Appendix: Cable Properties
1. The cable is characterized by anti-acid and anti-alkali, anti-oil, and anti-aging, etc; Shielded type is anti-interference.
2. Low smoke and low halogen wire and cable has low fuming amount, releasing little hydrogen chloride, so on fire, it cause little corrosion, danger and damage to equipment, people and environment.
3. Cross-linked polyethylene insulating cable has large current capacity; and it is light and handy in structure. It is not restricted by drop. Cable short time over loading working temperature should not exceed 130
; Total short circuit temperature not exceed 250; Lasting for no more than five seconds.
4. fire-resistant cable can work for over 90 minutes under 750
-900; the fireproof properties test accords with GB12666.6 standards.
Cable Properties Index
Low smoke and low halogen Properties Index:
1. hydrogen chloride gas release amount ≤125mg/g
2. smoke density ≤300
3. Fire-Resistant Properties and burning test Grade B Qualification
Cross-linked polyethylene Properties Index:
1. Environmental stress cracking ≥500hr
2. medium tangent angle ≤0.003
3. degree of cross linking ≥75%
Fire-resistant cable Properties Index:
1. It can work for over 90 minutes under 750
-900;
2. Burning Test Grade B Qualification
Shielded cable Properties Index:
1. Little medium consumption, anti-interference, strong transmission signal
2. Heat resistant, radiation resistant, antiseptic, waterproof and airtight.

Q: Is it safe to connect the case fans in line with the hard drive, or should I use a separate power cable?
I'd have the on a separate circuit. The hard drive needs all the power it can get to act well
Q: im having probelms with the end piece that goes into the computer, and it needs to be replaced.
Try any electronics store
Q: So I have some speakers that are for a PC. I just got a new laptop and I want to use the speakers, which I can with 100% ease but I want it to be portable, meaning I don't want to have to plug in my speakers to a wall outlet, i would like to hook it up with a USB. Is there way I can make a USB power cord so i can power the speakers from my laptop? I have a 12V DC 0.5A wall adapter and a usb to cut in half or whatever to make this thing work, i also have a soldering kit. Is this possible? Thansk for any help and Merry Christmas ;)
No, USB is extremely low power. It's not going to happen.
Q: I need to run power cables from 4 fans on my stacker 830 around the edges of the case and into the power supply for cable management purposes. The fans I currently have, have power cables that are around only 10 inches long. Any ideas?
Can you solder? If so, just clip the wires then splice on extensions. Add heat-shrink material, solder connections, shrink the material and you're good to go.
Q: I'm curious, because I was looking through the 'combo deals' for a part for a potential build, and one of them was a SATA cable (item itself was a hard drive). Does Newegg, or for that matter any major computer retailer, sell products that come with all the cables you need to actually use the part? I guess I'm primarily concerned with Hard Drives and Disk Drives in this case... oh, and PSUs I guess. And the mobo, will that have the power cable?
Depending on what the combo contains, it may have the cables. - A power supply comes with a power cable for the outlet, and the usualy cables you find on a power supply... - A motherboard comes with 2 or 3 SATA cables, O/I shield, screws needed to mount ot case, manual, driver disk - JUST Hard Drives...well just the hard drive (NewEgg does not included any cables unless stated) - Graphics cards...adapters, manual, old drivers - Case: cables that connect to the motherboard (On/reset buttons, USB ports, Firewire, fans, sound/mic jacks) Hope this answers your question.
Q: I had bought a new stereo for my Dodge Neon, had installed it, and everything worked great for a couple days. Later my stereo was no longer getting power, I took it out to try to find out the problem. The power cable from the battery to the stereo is no longer intact. The little metal pin in the middle(no, I don't know exactly what it's called) broke off! I have no idea how, or even where it is, all I know is that it's gone and I don't know what to do! Is this a replaceable car part? If so, where do I find a new part, or where would I take my car to get the best help and possible answers? Would it be better to take it to a mechanic or to a stereo installation shop?
the cables are not a life and run away from the dash , that never happends, and if the cable is there its not broken the power comes from the ignition switch not the battery , so you have a bad fuse or bad ignition switch most likely it is only a fuse, did you know there are 2 boxes ? check both
Q: ive recently opned my external harddrive case so that i could put dat harddrive in my pc ... i was able to take out the ide cable but i cnt take out the power cable... plz help me.. how can i take out the power cable?
try using a pair of plyers and moving the connector side to side while pulling
Q: The power button doesn't appear to be wired correctly. I press it and nothing ever happens. The only way to shut it down is to forcefully remove the power cable. My PC also does not shut down when I select shut down in the start menu. It just restarts.
i think you need to replace the part, it might be broken
Q: Hey y'all , so I got this LG X120 Netbook thing and although it works fine when power supply cable is connected, it won't play just by getting supply from its own battery..also i tried starting it up with the power cable on, and after a few moments I unplugged it, and the screen went black-I mean the netbook was turned off by itself..any help with that? thanks
lg has not got reports like these there might be sum internal fault in the hardware of the pc so u should try to exchange this or buy a lenovo 1
Q: Ok so I was doing something stupid just now. Cuttiing a power cable that connects to the tv. Halfway through to cutting it, the wire explodes and hit my face o,o. So quickly, I turn all of the switches off and run to wash my face. I just wanted to know whether it's ok to turn all the switched back on cus I'm literally in the dark right now. And will there be any damage to my face since the wire explodes in my face?
You probably should not have been left home alone, unsupervised. It is NOT OK to turn the power on, unless you have taken the TV plug out of the power socket on the wall. This does NOT mean cutting through the cord, it means unplugging it like a normal person would do. You might have a couple of small burns on your face. If you were more injured, I am sure you would realize it.
