it IS a bench press no doubt but it looks like you might have to buy the bar and weights yourself not worth it buy a bench press that comes with some weights and bar....believe it or not the heavier the weights the more expensive they will become lifting correctly wont stunt your growth

Q: okay so i weigh about 160-165 5'9 and im 13 and in 8th going to play freshman football in may. Bench press is a big problem cuz i think i can only do 115 so i want to not only get stronger in my bench press but all in squats,hang clean ect. i do a weight lifting program and i was wondering if it would be a good idea to work out like bench press,hang clean,and all that stuff in the morning in my garage and also do weight training that same day around 5:15pm? (i would wake up around 6:30 to work out in the morning in my house cuz i have a bench press in my garage and i have school at around 8 so what should i do i play online i need to get STRONG!!!!!!!!!!
theres no point in doing two weight sessions in a day hitting the same muscle group...it would lead quickly to overtraining and you dont want that. Be patient and progress will come. Remember that you need to overload your muscles at each training session, you need it to be intense to shock your system and you need rest to let your body recouperate. Other exercises such as squats and cleans will actually help your bench press in one way or another (they are full body movements) and so will hit muscles that you use during the bench press. So to summerise there is no need to train the same body parts twice a day, in fact it would be detrimental to your performance on the football field, so take it slow, increase the weights gradually and keep a training diary/ log so you can keep track of how much weight your moving. Q: Im 22 years old currently leg pressing 720 lbs.. I went from 655 lbs to that huge number it seems that i can't do no more then this, The machine will max out at 810lbs doubt i can get there. I would like to leg press 2,300 lbs like Ronnie Coleman what did he do to get that whopping number. How can i do that and what else should i eat. Is he on steroids
is he on steroids? And lots of other things too./ how does a leg press translate to real day to day life. How much can you deadlift? that what people actually do, pick things up.machines set the body up to have a real world injury because you're not using your stabilizing muscles/ but if it makes you happy,go for it. good luck
Q: I'm thinking of getting my dad a french press, but am afraid he'll have to get all new coffee grounds since I read they require coarser grinds. Is that true? He has so many other coffee already ground up for his drip coffee maker. Thanks.
A French press is supposed to give a fuller bodied, more flavorful coffee. I tried it a couple of times... meh, nothing to write home about. I've never noticed a difference between code and basket filters (of course, in the morning, all I want to do is push my face in the coffee mug and get something hot inside me).
Q: Does the quality of a French Press matter a lot? Would buying a 50$ press from Williams-Sonoma be much better than the 15$ one from Canadian Tire?
Maybe in how long it lasts but not in how good the coffee is. Personally, I recommend buying glass (not plastic) but you can get a fairly cheap one that works fine.

i prefer to do it with dumbbells so i dont have to rest it on my neck/chest uncomfortably. Also, it makes you need more control to lower them down without shaking/swaying.
