Q: so this summer im thinking just for fun me and my friend should make chairs. so im thinking what this project will cost me. and also i have NO tools other then like a screw driver probly. so im wondering all together how much am i looking at and also plz list all the tools and there prices as well.: Chairs are ambitious projects for a beginner. They must be both engineered and built well so they withstand use and designed well so they look and feel nice. To add to the complications, most chairs have no square joints. I think you'd better consider another project.

Q: I am about to buy a high chair for my baby. Any recommendations as to brand, model, etc? What features do you think are most important to have? Thank you!: The high chair I have is the Fisher-Price Ocean Wonders. I like the fact that it can recline (that was handy when I just started my little guy on solids), the tray and the tray cover are easy to clean (there are no nooks and crannies for food to get stuck in), it has a toy that attaches to the tray with fun music (my son adores it) and it has two little toys that hang off the side (I like the fact that they hang off the side so they don't distract baby while he's eating). The seat cover is a vinyl/plastic material so its easy to clean (I haven't put in the washing machine yet though). It is bulky but most high chairs are. Plus, I got it on a huge discount!!

Q: I currently have a typical rocker/recliner in my living room, but I thought it'd be cooler to have something more unique. The only two other options that I could think of was a Papasan Chair or a Hanging Chair. Any other ideas?: Well you could just get a big nice comfy chair with an ottoman... But if you want something unique you could also go for a giant been bag chair. I have one. They are not filled with beans they'd re filled with foam so they are REALLY comfy. You can get huge ones that will fit your whole body. Here or some types..... City sac Love sac Sumo sac There are tons of brands you would just have to browse but if this doesn't appeal to you I like the swing chair idea.

Q: What baby high chairs do you recommend?: A tray that is easy for you to take off with one hand, but is on secure, so the baby can't take it off. I used a lot of Graco products when my son was little.

Q: I started with one chair. I sanded it first, then wiped, and let it dry, and then i put stain on. And I see a few spots that seems like I didn't sand very good. So, the color is uneven. plus the chair has a plywood part on a back of a seat, it turns pretty ugly. What should I do? Let it dry, and sand it again, then stain it? Or let it dry, put primer and paint over it? CAN I pait it?: Depending on the wood, it will absorb uneven. Pine is the worst for uneven absorbtion. You need Minwax Wood Conditioner. Put that on, let it dry and restain.
