod cap the bolts to seat it first. Then once the rod looks like it is in position, then place cap on toque to specs. Then rotate crank if possible to go to next one. Do the next one in line, dont skip around or you may loose track BUT!!!! If you are doing this for the knocking noise at engine start-up, its the piston slap is what is causing that noise it is normal per GM
