- Try okorder for home solutions to remove soda stains from white carpet. You may already have something at home that will work. Be careful on other carpet stain removers because some contain bleach and could ruin your carpet. Good luck!
- Q: cleaning the carpet
- If you are going to rent one get the rug doctor, don't buy their cleaning products they are too expensive, use Bissell, be sure to rinse the carpet well with clean water in the shampooer. If you are going to buy a shampooer I would get a Hoover Dual V, they work great and the carpet dries fast.
- Q: will it mess up the carpet or don anything negative in general
- No. The carpet has pile. Meaning it has material and fiber that is going upward. Your fridge needs airflow under it or the compressor will burn out in a day.
- Q: i have looked around and nobody seems to be selling white carpet...yeah i know it's gonna get dirty and no i dont want a white area rug i want white carpet. I live in florida near tampa. Any help would be nice!!
- Have you asked the carpet stores that you were already to if they could order the white carpet for you? I wouldn't think that should be a big deal at all. A lot of carpet stores may not have all colors of carpeting available on sight. They should have plenty of samples for you to look at and you choose the one you want. If you don't see it in the store, that doesn't mean they can't order it for you. There shouldn't be an extra charge for ordering the carpet you want.
- Q: my carpet it is filthy. it has smelled since the day i moved in a month ago and the bottom of my feet are gray after walking on it. the apartment managers refuse to change it and have told me i can break the lease but i would be penalized. who do i contact to have my carpets tested or confirm that they're not up to standards??
- The big question that comes to mind is why did you move in? If the place was filthy when you rented, then filthy is what you are paying for. You don't move into a low rent place and then tell them they have to fix it up to your standards. What you do is move into a nicer place and pay more rent. And get some Odoban from Sam's and now I see they have it at Walmart. Shampoo the rugs with it. It sanitizes and removes odors and will help and is remarkably cheap for how much it does. If it stinks, there is a need for the third cleaning. You just have to clean it with the right stuff and equipment. Your last solution is nose plugs and shoes.
