This is a brief explanation, but I'm sure you can find full directions on making rag or braided rugs online.

Q: how do i get rid of a carpet burn please help: help is at hand, If you have a spare piece of carpet then great , if not you can cut a piece from somewhere it will not show ( under heavy furniture or from inside a closet) Cut out the scorched piece of carpet using a sharp safety knife, Dab the the bottom of the hole and the tufts with a suitable latex adhesive. Insert the tufts into the hole and leave to dry, then brush to blend with the pile. Save you a lot of money this way, hope this helps you out
