Q: Can you improve a vacuum cleaners suction (with tweeks) or filteration (by adding aditional filter)?: Well if you can you would probably be a pretty good engineer. I would keep any existing filters cleaned regularly and if you are using a bag They tend to have better air flow when first installed(empty). You didn't mention what type or for what purpose. If you are cleaning carpet you need agitation, air flow,and suction. Setting it too low would cut down on air flow. Too high would increase air flow but you would not get the suction down where you need it. You might get some better answers if you add details.

Q: My old vacuum cleaner is slowing breaking down. I've been looking around at new vacuum cleaners and everyone talks about how good the Dyson vacuum is. Is it worth it?: Oh gosh -- my sister has one, and I ask to borrow it whenever I can. I have a really good vacuum, too, but her Dyson has stuff I really like -- for example, the hose and attachments are right there and you don't have to stop vacuuming to hook anything up if you want to clean the baseboards or edges of furniture. Also, it really does move easily and can get under and around stuff than my vacuum can't. One idea, though, to save you some money -- my sister got hers almost brand new off of Craigslist for less than half of what the new one would be, and the warranty papers and all of that stuff was there just in case. She hasn't had any problems though.

I have told them in the past that they were silly to spend so much on a vacuum cleaner, but they wouldn't listen. Apparently these vacuum cleaners pick up all the crap that a regular vacuum cleaner leaves behind. They both rave aboutt it's awe-inspiring power. I have a cheap walmart vacuum that doen't pick up much....so, I guess it depends on how fanatical you are about clean floors. I can't afford one....and if I had extra money,,,I'd probably buy a nice flatscreen tv! :)

Q: Can anyone please help me! I am soooo serious here...I have purchased two vacuum cleaners and they both SUCK. Bissel allergy one with the canister that you empty...It does not vacuum well at all, I can pick up stuff off the carpets better that the that. And then I bought a eureka vacuum from costco, not only is it hard to push, 4 months the screw came off the handle and is in the vaccum itself.....It is supposed to be industrial, and it is with a bag....and NEVER ever have I seen such scrap....I have new carpets so that is not the problem here...I also have pets....I do not want a tyson 3000 or whatever they are called...although they say they are good, and after what I have spent in these 2 vacuums I should have bought the tyson...So any suggestions or what you like would be appreciated...I am just fed up with picking up JUNK :PThanks you all..: I okorder /

Since the early Eighties, when this first hit HBO, I must have watched it no less than 50 times, and I am not exaggerating! I really enjoy this comedy and find it funny every time.

That way you will find out what is needed and how much it costs and how it is marketed, and other things you will need to know. Then you can start your own company with knowledge.
