- I have a 15.2 hh Fat horse, as round as a pumpkin! He is generally a 60 rug but can fit into a 59! He is also a cob! If you are going to have a couple of rugs, id have the bottom one or 2 as a 59 and the top ones as 60. Also i rekon he would be a cob. But i dont think there is much difference in a 5'9and a 6'0, so if you thought he may fill out or get rounder once you get him than you may be better just going with 6'0!

- depends on what the carpet is made of. most matrials will be discolored by bleach. about the only exception I can think of off hand is olefin. it is usually used in outdoor carpets, because it is essentially plastic and nothing damages it. If your dogs urinating on the carpet hasn't discolored the carpet , bleach probably won't either

- sure!. also you can use house carpet also. but before you put carpet down, unhook the battery, open both doors, clean the floor off and brush paint the floor with rust-olem paint, let it dry good, then put the carpet down. the paint will protect the floor board.

- rob has a good answer, also check around with friends and family, what they have bought, what they recomend for wear and cleaning, because they have lived with thier carpet for how long.... also don't forget about industrial carpet, you can get some really nice ones these days and they are Very hardwearing and can be quite beautiful. also don't forget the underlay, this is where the quality is not seen but felt!

- If it were me, I'd take the opportunity to get rid of the shag carpet and replace it with something more practical. Otherwise ... blot the area dry as quickly and thoroughly as possible, insuring you also absorb the fluid from the padding. Once the bulk of the liquid has been removed, I'd spritz the area with water and allow it to sit for about five minutes, then repeat the blotting. Repeat until no color remains. Consider an inexpensive shampoo suitable for shag if needed.

- I vacuum on Mondays and Fridays and use carpet fresh about once a month.:)
