So many lives lost just because someone wanted to make it look good. Back in the day, extension cords were common because of loose electrical standards dealing with required outlets. People used to equate a lot of electrical receptacles with wealth, so people went to great lengths to hide their shame by putting extension cords underneath throw rugs. All those deaths over vanity. - you might just try soap and water...even a little liquid detergent...not too much...it soaps up pretty quickly...i use an old wash cloth with a little water and then add the soap to it....keep rubbing..then add more water if its too soapy...hopefully it will come out....if it comes out to your liking then keep blotting the area with paper towels to absorb the moisture.......good luck what ever method you find...........

- I agree with Janian. They shouldn't need a rug. Donkeys (and horses) can handle cold just fine. What they can't handle is a combination of wet and windy. Then they might need a waterproof blanket, but they should have a shelter to stay dry in anyway. A blanket can actually make them colder by pushing down the fluffy hair, which is meant to insulate them from the cold.
