Q: i have a lightning audio amp, it was wokring a few months ago when i pulled it out of my car, i tried yesterday to see if it worked, it turned one for 5 seconds and went into protection mode, so i tested it with the battery and it did the same, and the cables got hot, and help please
yeah you probably need bigger hots and grounds your wires should never get hot
Q: my laptop only boots on the battery but not when power cable is plugged in?
Sounds like you have a good battery. Is the battery plugged in when you try to connect with the cord? Does your battery charge when the cable is plugged in? If not, you may need a new power cable. Use a VOM (VOLT OHM METER) on it and do a continuity check to ensure connection is good. If that's not the problem, it may be the DC Plugin port.
Q: I had gave my amp a 16 volt input, then there was a spark which came from fuses that got burnt. I then replaced the fuses, rewired it nd gave it a 12 volt input it came on and went on protection. So i left it aside and after a few days i tryd connecting it again but this time it came on and it was burning the power cables no matter what guage wire i used. Any idea why its doing that?
Look for a short circuit in the input power circuitry.
Q: Power cable YJV22-8.7 / 15kv-3 * 300 what meaning
Strictly speaking is not in line with the norms. Special signal lines may be subject to interference
Q: I have a desktop PC that when turned on the fans works but it won't beep or display anything on screen. But after I unplug both motherboard power connectors and plug them back in, the PC stats working normally, why is that? Oh, and I tried disconnecting only the external power cable, no luck.
Its a trick that always seems to work this is because when you disconnect the motherboard it shuts down and it cant process any data, therefore when you plug it back in and it starts working again it starts from scratch and all the data before was forgotten. As this is very helpful to people what they don't realize is that every time you do this you are not letting your motherboard finish processing the information which can lead to long term damage.
Q: HiIs it advisable to run 110VAC cable from the sub stationa and 110VAC cable from generator (clean) in the same conduit ; one of them for lighting and the other for CCTV; the concern is if the one for lighting is not clean (not consisting of a pure sine wave or carrying interference) would that effect the power line of the CCTV and has an effect on the picture? even though both are 110VAC.the installation is over seas where the power from the station is not consistence.
If both are simple power lines, then you won't have a problem. The only time you need to be cautious is when you are running a high-voltage power cable and a signal cable alongside each other e.g. a 110VAC cable alongside a 4-20ma signal line from a transmitter. The reason for the potential interference is that the power cable emits an electro-magnetic field which can potentially cause induction in the cable alongside it and effect the signal with an induced EMF. The likelihood of this depends on the cable type, screening and correct earthing measures. It's a good bet to never run a power and signal cable alongside each other, and if you have no other choice, seperate them by means of a makeshift Faraday Cage. If both are doing nothing other than supplying power to the system though, then any induced EMF will be so minute, it will not likely affect the system in any way.
Q: Wire and cable should be used in parallel when the attention
The former bv4 square copper wire is a single strand of hard copper wire, the latter BV4 square copper wire is multi-strand soft copper wire. Core (coredwire), with steel sheath for the outer tube filled with iron alloy powder to do core material, cross-section for the circular or rectangular line body. Also known as cored wire. It is used as a steel-making furnace outside the refining of the feed method to add refining agent and alloying agent. Can be directly added to the deep steel, the molten steel for deoxidation, desulfurization, degassing and non-metallic inclusions denatured treatment, to eliminate the aluminum deoxidized steel in the continuous casting steel | iron when the nozzle plugging the problem. As the deep addition of alloying elements in the molten steel, so the alloying element recovery rate is high and stable, the steel components can be fine-tuned to the best range. The reproducibility of the results is good.
Q: im hooking up a system in my truck..im doing it the redneck way they way i have watched my dad do it many of many of times. im using jumper cable wire!! yes jumper cable wire, its plenty of juice the perfect size! but im not sure if he ever used a fuse link.do you have too? what if i dont use one? if so where is the cheapest place to get it?what size fuse is it?
yes, 2. I had a/c work done and when I got the truck back no radio.
Q: I have a Raidmax 730w power supply, and its modular. there is only one plug in for a 6 pin, and the cable has 2 different 6 pins on the same cable. Will this cable be able to run 2 different video cards running XFire? or will is also be able to run say a 6870 that requires 2 6 pin connectors?
You should be able to feed two cards that each require 1 6/8 pin PCI-E power source... or 1 card that requires 2 6/8 pin PCI-E power source. A cable with 6 pin provides 75W power to the card. With the 75W available on the PCI-E x16 slot, that would be a 150W supply. 2 6 pins will up the available wattage to 225W. Cards that require a 6 pin and 8 pin are 300W cards. Your cable/PSU port is designed to provide any of those combinations of power to the videos card(s).
Q: when i remove the cable it becomes lighter again. what can i do to fix this problem. the os is winXP
check ur power settings hope this helps
