Q: I purchased the chair about 3-4 yrs ago from Pier 1 Imports and they told me it was discontinued. The chair is called Madison Chair #13010 Fab#9470. It is a paisley arm chair.: You might want to cut a small piece of material from the bottom of the chair and take it to a fabric store and see if they have the same fabric, then you can have a another chair covered in the same fabric. Sometimes if you can find out who the manufacturer of the material is, you can call them and see if they still have it and where you can purchase it. Other than that look on Ebay or Craig's list and see if you can find a match to your chair. Hope this helps.

Q: I heard of a trick that uses a chair, and supposedly girls can do it, but boys can't.Has anybody heard of it, and if they have, do you know any details?: Yes I have and it really is not a trick. It is one difference between the body of a man and woman. Basically take a chair put your back to a wall, keep both feet on the floor and not move them and you must keep your lower body pressed against the wall at the same time.. Then bend over grab the chair pull it to your chest. Then straiten, lifting the chair with your torso till you are standing strait again with out moving anything other then your arms and torso. A woman is the only one that can do this without falling over.

Q: Does anyone know if churches rent out chairs for private weddings ?: I assume you are talking about renting chairs for the reception, and the answer is, it depends. Each church is different. But usually, if you rent the hall, chairs and tables are included in the price. Otherwise, if you have a caterer, they can arrange for the chairs as well. If you use the church for the ceremony, there will be chairs (of course) in the sanctuary. If you have the ceremony in the reception all, then again, the chairs usually come with the space. If for some reason you have to rent chairs, however, the cost is not too bad. We needed to do it for a big party in my family (not in a church), and the rental company arranged to deliver the chairs and pick them up. I don't remember the price right now, but I remember being surprised at how reasonable it was. There are so many big expenses for a wedding. Chairs are going to be only a minor part. Q: I need a chair or something other in my bedroom to read in.. I've been reading in my bed recently but after reading for 8 hours a day it gives me SERIOUS back problems.: I read in a butterfly chair. It's extremely comfortable, and perfect to read in. It also works to read in one with a foot stool. And you can put your book on one of the side 'wings'.

Q: I can snowboard perfectly fine down the slopes, I have no problem with balance or turning or anything like that. But every single time I get off of a chair lift I eat s**t. I try and do everything the people tell me, I even got a grip on my board but my boots slips right off, and my board is shiny which again makes it super slippery. I have tried putting my foot against the back binding but again my foot just slips out of position as soon as my board touches down on the snow ramp thing.! In the end I had to ask the guy to stop the chair lift and let me off so I didnt injury myself some more. Please help we are going up again in a few weeks and I dont wanna stack every time. Q: I just got a new TV for gaming, a 37 Toshiba, but now I need a good chair. The TV is on a table maybe 1 ft. 8 in. high (about), so I think that I maybe want a chair with a pedestal thing on the bottom. The X Rocker Pro looks nice but is expensive. I am mainly looking for comfort here; sound quality is not as big of a concern although good sound would be nice:) The X Rocker Pro has mixed reviews on the comfort level, though... Also, I am 57ish and pretty thin, so I don't need a big, fat chair or anything too specific size-wise. It's the comfort that counts. Thanks.: There are several other types and brands of video rocker chairs or video gaming chairs at the site below. Some gaming chairs are good if you're short and some are good if you're tall. Trying the chairs out of course is best. You want your legs to reach the floor comfortably- the video rocker chairs are closer to the floor normally than the average chair. You can get gaming chairs that are cheap and good too.

These are the chairs Hospitals use and Worker Comp. boards demand workers have in were repeat stress injury cases happen. They are unbelievable to sit in. I have $600 chair and it doesn't come near a SteelCase for comfort. They are worth every cent. Take a look at the Leap Work Lounge one could almost live in that chair.
