- Q: I can't use brush roll vacuums due to long hair on the carpet which has destroyed other vacuums with brush-rolls. I know Miele Art is one -does anyone know any others? TY.

- I would say it`s a tossup, I bought a vac recently they are all comparable in power size of the vacuum head. The only real difference is in the accessories. You just have to determine if they`re worth the price.

- Q: No central air or heat, so in winter windows are cracked and in summer windows are screened but opened. I bought the air purifier to help with allergies and after 2 nights it does seem to help, but think I need to go back and get the larger one. This one is for room 10 x 12 and my room is 16 x 13 and is connected to kitchen with no dividing door. Am I fighting a losing battle, or will this unit help pretty bad allergies (I think mostly to dust)? Would love to hear your experiences.P.S. - Like hair blowers, they are all noisy to a certain extent I don't care what the manufactures say. Any time you have a motor running, you have noise, the bigger they are, the more noise. thanks :)

Like, if I vacuumed my room, would all the particles on my floor go into the air/onto my stuff? I hate that I need this reassurance-but could somebody please explain to me in detail?
