Drawn Cup Needle Roller Bearing :
The outer ring of drawn cup needle roller bearing is punched with the high-quality steel sheet. The outer ring has thin wall. The drawn cup needle roller bearing has the characterstics of small radial section area, large load carring capacity ,less inertia and economic manufacture. It is suitable for small section heght, or when the housing bore isnot used for raceway , this type is recommended to use .The bearing is assembled into the housing bore under a certain pressure without fu rther axial location.
The draw up needle roller bearing generally takes its shaft diameter as the internal raceway .However , the proper LR type inner ring can be used in accordance with application condition.
The draw up needle roller bearing has two structures-with retainer and with full of needles. They are are divided intoopenend type and close-end type. The structure with retainer has the single seal ring and double seal ring .The structure with full of needles has a large load carrying capacity.

- Q: I'm pretty much broke and looking for work. I have to keep driving the car 'til I can find work. I don't know when I will be able to fix these things, but I'm wondering what will happen the longer I drive on bad bearings and intermediate drive shaft.
- Very unusual for front wheel bearing to fail. Why did you say drive shaft earlier? The car has CV axles that act like drive shafts. If one fails, you are going to have to have a tow. Jack up the car on one side then the other. Look for a shaft that goes to the wheel from the trans axle. There should be 2 boots per axle. If the boots crack they will be covered with dirt and grease. This will eventually precipitate the universal joint within the boot to fail and break. On wheel bearings, if they are bad, you may or may not be able to drive the car until one of them seizes. Then you will need a tow. Maybe you should get used to using public transportation. Either way, you are going to have to get your problem fixed. It's like my wife. Her Honda needs both CV axles, a timing chain and ball joints on both sides. I want her to drive my 89 Pontiac until I can fix her Honda, but she complains that she doesn't like the gas mileage on the Pontiac. I told her, what does it matter? She has three things that are eventually going to drop her in the middle of the freeway and maybe getting run over by a semi truck. I plan on sabotaging her Honda so she if forced to use the Pontiac. Don't get yourself stuck out on a limb. Either park the Honda and get on public transportation or get it fixed. By the way, my wife's Honda Accord has 450,000 miles on it.
- Q: I need to clean my skateboard bearings but im not sure what type of liquid i should use to clean them?Acetone or Mineral/White spirits?
- WD40! Get a can and a small dish / bowl... Fill the bowl up 3/4 full with this WD40 and let the bearing soak in it over night. The next morning you can pull them out and wipe them down... Finally just grease the bearings and put them back in.
- Q: 1973 buick centurion. posi rear.
- As stated above, check them while replacing the seals. A lot of the times, you can just repack them as long as they're in good condition.
- Q: i want something thatl go fast
- I'll cover some basics with you about advanced longboarding. I'll first start by talking about trucks and bushings, then I'll move on to bearings. Longboarding can be divided into two sub-categories, that is downhill riding and free riding. Now each type of riding has different sets of parts which differ from each other to provide maximum performance for the style of riding. Downhill boards are usually at top performance with trucks that have a 42 degree base plate. You will sacrifice the maneuverability and carving ability of trucks with 50 degree base plates to sturdiness if you get 42's. However, you will be able to handle speed much better on 42's and the risk of 'speed-wobbles' will go down. Bushings are pretty difficult to choose. With all different hardnesses and shapes, it's hard to recommend anything that you will be satisfied with. Bearings are simple. Any bearings are basically the same but MAKE SURE you get completely sealed bearings. Ceramic bearings are pricey but supposedly improve performance. I recommend you look into Randall or Paris for trucks (180mm standard), Khiro for bushings (unnecessary), and Bones for bearings.
- Q: what will happen?....will they go faster?
- no they wont they will be well oiled that's all and it wont stick to them long it's to thin
- Q: I have Bones Reds skateboard bearings and usually just spray WD40 on/in/around them and spin them a little and then spray again and let it dry before putting them back into my wheels and then spraying them again with WD40. Is there a proper way to deep clean/lube them? Also, any instructions on how to remove the shields (because its only one-sided red). Thanks!

- Q: im sort of new and got my board at Christmas. it came as a complete board and my friends said i should get new ones but i want to clean them first to make sure i dont need new ones. and if i do what are some good brands and prices for bearings?
- u should go really really fast on ur board so the berrings can loosen up. and if u still have ur berring shields on u should take them off it loosens traction makes u go faster (those are solutions to make them faster without buying berring cream) and it depends how fast u want to go. lucky berrings, rushes, and Reds are really good at a decent price) if u want to go real fast and it doesnt matter how much money u got try swiss berrings there like 30$ compared to luckys, reds, and rushes which are 15$
- Q: My friend Lance has been sk8ting a while and he has dragon bearings and an Element deck. I want to know if this companies are good.
- i've never heard of dragon bearings but some really good quality bearings are china reds. and they arent to expensive. personally, i dont think element is a good brand. my friend had one and the board was horrible. it had no concave at all (a flat peice of wood) and it broke really easy. me and my friend both have enjoi boards currently and he says its way better than his old element board. i suggest Enjoi
- Q: At speeds above 60km/h (37ish miles/h) my car starts to vibrate and it sounds like my tires are squealing, but when i am turning right vibration disappears and also the sound of the squealing, however when turning left it gets worst then going straight. This happened after i hit a curve and i got both steering and wheel alignment check. Also i installed another set of rims and the symptoms are same.
- Right side bearing is strong possibility. Your right turns unload the right side wheels and the noise decreases. Your left turns load the right side wheels and noise increases. By the way your observation is the standard old school test for bearings that was done by swerving L. and R. at about 45 mph. That, and having Leroy ride in the back seat with the window down to help decide if it is front or back. If it is a bearing problem, just do the bad wheel or wheels and don't get talked into any additional bearings. The good ones could easily go another 150k. Sorry you wasted a bunch of bucks. Alignment folks usually don't touch cars with bad bearings or tires. Don't know what went on there.
- Q: Need 3 5/8 closed end bearings.
- Check okorder . They'll have what you need if you can navigate your way through their enormous on-line catalog to find it. You'll need a credit card to place an order. These folks must be the world's largest engineering supply company. You want pillow bearings for a 3 5/8 shaft? They won't be cheap. Why would anyone want a closed end linear bearing -- sounds like an oxymoron. Seems I have more questions than answers.
