The outer ring of drawn cup needle roller bearing is punched with the high-quality steel sheet. The outer ring has thin wall.The drawn cup needle roller bearing has the characterstics of small radial section area, large load carring capacity ,less inertia and economic manufacture. It is suitable for small section heght, or when the housing bore isnot used for raceway , this type is recommended to use .The bearing is assembled into the housing bore under a certain pressure without fu rther axial location.
The draw up needle roller bearing generally takes its shaft diameter as the internal raceway .However , the proper LR type inner ring can be used in accordance with application condition.

- The reason for this is that EVERYBODY replaces old ball and race bearings with tapered bearings, even on my antiques, as they are far superior, last longer, and require little or no maintenance.

- i've got been utilising Black Panther Swiss bearings in a pair boards for some years. they have been reliable and supply good velocity, adequate to do grinds in the 9ft end of the pool. The ABEC score has little to do with velocity. It basically pertains to tolerances in manufacture and use in severe velocity equipment. It has not something to do with the suitability of a bearing for skateboarding. it is why maximum severe-end bearings at the instant are not ABEC rated, as they are designed especially for skateboards.
