It is available at Petsmart. Make sure you follow the direction. The main reason that it fails is that people just sprays it on and wipe it up and not let it soak into the carpet and pad like the urine did. You may need to do this 2 or 3 time. Just reminder that the urine treatment product needs to go where the urine went for it to work properly. Installation cost run around 30 cents per square foot in my area (depending on size of job, type of carpet, stairs etc.)
