Q: Its an 03 jetta with monsoon amp. I need step by step instructions on how to run the power cable. Pictures would be nice too. Thanks!!!!!
think of exterior the container. actually. you do no longer could desire to bypass for the period of the passenger compartment...you could run the wires below the automobile. only be valuable to tie them up nicely. stable success.
Q: I have a slim PS2 and a PS1. Recently, my PS1 power cable had spoiled, and I don't know if the power supplied by the Slim PS2 cable is the same.. I know the video cable is compatible but I don't know if the power cable is compatible too.P.S. Don't give a stupid answer like quot;You can play PS1 games on PS2or quot;Use a PS3 cablequot;
Nope, I tried the other day myself actually and it doesn't. It's a shame really because I loved the PS1 and I wanted to have a go :(
Q: will I be able to work this out without buying something extra? and if so what do I need to buy?
That gpu takes 2 6 pin connectors, the last photo in the PSU pictures shows this second from the left wire with red plugs. You have what you need. Good luck
Q: So here is the power supply, motherboard and graphics card I have.Power Supply: ATX-TL500W-BK Motherboard: GA-78-LMT-S2 Graphics Card: GV-N960XTREME-4gd As you can see the mother board is a (pcie 2.0), and my graphics card is 3.0 with a 6pin and 8pin slot on the side for It's power cables.My previous graphics card didn't need any cables to run to it, so I don't know what I need for going from the 3.0 to the 2.0, and I don't know where the power cables for the card connect to.Any help is very appreciated.
your going to need a bigger power supply cause the graphic card requires a 8 pin and 6 pin power connection n the mother board needs also the 20 pin plus a 4 pin power connection for the mother board
Q: I was wondering if it is possible to have flat power cables as i want to place my hdtv on the wall but don't want the power cable trailing down so that it looks like its levitating (i suppose anyway). I also want to do this for my mini hi-fi, as that is on a supporting wall and feeding wires through that is either not viable and/or out of my electrical range. I live in the UK, so would prefer a national company as opposed to foreign.
Hi Allotted, The best thing to do is cut into the wall and run the cables down the inside. By the time you have power, DVD/VCR, cable connection and a dozen other things you have a huge bundle of cables. Cut a opening behind the TV and run the wires down the inside to the floor. Make an opening to bring them out there. I did mine like that and while it took some effort the results were a great looking installation. Norm
Q: Im running a dedicated power cable from battery to trunk for 2 amps and i just want to know if drilling a hole through the firewall is the only way to do it? What happens in 15 years when the hole gets rusted and coroded from the moisture even with a gromet?
Depends how much space you have and the gauge of the power cables. I had to drill a hole in my fire wall to fit my 0 gauge power cable. But I used a size were I had to force my cable through so there wouldn't be any gaps. But you don't have to worry much about rust. If you ever pull your carpet off, you will notice a lot of holes. There normally drain holes they will rust after a while but it's nothing to serious. I got a 87 Jag with rust around the drain holes in the trunk but it's still strong.
Q: If you submerss the metal end of any kind of power cable like an extension cord in water will it work again?
It will if dried out over night. Placing it in direct sunlight will dry it faster. A hand held hair blower/dryer will work the best. Never use a wet cord for anything! This could lead to electric shock and/or death!
Q: cable laid in the GI trays and temperature is 30 digree centigrade
There is no definite safe formulas for your cables because it depends on many factors like what conductor . what insulation, how many cores ,what is your load , where is your load and ambient temperature and so on. The best guidance will be from the particular manufacturer who would provide the tables under various conditions as above.
Q: When the cable is plugged in the light is yellow like usual but when I plug it into the Xbox it goes red and I can't turn on my Xbox. I can use the cable for my other Xbox and the light turns green, but that one already has the red ring. PLZ HELP!! I JUST DOWNLOADED THE HALO REACH BETA! AND I'M BOREDand please dont just say halo sucks.
switch power supply and see if that works if not somethings wrong with your system and halo does suck thats only game that xbox has that is good and thats pretty sorry
Q: I recently bought a 750watt power inverter and there are two small cables to connect to it that look like small jumper cables. Can i connect my regular (longer/bigger) jumper cables to the car battery and connect the other end to the inverter cables??Ive been told that this will blow the inverter, and i've been told otherwise. Please let me know if you've had any experience doing this.Thanks,
