- A Press Release is a news worthy article or write up. Press Releases go out to the world not a blog post. Press Releases can be found on Yahoo News,Google News you name it. They get a bunch of traffic because it's suppose to be news worthy. A Blog post is usually not as important as a Press Release. Depending on the blog you might only get a handful of visists where as a Press Release is distirbuted in mass. Blogs in general don't recieve as much traffic as Press Release sites. You can do both it's not an either or thing. I would say try free Press Release sites like Headlines News.
- Q: I am looking to get into reloading. What brand press should I get? I want a press that will do it all, prime, re-size etc. Also is it better to get a full kit or build my own from different manufacturers like say and RCBS press, Lyman scale, and Lee dies etc. Please help.
- Unless you do LOTS of shooting, and therefore lots of reloading you do NOT need all the fancies of an expensive progressive press. Starting with a full kit from any of the quality makers is usually a bit cheaper than a piece here, a piece there type of setup. Note that MANY competition shooters use single stage presses to guarantee consistency from round to round.

- The Printing Press certainly DID NOT cause the Reformation. It certainly helped it along though. Bulk printing copies instead of hand writing them out helped distribute documents 1000 times quicker than before. Which means a 1000 more people would get to read them. It also meant that anyone with a printing press could PRINT just about anything out without the blessings or without the directions of the leaders, the Pope, or the Church. Whereas pretty much the only people that were processing any kind of documents before the printing press was one of the above three.... the leaders, the Pope, and the Church. Free Press!
- Q: I heard that if you bench press alot without deadlifting your bench press will stop improving eventually. Is this true? I already do squats, is that good enough? I don't really like deadlifts.
- I don't know who told you this but that is not true. I have been told a strong back improves your bench press and I fully agree. Just do other back exercises. You don't have to do deadlifts. What really improved my bench was simply not benching. I only bench twice a month cuz I am mass building right now and benchpress does not build mass. I do all incline. Try taking two weeks of from bench press and instead do incline bench press. Your body will respond better and your bench press will go up. It really did for me. My bench press has been steadily increasing. i just do bench press as a change up in my routine. Squats an the other hand is a great way to get big and will help ur bench cuz of the HGH released when squatting. Don't worry deadlifts won't stop ur bench progression. Someone probably said this cuz deadlift activates more muscles than any other excercise meaning more hormones in ur body are released. But if ur squatting u'll be fine. Good luck man

- Q: What muscles are actually helping me bench press? triceps? biceps? and what else... How can it be the chest.... if it does not move at all or anything... Today there was some really skinny guy in the gym , and he was benching more than i could... So i thats why i am asking this... He did not had more muscles than me at all.... thanks
- muscles involved in bench press: pectoral muscles (chest), triceps, anterior deltoid (shoulder), rotator cuff. the chest muscle is actually lengthening and contracting during this exercise and provides most of the power to push the weight up, away from your body. skinny dude could bench more than you because he's been working up to it. you will get there in time but his muscles are just stronger than yours. don't sweat it.
- Q: Okay, my grandma bought flowers from my sister's school fundraiser. When we brought them to her house and took the plastic wrapping off, natrually, some flowers petals fell off. - Depending on how much time you are allowed to prepare the flowers, is the method one must use. If time is rushed.. One can press the flowers with sheets of wax paper and an iron. Turning the iron on low and iron the flowers between two sheets of the wax paper. Do not over heat the wax paper and make sure you have the paper facing the correct direction as not to get any wax on your iron.. Typically this would be the shiny side facing each other. If one had a bit longer to wait, you need some very large books and place the flowers between the pages.. and set other books on top to act as a press. Shops like Fed-Ex/Kinko's offer a laminate servers with you can do yourself.. they that for the fastest way to press small flowers.

- Yes it should be but how and who is going to do it? A lot of the news have no more value than cheap back biting. In other examples the press sticks up for one part of the society and ignores the rest and calls it freedom of press although they know darn well, that they are cheating. It?s actually such a power tool, that whoever holds it, wants to use it for his own purpose. So anyone who would have the right to judge what the press should report could misuse that one day. If you only write decent stuff and wait until the truth is known before you report anything than you will loose readers. People are interested in action, bad stuff, violence and sex. - basically keep them of their own case interior yet another air tight field and in a funky, dark, dry place (like a drawer). high priced eye shadow is many times remarkable high quality and made with good ingredients so beginning the case as quickly as an afternoon or so for some seconds won't in any respect injury the feel or make it crack. :)
- Q: What's the difference, if any, between cold-pressed and first cold-pressed. Is there a difference??
- Those terms mean nothing in most of today's mass-produced olive oils. They may have more meaning if you can find olive oil extracted in more traditional manners, but those usually come from artisan producers and in very small batches. Virgin and cold-pressed are interchangeable terms. They both mean that only mechanical methods were used to extract the oil (as opposed to heat or chemical methods, both of which alter the natural properties of the oil). First pressing refers to when the old method of using a mechanical screw press was common. Olives went through the press at relatively low pressures the first time through, meaning the most pure product came out (thus first pressing). Then the resulting pulp was sent through a higher pressure press to extract more oil. The higher pressure results in heat, which degrades the flavor of the oil. Often, the pulp was heated before the second pressing to be able to extract more oil. Centrifuges are now used to extract oil by most commercial producers. Since the oil is extracted by centrifugal force until nothing else comes out, there is no second pressing. It's my understanding that since the olives are not subjected to as much pressure using this method, they are not subjected to as much heat either, preserving the original qualities and flavor of the oil. Back to my original statement: first cold pressed and cold pressed are mostly marketing terms carrying over from the early days of olive oil extraction methods. By today's standards, most any non-refined olive oil qualifies as first cold pressed. There are certainly quality differences between oils, but if you're comparing labels of extra virgin olive oils, these extra words on the label are no longer a good indicator of these differences.
