- Q: I use concealer and foundation...the trublend by covergirl...but i find that when i use the pressed powder on top of the foundation...or when ever i use it it gives me a powdery look...and it the right color...and everything... So is it necessary to use when you use concealer and foundation?
- no it isn't at all necessary unless you have oily skin then pressed powder would be advisable, but if its not foundation is enough if u want a more flawless finish give translucent powder a try only a small amount is needed

- Leg press is only good if you squat. I will talk bad about it cause you seem like you care about how much you lift in whatplanet fitness? Squats Are a compound lift which work abdominals, quads, and hammies. Don't be a ***** and diss squats cause they're what gets the chicks 4 years powerlifting. 2 years bodybuilding and tracking macro nutrients. - Q: I can't lift the bar without it leaning a bit to the left or right and my repetitions are pathetic. I'm almost 15, 110 lb and I started lifting last month. I had a trainer and he told me to just do dumbbell presses. I'm doing 15s on the dumbbells but it's embarassing because most of my friends brag about benching their bodyweight. My trainer recommended that I should do 15 reps comfortably with the 45lb bar before putting weights on. Will I ever be able to bench my bodyweight? when my current dumbbell press doesn't even level with how much the bar weighs?

- Q: i pressed my mac pigments and let them dry over night, now do i actually have to take a quarter and press each one? whats the point of that? im scared to touch them i dont know if theyre dry yet or not
- I pressed a bunch of my pigments. Put the quarter behind the fabric and press onto the pigment mixture. The cloth will get slightly damp, that's ok, that's just the alcohol being absorbed. Give it a couple of presses, really hard, and lift up the shirt and quarter and voila! You now have your very own pressed pigment eyeshadow! Don't worry you wont ruin it. It will make it less powdery and it will be easier to use. happy pressing!!

- Yes and No. You can build your chest, triceps, shoulders with bench press. But you can not build biceps and forearms. Then I suggest you to buy an adjustable bench and 2 dumbbells (don't buy fixed one). You can do full body workouts with them.
