We find quality carpet in only the higher end apartments where the people who can afford the higher rent are normally better educated and easier on the premises as a whole. You, no doubt are a careful renter, however, the law of averages is at work here. Call a carpet cleaner and purchase a grooming rake from them, it may help somewhat.

- It is not steam cleaning. Its just normal carpet cleaning. Steam cleaning would be using only steam like an iron steam to get the wrinkles out. Our water in our commerical truck is 200 deg. Just use hot water.
- Q:I used RESOLVE High Traffic Carpet Cleaning Kit a few months ago. I didn't think it even worked, but to my dismay, I believe it has made my carpet dirtier. - take a knife to the corner and pull it up cut all around the edges and just pull. use some goo-be gone if you need to with the glue. then take one of those power tools that make the floor smooth. (idk what they are called lol) smooth out the floor and stain it :)
