The outer ring of drawn cup needle roller bearing is punched with the high-quality steel sheet. The outer ring has thin wall.The drawn cup needle roller bearing has the characterstics of small radial section area, large load carring capacity ,less inertia and economic manufacture. It is suitable for small section heght, or when the housing bore isnot used for raceway , this type is recommended to use .The bearing is assembled into the housing bore under a certain pressure without fu rther axial location.
The draw up needle roller bearing generally takes its shaft diameter as the internal raceway .However , the proper LR type inner ring can be used in accordance with application condition.
The draw up needle roller bearing has two structures-with retainer and with full of needles. They are are divided intoopenend type and close-end type. The structure with retainer has the single seal ring and double seal ring .The structure with full of needles has a large load carrying capacity.

- Q: I had just laid out 650.00 for a complete brake job at Sears for my step son's car about 3 months ago, and now his right wheel bearing is shot. I would think given the close relationship to the braking assembly to the wheel bearings, this shouldn't have been missed. Am I not understanding something here or does Sears owe me at least 1/2 off my wheel bearing job? I have just learned as well that Ford Focus also had a recall on wheel bearings for certain models. That should have been a red flag there for them if they are any type of a reputable repair service nation wide. Help me please.... I cannot afford any more repairs, but I cannot afford to have him use our cars either.
- Hi Sorry friend, it would be hard to know even looking for it. The bearings seat in, and with the new breaks , that would realign the bearing races and failure is soon to follow.

- Q: I cant put them in! I can only put it on succesfully on the inside of the wheel. The bearing wont go in the outside of the wheel(the logo side). just saying i use the method where you put it on the truck axis and press down with your wheel
- u press the bearing into (the logo side of) the wheel and it doesnt have to be completely in. then put the other bearing into the other side of the wheel. then put the wheel (w/ the 2 bearings ) in the truck. then screw the nuts really tight , youll feel the bearings press into the wheels. then unscrew them again to see if theyre completely inside the wheel. that other method works too as well if your strong eenough to press it in

- if they look the same it wont, im pretty sure its silver side out. but to put them in just place them in the wheel, put the spacer, and squeeze. simple as that. =)

- No the bearings to go with are red swiss bearings. They are sick and last forever.

- you take s socket wrench and loosen the nut and take it off and take off the washer , than the wheel than the other washer . Don't lose ur washers !!! Do this to each wheel . Take about 8 Qtips or more or less depending on how dirty ur bearings are , take the Q tip and rub the dirt off of the bearing . Each side and in the insides .
- Q: I want to ride in the rain and not destroy my bearings, so should I get Bones Red Ceramics? They're a bit expensive, but oh well.1. How often do I have to clean them?2. For free-riding and downhill, should I switch to regular Red bearings?
- do no longer trouble with ceramics, merely get some white lithium grease and coat the bearings in it. additionally, unfastened spin does no longer propose something. My bearings all spin for decrease than 5 seconds, does not trouble me any.
