- Q: I have a cream couch with thin stripes color stripes are tan, beige Brown... Would this rug go good infront of it?! I plan to get a palm plant to put at the end of the couch- its a 2 piece sectional really nice!!!But im into more natural nuetral colors... for our living room!
- I don't really think it would go perfect. But it would look okay. You may want to add some throw pillows and things like that to make it go better with the colors of everything that you have already bought. Good luck :)

- Spruce the room up by adding some bright colors to the rug and curtains (blues, greens, etc) since the walls are white. The carpet should be kept light, since the furniture is dark. A room should always have a nice balance to it. Hope this helps and good luck =)

- Use Genesis 950 Concentrate. It is designed to actually break down stains. It works great. I had paint stains on my carpet for months. Nothing got it out, it only smeared the paint and made it worse. A friend told me to try the 950 and it got everything out. I was in shock. I would imagine if it can take up wall paint like it was nothing, then it would do the same for a nail polish. I might try it tonight just to see - that's how much confidence i have in my answer!!! It has cleaned up cat puke for me. Completely taken out cat urine from carpet. The stuff is amazing. It does everything. I spilled shattered an entire bottle of A1 Steak Sauce on my carpet. The 950 got it ALL. Try the pint size, but seriously, once you use this, you will never want any other cleaners. I even put it in the rug doctor when I clean my carpets.
- Q: We've lived in our house for almost two years and have the most annoying rug in the living room. It sheds constantly and it's like having a pet! - As noted by others: good diet. I do not agree with other comments that say it is normal to shed all the time. Spitz breeds have a double coat, they should be shedding in spring and fall, to prepare for different seasons. To shorten the shedding period, give a warmish bath (not TOO warm) to loosen hair and dry using a force dryer. If you don't have a force dryer, go to a grooming shop. Do NOT use a human hair dryer, it is only going to dry his skin. The force dryer blasts the water and loose hair out. Once that is done, prepare yourself for about an hour of brushing. Use a teflon coated rake (single line, short teeth). I like to finish with a Zoom Groom (rubber fingers). I HATE furminators - they are a razor with a handle - they cut the hair off, they do not remove from the root (which is what shedding is all about - total loss of the entire hair shaft). Once you do this big groom, weekly brushing should be sufficient. You will always have to vaccuum, but it shouldn't need to be a daily thing.

- its going to depend on the type of carpet. if its carpet like what goes into bathrooms yes, but dont use detergents with enzymes like Era. they eat the latex backing. If its an area rug like an oriental rug then no you will need to have it dry cleaned of shampoo it. Most of the time you can get away with just taking the rug outside for a good beating unless it has some stains.
