Used for power transmission and distribution line with voltage rated at 35kV and below. In comparison with PVC Insulated Power Cable, xlpe power cable boasts not only characteristics of excellent electricity, mechanism, heat and aging-resistant, environment stress-resistant and chemical corrosion-resistant, but also simple structure, light weight, no restriction by laying drop, and high temperature allowance for long-term working

The standards

The power cable is mainly complying with IEC 60502,IEC60840 standard,  also can be produced according to OEM requirements and other standards, such as BS, DIN, ASTM, VDE, NFC standards, and so on.

PS:We can also manufacture as follows

Medium voltage cabel power cable:

3.6/6kV,6/6kV,6/10kV,8.7/10kV,8.7/15kV,12/20kV,18/20kV,18/30kV,21/35kV,26/35kV.

Q: got 1 amp in the back,i want to add another amp at the front without a distrubuter, could i trail another power cable from the battery to the amp?
Yes, you can do this. Make sure each power wire has its own fuse near the battery. Addressing the other answers: this will not drain the battery any faster than running a single wire to a distribution block; and there's no need to add a second battery unless you plan to play the system for long periods without the engine running.
Q: Welding cable (230v) doesn't, so why would (14v) car audio cables
Voltage is not your main enemy when dealing with electricity. It's current or amps that are the main concern. You can think of it like a water hose, the V is the speed of the water, the A is the amount. Take Ohm's law for example. Say we have an amp that's producing 1000W With a 230V power system we have 4.3A, with a 14V power system we have 71A. That's a lot of amperage. Car power cables have a thick jacket to prevent shorts, shorts are bad. If you had a large cable going from one end of your car to the other, without a fuse. (lot's of people don't fuse correctly) If that cable comes in contact with the metal of the car it's going to short and that whole cable is going to get red hot and burn your car to the ground.
Q: I plugged my 110 volt JBL On Stage ipod speakers into a 220 volt socket. The fuse has blown, although I think it has only blown in the power cable and that the Ipod speakers are still fine. I was wondering where I could find a replacement power cable. Thanks for your help
A 110 ac plug configuration is usually not the same as a 220 ac plug configuration. they look completely different and will not pug into each other...so, I'm not sure how you managed to do that. Now, I am talking about the United States (not sure where you live). Anyway, I'm sure you can find a new power cable online. Or have Best buy order one for you if they don't have it in stock.
Q: or do I need to buy one?
Yes it's a standard 3 prong pc plug.
Q: Hey, my parents just bought me a turntable and I have no idea where one of the cables would go into a normal stereo or what I might need to buy to be able to plug it to a normal modern stereo.
Did you ask the OKorder seller whose photo you're using, what the cable is for? If this seller is actually selling the same turntable you have, he may know. Use the ask seller a question feature. Otherwise, google the brand and model number and you may very well find a manual online. My turntables all have a ground wire but it doesn't look like this. I've seen a cable like that on a turntable. Good luck and don't forget to get a new needle if you don't want to kill your records.
Q: I have a psu that has two slots for 8 pin power connectors. It only came with one 8 pin to 6+2 pin and one 8 pin to 6 pin power cable. I have a video card that needs 2 8 pin connectors and I need a cable that is 8 pin to 8 pin. I can't use 6-pin slots because I have used all of them. I have found extenders but no male to male cable. Any help? Thanks?
Just get a molex to 8 pin adapter at newegg, problem solved =P
Q: how deep underground are electric cables put and gas pipes laid underground for houses and bungalows here in the united kingdom, the Supply would be coming from the street up the front garden, asking this as thinking of knocking in metal posts for garden fence,
Here in NZ Power cables have to be buried 600mm or 2 foot below ground, but if your still unsure locate someone with a detect machine who can exray the ground tell you where what are below the surface these gismo's can track trace pipes, power cables, telephone cables, even rabbit burrows! I know co's I used a company that traced underground pipe work on a farm at a speedway before the ground was dug up to insert an under ground drain from one building to another, co's we knew somewhere down there was a high voltage power cable we didn't want to hit it!. Cheers!!
Q: im hooking up a system in my truck..im doing it the redneck way they way i have watched my dad do it many of many of times. im using jumper cable wire!! yes jumper cable wire, its plenty of juice the perfect size! but im not sure if he ever used a fuse link.do you have too? what if i dont use one? if so where is the cheapest place to get it?what size fuse is it?
Any wire that you connect to your battery should have a fuse, located as close to the battery terminal as possible. Without a fuse, a short circuit on the wire could result in a fire. Most car audio stores should have fuses and fuse holders available. The size of the fuse depends on the size of the wire. An 8-gauge wire can be fused up to 50 amps; if your wire is 4-gauge, then you can go up to 120 amps or so.
Q: What can I use for a power cable? Need a new one and I am not sure what to get. Could you send a link to one please?
Looks OK for the price.
Q: Okay so I am trying to upgrade my graphics card and In order ti di That I need a new Power Supply Unit. The PSU I was looking at is a 850 watt one and it has six pin connectors. The problem is all my componets are 4 pin connectors. If I get the new power supply can I somehow get a 6 pin connector to fit in a four pin like a adapter or something. BTW in order for the graphics card to function I need a six pin but all my other stuff in 4. So is there a way to work that out
Not correct, most modern power supplies, especially a 850W one, have the 4 pin Molex power connectors. Also, they do have the 6 pin PCI-E (video) power connectors as well... Don't mix up the PCI-E 6 pin vs the 4 pin Molex power, they are two totally different things...
