- Q: what's the difference between pressed wood and plywood? Also how can you tell what's what?
- Pressed wood is made up of shavings and chips which are glued together under very high pressure. Plywood is several thin layers of solid wood which are glued together under pressure.

- Bench press is not the same as push-ups. BP is normally used for the chest when heavy lifting, while PU is normally used to strengthen the chest, back, and abs. The problem with PU is that the weight you use is not very heavy, so it is high reps with light weight. It is still great for you, but doesn't have the same bulking effect as BP.

- the police would have written down all the information, wether or not he decided to press charges. if he isnt pressing charges, then the cops wont do anything but the police report will still exist. if he does, then he's gunna have a hard time coming up with evidence and witnesses to back up his claim. i think that depending on how you play it out in court, the judge should favor your side. if the car was in fact supposed to be repossessed and you left with the car, that could be motive for him to make up a lie in order to get back at you for taking the car.

- Do bench press with dumbbells. That way you wont need a spotter. Are you working both parts of the chest, if not do so. It cant be due to not doing bench press tho. It is probably just genetics

- You can't press charges. Period. Only the DA or Prosecuting Attorney can do that. What you CAN do is reprt the incident to police, who will then investigate (if there's credible evidence) refer the case for prosecution. Bear in mind that if charges are pressed they MUST be filed in the jurisdiction where the crome occurred. That means it will not be where you currently live.
