Q: for english press 1for spanish press 2why is there no other option why not.....if you want the guy who pushed 2 to learn english press 3!
Good idea. Why not send it to the phone company?
Q: what are some good supplements or tips for maxing out on bench. and dont say im too young for supplements either! im a 15, 5'9 and 170 lb middle linebacker/fullback. i can leg press about 550 and can only bench like 120 if that?! please help me!
lift with as much as you can probally 105lbs as many times as you can every day, and it will become easy after a few weeks if you stick with it. you have to put yourself out of your comfort zone to actually build muscle go to gnc and buy 10% whey protein
Q: in gym i am able to do a flat bench press of up to 40-45kg.....20-25kg feels like nothing.....but i am not able to do push ups ...maximum i have done in my life is 20 pushups on some lucky day...if i am doing 5 pushups rather 2 push up they does not feel effortless ....my first push up will feel like i am doing 100th....why is it so.....?i read some where that it is because of unbalanced training ...but on Wikipedia i found that both exercise target almost same muscle group...can some one clarify???
The bench press doesn't engage your core as much as push-ups do. A perfect push-up means your body stays in a straight line all throughout the movement -- a requirement that doesn't apply to the bench press. Work on your core strength with exercises like the plank. If you can't hold the top of a push-up for more than 15 seconds, you have a very weak core. It might also be that while you have the muscular strength to perform a push-up, you don't necessarily have the muscular ENDURANCE to perform A LOT of push-ups. Best way to work on that is...lots of push-ups! Just bang out as many as you can, whether it's 10 or 20 or 100, whenever you can.
Q: How do I know what direction to press my seams?
Usually, the seams can be treated in several ways and sometimes it's hard to know which to use though often can be corrected later, but seams are pressed in one direction or the other for several main reasons: 1...so they'll easily fit with other seams when joining two areas where the seams will join or overlap (for example, a row of blocks sewed to a row of blocks will have two seams meeting at the corners of all the blocks...generally then all the seams will have been pressed to one side for one row, but pressed in the opposition direction for the other row so that when joined, the seams from each row will nestle nicely into the other row 2...so a darker colored fabric won't show up around the edges of a lighter one if the seams are pressed toward the dark fabric 3...sometimes also to leave more hand-quilting room since seams are usually too thick to quilt through by hand Some people these days tend to just press all seams open to avoid having to decide, and assume there'll be enough quilting on their quilt to prevent too much stress on any individual seam. And if piecing by hand, which some people still do, the seams aren't actually sewed over so that all options will still be open by the time that seam needs to be sewed to another seam area.
Q: I was pushed against the side of a building in an alleyway and he felt me up (and by that I mean he put his hands under clothing all over very aggresively), hit me once in the face, and yelled and threatened me. He is 19 i just found out. Can I press charges against him? And if so, for what and what are the possible punishments? Thank you!
Only the police can press charges for a criminal offense. You can go to the police and file a police report and ask them to evaluate the case. The police decide whether or not there's enough evidence to press charges. You can file a civil lawsuit for emotional distress, but that's different from criminal charges. At best, you could win a financial settlement from him IF you have enough proof to convince the judge.
Q: When making French press coffee: What grind of coffee? What kind? Light or dark roast?
The most IMPORTANT thing to know regarding coffee made in a French press: you need LARGE particles of a uniform size for your coffee to turn out right. A high-quality grinder is your best bet--you can get the beans ground at the shop, or buy whole beans and grind them yourself. Smaller coffee particles lead to more dust, foam in the coffee and sludge in the bottom of your cup. Try to only grind as much as you can use in 2-3 days. I grind my coffee every day, use it and then grind more as needed. I have a French press, though do not use it every single day. I enjoy the flavor of the coffee, and sometimes will make a pot if it is to be enjoyed with the meal, such as brunch, but during the busy week, a coffee-maker with a timer is what I use most often. (With beans ground as I set the pot up the night before.) I often make coffee throughout the day if I am home, and use the French press then.
Q: 1) can u list everyone an everything besides newspapers that are guaranteed freedom o the press?2) how can the average citizen ensure his or her freedom o the press?3) what responsibility does an editor of a newspaper have?4) who if anyone should censor what you read?
1. Freedom of the press and freedom of speech are pretty closely tied together. Press has been defined by the Supreme Court as any publication that affords a vehicle for information and opinion. Magazines, books, pamphlets, web sites, blogs, TV, anything that is intended to be read or viewed by others. If it doesn't fall under that definition, then it likely falls under free speech. So signs, letters, art work, speeches, things not designed to be viewed as information or opinion. The guarantee is that the GOVERNMENT can't try to control the press. Plenty of other organizations can. Schools, TV networks, libraries, corporations do it all the time. But that's allowed. 2. Make sure that it isn't abused, thus tempting restrictions. 3. An editor has a responsibility to make sure that a story is true in its details, not libelous, doesn't incite riots, isn't on a malicious vendetta against people, and doesn't deliberately expose the subject to danger. 4. Me. I should be the only censor of what I read or watch. But then I'm an adult with a pretty good sense of skepticism.
Q: Jw what would be considered a good amount of weight for the classic chest press machine. Thank you.
well cable machines arent usually used to gauge strength as 1) the weight is never accurate and 2) cable friction and a controlled path interfere....a pretty decent amount of weight on a bench press is around 225 for the average person
Q: is there code in java to process a certain code only while a button is pressed once its released the code stops executuing
absolutely! You have the events of onPress and onRelease. use 'em.
Q: a new a good lip gloss and pressed powder that looks great and flawless on my dry skin .
I have dry skin too and I recently bought Studio Gear's wet/dry dual pressed powder. I've only used it dry but it feels good on my skin and looks natural... not cakey and doesn't dry me out. You can get it at Ulta or look online.
