- The military has some Kawasaki KLR 650's converted to diesel, try hunting for one of them at army surplus stores. You do realize that bio-diesel takes more energy to produce than gasoline right? That's why it has been abandoned as an alternative fuel. But by all means go ahead, a diesel bike would be cool!
- Q: believe the mh didnt come with a seperate 12v power supply to run items after the mh engine is stopped! I want to run these items seperately from the mh engine 12v system if possible. The mh has its own stock inverter but i am unable to locate a pwer supply other than the 12v battery in the engine compartment which is used for the primary engine power supply. For instance are their electrical systems that rely solely on the main or engine battery power supply(without a secondary seperate accesories battery or power supply) and are totally reliant on charging only from the engine charging system. - Do some research on solar power for the energy you need, you may find it's not as bad as you think. Great strides have been made in solar technology the last few years and the Toyota Prius is coming out with a solar powered A/C system next year, I think it's next year.

- If your tank has another port on it for a fuel line that is where you hook up. If not go to the supply line at the tank and put in a T fitting and then a shut off valve for each engine. Run the supply line to the generator from that T. You will also need a return line from the generator that you can T into at the return line from the engine at the tank. Many people that convert from gas to diesels run into these same problems. Often a fitting is made up that is put in the fuel fill line to allow for the return line. The generator supply and return lines will be smaller then the engine fuel lines. Running the engines will not cause the generator to start.

- i don't know about your possibilities where you are but i would definitely suggest using as much natural lighting as possible and the alternate wood heating furnaces available

- It's best to connect them at the crank so that they can be timed to fire in a manner that your getting the most amount of power you can. This has been done in applications as small as a .12cc engine all the way up to huge engines that power large ships. The most common place I used to see it is with gas engines for tractor pull. The engines do sync up and will run together when you pair them up thru a clutch
