Used for power transmission and distribution line with voltage rated at 35kV and below. In comparison with PVC Insulated Power Cable, xlpe power cable boasts not only characteristics of excellent electricity, mechanism, heat and aging-resistant, environment stress-resistant and chemical corrosion-resistant, but also simple structure, light weight, no restriction by laying drop, and high temperature allowance for long-term working

The standards

The power cable is mainly complying with IEC 60502,IEC60840 standard,  also can be produced according to OEM requirements and other standards, such as BS, DIN, ASTM, VDE, NFC standards, and so on.

PS:We can also manufacture as follows

Medium voltage cabel power cable:

3.6/6kV,6/6kV,6/10kV,8.7/10kV,8.7/15kV,12/20kV,18/20kV,18/30kV,21/35kV,26/35kV.

Q: Hi, Recently I bought nikon S550 digi camera from U.S, their power supply is different from India. In the power cable they mentioned 125 7A, do i need any convertor or directly i can use.
India power outlets run 220v, not 120, so you are going to need a converter or a completely new power-supply.
Q: I lost the power cord and USB cable to my HDD case. The company of the case is Intex. On a sticker is says, Intex HDD Case T-350 SA.This was posted a long time ago by someone, but it's the only place I can find the photo.Serious answers only please, I'm not asking if I should get a new one. I just want to know the information on the power cord and cable.
It's a regular USB 2 cable. No idea what sort of power it takes. Can't be a very special power though. Your best bet is to get one of those switchable supplies from Radio Shack and try the voltage one at a time until the drive works. If you go under the drive won't run, so you can't do it that way if you start low and move higher.
Q: i want to run a power cable from my battery from under the hood to my trunk for a amp that i want to power. i have a 94 mercury cougar. and i have seen it done under the car and through the firewall into the cockpit, if i want to run it through the firewall which way do i put it through? can someone send me a link to a pictured instructions? or just tell me how? thanx
Look for a grommet around the steering column or brake pedal. Using a screwdriver from inside the car, poke a hole and with a piece of coat hanger, tape your wire to it and pull it through towards the engine side. If you can't find a grommet, drill a hole and put a grommet in.The center of the grommet should slide easily over the wire and drill the hole the same size as the grommets outer diameter in the groove. The fuse should be no more tha 18 from the battery. _______ (sigh) Technically, running your RCA wires and power wires shouldn't cause any problems and can be dubbed a myth. However, a lot of people will disagree. For induction between power and signal wire to occur, a form of AC (with some current) must be introduced on the DC power wire. The signal throught the RCA cables, doesn't have enough current to do this. However..... One solution, if you want to run them together, is to have good shielded RCA cables and/or to separate the RCA wires and twist them (as in twisted pair wire, twisted pair wire is used in CAT3, CAT5 and CAT6 communication wire to eliminate noise/interference/induction). Another solution is distance, you don't have to have cable on both sides of the car as a 1 foot separation will do just as good.
Q: can i cut my computer Power Supply cables/USB and HDD cable to add an extension myself? They're all short.
No chance in hell. besides the fact you would have to extend the wires in the data cables with the EXACTLY same lenght, the chances to break the shielding is 100%. Not mentioning the fact that the power cables do not support the extra load given by makeshift connectors.
Q: How should connectors for storage device cables and connectors for power supply be described?
Storage cables have basically 3 types: IDE, SATA and SCSI, and are referred to by those names. Power connectors are sometimes called molex connectors after the company that first made them, or just power connectors and their applicable voltage they supply.
Q: How can i fix it and how much would it cost?
This is a common problem with the technology. Our shop charges 150.00 to resolder the jack on. You have to completely remove the motherboard from the case inorder to properly fix the jack. This problem will repeat with time so extra care should be taken then using AC Power.
Q: On an ATI Radeon HD 4870 1 GB, It has 2 slots of PCIe Power. In the box, it already has the 2 ''Y'' cables/PCIe Adapter ( I haven't bought it, just watched someone unboxing it). I might not have a PCIe Power Connector on my 550W as I haven't bought it yet either. So when you insert the 2 ''Y'' cables/PCIe Adapter,it branches out 4 Molex slots, do you insert all 4 or 3 or 2 or just 1? If the answer is 2, do you insert one Molex connector on each adapter or both on the ''Y'' Cable/PCIe Adapter?Lastly, Can a ATI Radeon HD4870 fit into a micro-atx casing?Sorry for my bad EnglishThank You =D
The card needs 2x PCIe power cables so you need to plug in both of them. Each power cable needs 2x molex, so you need to plug all 4 in. Your power supply may also have a PCIe connector anyway so you might as well use that for one of them if you have it (it can't be used for anything else anyway) and then just use 2x molex to power the other one.
Q: Two weeks ago, my 1 yr 19 lcd monitor began to flicker? Why? The power cord and usb cable are secure?
Its possible that the graphics card or the monitor itself are malfunctioning. Try plugging the monitor into another machine to test it. Its also possible the VGA/DVI cable is bad and that is causing the flicker.
Q: if found the reistance then what are the acceptable limits such that replace the cable or repair the cable
See the document by Megger on how to determine if a cable is good and much more. This is a very good document that covers both static (insulation hipot testing) and TDR fault location methods.
Q: So I'm currently living in a dorm room, and my tv is hooked up to the campus cable system. A couple of minutes ago, the power went off and turned back on right away, and I was watching tv during this. Now the power is working but the cable is not, all the channels are nothing but static.I've tried resetting my tv, but I'm wondering what else I could do. Other tvs hooked up to cable in my dorm aren't working either, so is there something wrong with the entire cable system?
Yes, there is. Probably either a fuse blew cutting power to the distribution amplifier or the DA itself failed due to surges surrounding the power failure.
