Drawn Cup Needle Roller Bearing :
The outer ring of drawn cup needle roller bearing is punched with the high-quality steel sheet. The outer ring has thin wall. The drawn cup needle roller bearing has the characterstics of small radial section area, large load carring capacity ,less inertia and economic manufacture. It is suitable for small section heght, or when the housing bore isnot used for raceway , this type is recommended to use .The bearing is assembled into the housing bore under a certain pressure without fu rther axial location.
The draw up needle roller bearing generally takes its shaft diameter as the internal raceway .However , the proper LR type inner ring can be used in accordance with application condition.

- Q: I skate and im wondering if mixing bearings would make my board faster. I also have mini logo abec 5 and shake junt abec 7. Can they mix to be faster
- Only if you took out slow bearings and replaced them with faster ones. If all your bearings run well, mixing them will do nothing.
- Q: Whats better and why?Lucky Abec 7 bearings or Bone Reds?
- Bones Reds bearings are personally my favorite bearing cause they are pretty cheap and will last you a very long time plus they roll smooth and fast ive rode some i got for maybe almost a year and they still ride great
- Q: which skateboard bearings are the best?under the conditions of durability and overall performance, which ones have you used that you think are the best?
- REDS really fast and long lasting
- Q: Ok, jeep is at the dealership due to low oil pressure when hot. First thing I did was verify the low readings with a mechanical gauge. The dash readings are accurate. less than 5 psi at idle and 15-20 while driving. Dealership is currently diagnosing the problem and have tried a new oil pump which did not work, inspected the bearings which they said were fine, changed the gauge cluster to see if that was the culprit (of course not because I checked the readings with a mech gauge, but whatever) and changed the sending unit.. what else could this possibly be??
- A four stroke engine such as yours has pressure lubrication. The oil pump picks up oil from the sump, sends it through the filter, and than to the engine. Pressure depends on fluid pushed through a restriction. Do NOT drive your vehicle with low oil pressure, or you will do permanent damage if you were planning on a rebuild. Even if you use the incorrect oil weight, 5psi at idle and 15-20psi while driving has nothing to do with it. Oil is not getting pressurzed because of either the oil pump, oil pump pressure-relief malfunction, oil leaks at main bearings, connecting rod bearings, etc... If they changed the pump and gauge and you verified with a mechanical gauge that you have insufficient oil pressure, the engine has to be disassembled and inspected. Bearing gaps have to be measured with micrometers, calipers, plastigauge etc. I doubt that the dealership will perform this. If you're under warranty, perhaps you will get a new engine. If not, don't worry. I assume you have the 4.0L I6 which is very common. I was planning a rebuild once but found out that long-block engines can be had at wreckers for about $800 with super low mileage. Good Luck.
- Q: if not can you tell me what are some good ones
- If you are talking about roller skate bearings I absolutely love my bones bearings. All of their bearings are great! Kind of pricey but well worth it if you can take care of them. Also Sure-Grip ones are great. I like to go with either 7 or 9 ball bearings in them.
- Q: I cant put them in! I can only put it on succesfully on the inside of the wheel. The bearing wont go in the outside of the wheel(the logo side). just saying i use the method where you put it on the truck axis and press down with your wheel
- u press the bearing into (the logo side of) the wheel and it doesnt have to be completely in. then put the other bearing into the other side of the wheel. then put the wheel (w/ the 2 bearings ) in the truck. then screw the nuts really tight , youll feel the bearings press into the wheels. then unscrew them again to see if theyre completely inside the wheel. that other method works too as well if your strong eenough to press it in
- Q: I have a Merida sub-20 bike. can i use sealed units? if so, what size should i use?I want to change to sealed bearings to make it easier to replace/fix. many thanks
- Change the hubs to ones that used sealed bearings. That means rebuilding the wheels, though.
- Q: Ship A sights Ship B on a bearing of 087°. Determine the bearing of A from B. Be sure to label your answer. Please show me the steps you went through to get the answer it will help me understand what you did to come to that. Thank you in advance
- the trick with bearings is that a bearing angle is different from a mathematical angle. bearing angles are measured from due north and are positive clockwise. [so east is +90 and west is -90] mathematical angles are measured from due east and are positive counter-clockwise. [so east is 0 and north is +90.] so B is almost due east of A, just a little north of it. so A must be almost due west (-90) just a little south of B (-(90+)) draw the picture, use supplementary or opposite angles to find that A is at a bearing -93 deg = 360-93 = 267 deg from B
- Q: I bought a bike from a guy it's a 79 with a broken chain and he said he would have to do a conversion because he couldn't find the original chain. Well after that I went to ride it home and the rear wheel started wobbling back and forth, the bearings had gone out but the guy said he rode it for like 30 miles that morning to test out the new chain. I'm about to put new bearings on it but I was wondering if it's a possibility that the new chain threw the bearings off, etc. it's a 32 year old bike and everything that went wrong with it was origianl with only 17k miles
- Get yourself a manual if you don't have one and pull it apart yourself. No conversion was necessary, chains are widely available. A new chain will not trash bearings. They may have been on the way out - but not likely at 17k unless it was stored in a swamp. Pull, clean and grease the swingarm bearings, too. That grease in there is now hard as a rock and not lubing anything. You should also change the front wheel bearings when you do the rears and at least clean and re-pack the neck bearings.
- Q: what are bearings on a fishing reel?
- Which are you talking about, ball bearings or roller bearings?
