Q: anyone own a kenmore progressive vacuum cleaner!? I am in the market for a really great vacuum, at a resonable price, (unlike dyson's)! i have read good and bad reviews on the progressive! I have a black lab and I need a great vaccum to get up all that dog hair! Please let me know what you think and also what kind of progressive you have! THANK YOU!
I wouldn't recommend most of today's commercial brand of vacuum cleaners as they're all mostly junk made in Mexico, China, etc. I would recommend a Sebo cleaner- I got one after my Hoover died on my after only 1 year of ownership. I have a Labrador too, along with two kitties and need a dependable vacuum. I bought my Hoover for almost $200 and the Sebo's go for $250-300, not a lot more but they work so much better and have a lifetime warranty and a 30 year on the belt alone! They are German engineered and built.
Q: I have 4 dogs and 4 cats and they constantly are shedding! What we are vacuuming is cat litter off laminate floors and dog hair off the carpet. I have tried a bunch of different vacuums but haven't found the best one. I would like an bagless upright vacuum, but if one is outstanding I don't think I'd be opposed to look at it at this point!
Try the shark vacuum cleaners. I have a white German shepherd who sheds everywhere! The vacuum works great!
Q: What Are The Best Quality Vacuums In The Market? ?
I swear by my Dyson. I purchased mine about five years ago and it is still the best vacuum cleaner I've ever used. It is so powerful that it really does pull the dust from beneath the carpet. I've always been opposed to carpeting, because it's nasty, and most vacuum cleaners cannot get all of the dirt up. A Dyson can and will get all of the dirt up. It's good to know that my Dyson has also taken quite the beating over the years. It fell down the stairs when I backed into it, and, that wa three years ago. It works like a charm. Do yourself a favor and purchase a Dyson. They are worth the money and they really never lose suction.
Q: Do they have a problem going from hardwood to carpeted floors. Do they pick up as well as a traditional vacuum? Of six answeres to my original question, three were positive, three negative. Please send me more details.
Robotic vacuums are great nowadays as technology becomes better and better. Yes they can go from room to room and clean on their own.
Q: I need to purchase a new vacuum cleaner in the $125 - $175 price range. Does a bagless have as much sucking power? Do I have to replace filters on bagless vacs? Thanks
I love Oreck with the bags, but right now I am using a regular Dirt Devil bag less. The best thing about bag less is that you just rinse out the canister and wash the filters, with bags you have to hunt them down, and they cost a lot, well I vacuumm alot so I had to change the bags more often than most :)
Q: please send a website link. if not an answer would do find
For the best answers, search on this site https://shorturl.im/axK2O Definitely get the Dyson. We've got a Dyson (yellow) and it works wonderfully! We've got a Labby who sheds enough in a week to put together a whole new puppy and the Dyson stands up to the challenge. We also live in a semi-sandy area and the Dyson keeps the rugs from being gritty. By design the Dyson is modular and you can take it apart where clogs generally occur that decrease suction. If it doesn't clean properly you haven't cleaned it properly. It is also great for people with allergies because it doesn't kick up dust and dirt and put it back into the air. If you're serious about cleaning, pick up your Dyson today! (Thus ends bound's Dyson infomercial!)
Q: I would like to use a Dyson floor tool with my central vacuum system. The system uses a hose with a 1 1/4diameter attachement port. Does anyone know what the inside diameter of a Dyson floor attachment tool is? Or if it will ft a standard vacuum hose?
the Tools from my DC 17 DO fit 1.25 vac hoses but honestly if you are looking for a hard floor tool there are much better ones for cheaper than the Dyson, I would go to your nearest vacuum store and ask about a horsehair floor brush most of them should have one try to get one with a castle cut brush meaning it has small gaps between the brush in the front this will aid in picking up larger particles. If you do decide to go for the dyson one just make sure it's not a canister accesory i know the DC 11s tools are different and don't fit 1.25 hoses
Q: Why do dogs get so freaked out by vacuum cleaners?
Some do some don't! Mine loves to bark at it and try to attack it. I think it is mainly the noise of it, since a dog's hearing is much more sensitive then ours. Good question:)
Q: Can anyone please help me! I am soooo serious here...I have purchased two vacuum cleaners and they both SUCK. Bissel allergy one with the canister that you empty...It does not vacuum well at all, I can pick up stuff off the carpets better that the that. And then I bought a eureka vacuum from costco, not only is it hard to push, 4 months the screw came off the handle and is in the vaccum itself.....It is supposed to be industrial, and it is with a bag....and NEVER ever have I seen such scrap....I have new carpets so that is not the problem here...I also have pets....I do not want a tyson 3000 or whatever they are called...although they say they are good, and after what I have spent in these 2 vacuums I should have bought the tyson...So any suggestions or what you like would be appreciated...I am just fed up with picking up JUNK :PThanks you all..
i have had all different vacuums the one i have is the best i have ever had, oreck,it has great suction and very light weight i have upright and the cylander they are easy push pic dog hair up and get right into the pile to both great i have had it years but they still sell them,i also kept my old dyson the dco1 because all the other dysons seem to go wrong, the handles break the motor dosnt last 2 minutes you dont hve that problem with o1,but i would definitly recomend the oreck good luck hope you get sorted
Q: I don't know, they just suck.
Sounds like a personal problem. I just don't like how loud they are.
