Then you are limited to the amount of time to do it yourself, which is usually cheaper than getting a professional. When we bought ours, we did one room a day until we were done, and we are still using the cleaner in the box! Next time we want or need to clean our carpets, we all ready have it! BUY ONE and do it yourself!!

- Q: my rug is filthy ....we moved in after these people had dogs in my room and it smells like pee when it gets hot so i decided to clean it today and i put Woolite on and scrubbed it then water and soap on it( i didnt care) now its wet and i want to vacuum it up with a regular vacuum .. is this ok and will my carpet stop making my room smell since i scrubbed it twice with Woolite and water and soap

- you should only really need a heavy turnout with full neck for very cold winter, a medium weight rug a light weight rug for when its just light raining a fleece or stable rug

- Q: I've recently noticed rugs popping up on my yards in the evenings, it goes down to around 4oC here at night right now, and all horses are in their own fields, not in a herd. I personally am not too sure on rugging yet. My mare is a 16.2, 10 year old Irish Sports Horse, and I simply refuse to clip her for my own reasons. She has been rugged for most of her life with her old owner, and obviously it's unfair of me to deny her rugging now, so no rug is not an option.I was just wondering how cold it has to get before you start rugging. I myself will rug in horrible rain, and at 1oC or below, but should I be doing it at higher temps? I don't want to ruin the growth of her winter coat, and she gets hay and a feed every night.
- While I agree with the other answers it should also be considered that horses in the wild are herd animals and therefore do group together either by sticking their rumps together to keep warm or sometimes horses stick their muzzles together and breathe on each other to keep breathing warm air. I would suggest the horses ears and behind them. Are they cold? If they are cold I would suggest blanketing/rugging them especially if the horses are going to be alone in separate fields. There are several types of blankets/rugs. Some are thicker and some are thinner. Lightweight blankets are for temperatures that do not go down past 40 degrees. Medium weights are for temperatures that do not go much past below freezing and heavy blankets are for the days when it is freezing. You can decided between the lightweight or the medium weight.
- Q: I need help removing odours from our carpet. We're renting at the moment and the carpet was pretty grubby when we moved in but we've cleaned it up a fair bit with a wet/dry vaccuum cleaner. We've had a litter of puppies recently though and as puppies do, they've had a few accidents on the carpet. The carpet now has a urine smell in it and I'm trying to get rid of it but not sure what to use. I've tried using teatree/eucalyptus oil, and a few carpet cleaners. They work removing the stains but not the smell. Any other suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!
- I really hate to say it but with urine, you are in for the long haul and will eventually rip the carpet up. I have tried everything. I don't know why urine is SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO incredibly pervasive but it won't go away. You can steam clean the spots up, but the urine is way, way down at the floor line, and when the cleaning water begins to dry up, the reconstituted urine will simply wick back through the carpet fibers and start the whole process over again. OTC remedies are a waste of money and DO NOT work.
- Q: I have dried set in pet stains on my carpet (old and new) does any one know of any over the counter carpet cleaners i can get that does not have to be rubbed or scrubbed in? looking for something I can spray on let dry then vac I am unable to get down and scrub and rub
