Q: my shirts say tumble dry low but my dryer only has tumble press. is it the same?
No, actually it isn't the same. Regular Perm Press it hotter that Perm Press low. I also have the same issue. What I do is, put them on for about 5-10 min on Perm press, then 15-20 min on air. The heat from the regular Perm press stays in the dryer but doesn't keep getting hotter, and the then the air cools it off. Sometimes I go back and forth between the two until it is dried.

Sometime when we are a little under the weather our body is telling us not to over do take it easy a day or so. Give it a couple days of rest before working out again. Sounds like a pulled muscle.

This is a question that only you can answer. Only you know your capabilities, and if anybody demands more than you are capable of, you need to tell them to go fly a kite. Clint Eastwood put it succinclty: A good man always knows his limitations. This doesn't mean that you should sell yourself short either. You should constantly strive to overcome your own limitiations, but there is a limit to everything, including how much your maximum bench press should be. Just try to improve your maximum bench press weight gradually, adding a few pounds from time to time. You don't mention what position you are playing for the football team, but that is important. If you are an interior lineman, you should be stronger than a wide receiver or a defensive back. The latter positions stress running speed and agility more than strength. Set realistic goals for yourself and try to reach them. Your next goal should be 150 pounds with the same number of repetitions. Keep adjusting your weight lifting goals upward, but keep in mind that you need to stretch those muscles too, or you will be prone to muscle strains, the most common sports injuries. I have included a link below to a yoga site which will help with this. Don't forget that rest and recuperation are very important too. Work your upper body on alternating days, and the lower body in between. I wish you a great football season, both individually and collectively.

Q: I am a little over 21 weeks pregnant and just recently felt the baby move on the outside of my belly pretty good...acutally starting on Friday we could feel the baby kick or move on the outside if I pressed in the area I felt the baby move. I find myself pressing down, not hard, more often trying to feel the baby move...am I doing any harm? I know this sounds like a dumb question but I am worried now because I haven't felt the baby move as much yesterday and into today and I am afraid now that someone is wrong. Help! Is it bad to press on the abdomen to feel the baby move? Can the baby be felt some days and not others at 21 weeks?
I am 20 wks and my husband has been doing the same thing for almost 2 wks. This is the only way that I have felt it. But last Friday I felt it for the first time without him doing it. I haven't heard that this causes any harm.

There should be a ridged part of the bar its like Put ur hands thumbs length to the outside of the length part, and tell your spotter to lift the bar when you count to 5. So count 1,2,3,4,5. As soon as he's lifting it take a deep breath and slowly bring it down to you're chest, and push it all the way up. Breath Out, Then bring back down, and repeat, etc.
