Q:This questions is about a nephew. He is 5. I have 3 children ages 5,3 and 18 mo and the two older ones have never seemed to know so much about 1 toipic and talk so much about it. Is this typical or abit on the autistic specrum of my nephew. He's been like this about vacums since he was about 4.
I don't think it's abnormal... If his area of expertise were dinosaurs, I doubt you'd even be asking the question. But the bottom line is that kids find topics that they're interested in and absorb quite a bit! They really delve in and become little experts on their topic. I've met dinosaur kids, farm equipment kids, Nascar driver kids, railroad kids... And they're all extremely knowledgable in their field. Vaccuum cleaners and stoves are not a big deal. Take him out when you want to buy a washing machine. :)
Q:I was conversing with a person in the vacuum industry and was informed that they were a bucket of s.h.i.t so don't be fooled by the marketing.
Let me quess, the person in the vacuum industry that you talked to was a vacuum cleaner sales person and Dyson isn't one of the brands they sell. A friend of mine owns a cleaning company and Dyson's are all they use and they love them.
Q:It is model 116. and is about 6 years old. The motor itself works, but will not turn on with the switch. Any ideas? What typically goes on these? Thanks.
Most vacuum cleaners develop a wire break near the plug from constantly being pulled and so strained at that point. Try cutting six inches from the plug side and rewiring the plug; forget if you can do that in the USA, was there for 5 years many years ago but live in the UK now. That said I didn't have a wire tester when I tried that solution and it worked. You of course could rule this out with a wire tester. (power getting to switch?)
Q:I'm looking for a small vacuum cleaner but I don't know where to start. what are the best brands?
About a year ago I bought a bagless Bissell at Wal-Mart for $42.00 and I just love it. It's small, light weight, has attachments on board and I don't have to buy bags for it. The canister and filter are easy to clean too. I was surprised I liked it so well because the one I had for 11 years without a problem was a Simplicity and I really liked it. The Bissell I bought is smaller, lighter and now that I've used it for about a year, I think I like it better than my old one that cost me over $200 because its easier on my back.
Q:Hello,Has anybody an idea when Sears will have their next sale on Dyson vacuum cleaners? Or any other place? I'm looking for a Dyson quot;animalvacuum and full price is not in budget.Cheers!
Phone them up and ask them.....................
Q:Your Open QuestionShow me another ? Professional House Cleaners only Please answer question about Commercial Vacuum cleaners?I have a house cleaning business, we clean 2 homes a day and after buying 14 vacuum cleaners in the past 2 years I am done with spending money on vacuums that don't hold up or are 2 heavy or have so many filters to clean that you spend your evenings doing that. Does anyone have any suggestions on what vacuum we should buy? Just like you the house's we clean have an array of flooring, wood, tile, oriental rugs, carpet. Please help with your experience Thanks!!
I have had the same issues time and time again, either too heavy, won't fit under furniture, hoses tear, too may filters and like you tired of replacing them. I purchased a Dyson about a year ago and it has not lost suction yet. I use it everyday it only needs one filter and I wash it out as directed which is perfect for me. The extension pole on it is great too for getting dusty spots and spiderwebs. I comes with a lot of different attachments so i can manage multiple surfaces. I will never buy another vacuum brand.
Q:how are vacuums and airplanes similar?
vacuum cleaners, not the vacuum of space, right? Probably the cyclonic nature of the engine that creates the suction.
Q:What are the best vacuum cleaners on the market today? I've heard good things about the Dyson, how bout you?
I okorder for only 397.99. she swears by it but I still think the Miele is better. From what I hear, the Dyson is the best Bagless Upright Vacuum Cleaner Hands Down but the Miele S5 Series is the Best Vacuum Cleaner Hands Down. I would go with the Miele but if you are not a canister person (I owned an electrolux before my Miele so I have always been) the Dyson is a great vacuum especially the DC 18 because it is 5 pounds lighter than the rest.
Q:Every dog I've ever owned (of at least four different breeds) reacted to vaccum cleaners oddly. They bolt in terror at the first sight of it, and sometimes bark hysterically. Surely other people notice similar trends.
A Dogs life sucks so bad that they are afraid of TURNING INTO a vacuum cleaner.
Q:I have a test tomorrow and a question just like this is going to be on the test. Can someone please solve/explain it to me?A salesperson sells two models of vacuum cleaners. One sells for $200 each, and the other sells for $300 each. The salesperson has a weekly goal of at least $1800.a) write an inequality relating the revenue from the vacuum cleaners to the sales goal.b) graph the inequality.c) if the salesperson sold exactly two $300 models last week, how many $200 models did she have to sell to make her sales goal?
For increasing cubic binomials the final formula is as follows: (a + b) ^ 3 = a^3 + 3*a^2*b^a million + 3*a^a million*b^2 + b^3 on your case, a is x and b is -y^5 So (x - y^5)^3 = x^3 + 3*x^2*(-y^5)^a million + 3*x^a million*(-y^5)^2 + (-y^5)^3 Simplified: =x^3 - 3x^2*y^5 + 3x*y^10 - y^15 :D
