Q: I live with 2 kids and 1 cat so my home is heavily travelled and I can not seem to find a vacuum cleaner that works for more than 5 times. I have a Eureka right now which I was told was great for catching pet hair.It sucks. I need a good vacuum that will pick up cat hair, pine needles from the Xmas tree, etc. One that does not break the bank.: get a dyson. It does not take bags u just have to dumb it and clean the filter once in a while. i'v had mine 4 5 yrs. got 4 kids. 3 birds. so yeah and we use it everyday and most have 5 yr money back gareentes

Q: We have a Dyson that doesn't have a bag but 3 filters and we are starting to get many carpet beetles. We already had catiplillers and silversharks but these carpet beetle larva come in numbers! If I vacuum the rooms will I just be housing these bugs inside the vacuum and spreading them more to the other rooms?: Dyson vacuum cleaners need to be emptied every time you use them to maintain their function performance. Vacuum up and empty in the out side trash straight away. Treat your home with insect deterrent.

Q: I just bought a new carpet for our living room its so nice and very comfy my 1yr old kid loves to lie down on it and now my problem is what's the best vacuum cleaners we should use? Were looking for the best one price doesn't matter since our kid loves to play there we should find something to clean it up so he wont develop any allergies. Thanks!: Dyson.. From my experience, they are the absolute best for vacuuming large areas. But if you don't mind taking a litter longer, the shop-vacs are awesome too.. it's just takes more time because the extensions that come with the shop-vac are meant for smaller areas. I have two dogs that shed constantly and we've been doing a lot of remodeling, so i have to vacuum A LOT. and I own 5 different vacuums, and they're all great for different things, but the dyson and shop-vac are the best.

Q: Combines the cyclonic suction of a Dyson but utilizes a bag?I've used Dyson's (never owned one) and they have tremendous suction power, but I absolutely HATE the bag-less containers because when I empty them the dust goes everywhere and eventually you have to clean the containers and those filters inside.If there isn't anything that combines the best of both worlds, what upright (bag using) vacuum do you recommend as the best for a single floor mid-sized house?I really desire something that can get up close against the edge of the carpet and the side-boards and has good consistent suction power.: I love Dyson vacuum cleaners - we have two! When I go to empty them out, I just put the canister into a grocery bag and pull the latch. It helps to keep the dust contained. Don't buy a Kirby - got sucked into one of those, and it doesn't work half as well as my Dyson's.

Q: I had sales people come to my door last night. I was just getting in the shower. I told them I had very little time. Two came in and demostrated. The woman was very understand and went through it fast. When they were getting ready to leave the big boss came in. I am assuming to close the deal. He went throught the demo all over again. I kept telling him I have been through it already. Three hours later they were leaving!! She apologized. It seems like an amazing vacuum, but a lot of work. In addition to the work it was going to cost me 1900.00! I hear they Dyson (misspelled I am sure) is good. Does anyone know anything about the Dyson?: DON'T Pay full price for the Kirby! If you really want one, you can haggle them down. You can get them down to 1,100 or less, and if that doesn't work, get a new sales person. Kirby's do last for a very long time.

I have around $300 to spend on a target gift card.: I would DEFINITELY go with the Dyson they are the greatest thing since sliced bread.If you have pets in the house the DC7 animal would be a better choice .My Dyson DC15 animal picks up me doggy hair BETTER than if I got down there with duct tape on my hands.Dyson is a great value you made a good choice,I'm not sure what the price difference is mine was an anniversary gift so I think the 07 will be just great if you don't have animals and if you do I would strongly recommend the 07 animal and the animals pick up kids messes too.Good Luck which ever one you decide on you will be very pleased I'm sure.

Q: What are everybody's opinions on the Kirby G3/G4/G5/G6/UG/DE/SE/SE II vacuum cleaners/carpet shampooers?: My opinion is which you never decide for to purchase a carpen shampoo device. those for nicely-known everyone seems to be extremely valueless. the suited element to do is get somebody over to shampoo your carpets - they have a great device of their truck, and it somewhat works. seek advice from any condo outfit or save that sells shape aspects - the contractors generally hire those adult males to freshen up their places... and that they do no longer seem to be that costly.
