Q: is it elek trend or eurflow or dose any body know better: I don't know personally, but have seen them in homes. I'd not own one. I find them to be generally less efficient; but certainly I get it with regard to the premise.

Q: these are upright,bagless with hepa filters: In Point: The Infinity is no where as efficient as a Dyson (DC17), and will not deep clean as well as the new Dyson. The Dyson (DC17), coupled with its new filtration system and aggressive brushroll specifically designed for American carpets will deep clean better than most vacuums under $1000, as well as the previous Dysons on the market (My older DC14 left alot of filth in my carpet that my DC17 vacuumed up....mostly sand and dust).

Q: Geddit?: I personally wouldn't make it my profession to do that, especially if you have to go door to door because people don't open their doors to anybody anymore.

Q: We have 2 vacuum cleaners. Both are bagless, only 7 months old and both have weird smell .whenever they are used, smell spreads throughout the house. They have hepa filters, even changed them but still no change. After investigating more, found that the smell is coming from the cyclonic assembly of the vacuum. The assembly is filled with fine dirt, as it cant be cleaned or washed out, there is nothing we can do. Is there a way to get rid of it without opening and cleaning the cyclonic assembly or bagged vacuum is the only way to go. Plz any suggestions? . This smell even bothers in breathing and flares up my asthma also.: I have yet to see a vacuum cleaner that don't add a smell to the air. Try vacuuming up some backing soda this helps.

Q: How have machines been harmful AND helpful to our society?: Well they create more pollution and cause people to lose jobs sometimes. But they do make our lives easier. I'm glad I don't need to hand wash the clothing for example. Also they save lives like MRI machines, xrays, and so on.

Q: it's just a little cheap fabric couch but it's all I have: depending what kind of fabric a slicker brush can be very helpful at getting up some dog hair that does not come off easily with a vacuum cleaner w/ upholstery attachment.
