Design Features of full welded forged steel ball valve

The body of ball valve is full welded, selects high quality forged material, and adopts the advanced forged forming technology to form two semi-spheres which are welded into a whole in the middle of the body. This welding technology differentiates the ball valve form others, and makes the valve more spherically,so the valve structure is more compacter, lighter and stronger.Besides, the middle direct welding realize highly accurate valve body manufacturing, makes fully and completely sealing between the seat and ball. The full welding instead of bolts completely avoids the outside leakage,so ball valve is the ideal product for under-ground,offshore working platform and under-sea equipments.

Adopting fixed plates or trunnion to support the ball

The top and bottom of the ball is supported by upper and lower fixed plates or stem and trunnion, and the ball is accurately placed in the center of the ball valve to achieve complete seals and precise movements. When plate adopted, the force exerted by the medium to the ball is distributed via the plate to the left and right bodies,so that the stem does not bear the blending moment from the medium, but only the torque from the ball rotation during the opening/closing of the valve. The low-friction PTFE Teflon composite bearings installed between the ball axis and fixed plate and between the stem and the trunnion can absorb ball moving action caused by the pressure of the medium. This structure brings stable actions and easy operations for the ball valves, and the required operation torque can be reduced,so smaller actuators can be used, and the cost is cut down.

ball valve seat is floating structure, means the seat can move along the medium direction,so that the seat can fit against the ball all the time.
Double piston effect structure seat of full welded forged steel ball valve
Seat design is special double pistons effect structure,it can ensure the seal wherever the medium flows into the ball valve.

Seat multistage seal strucute of full welded forged steel ball valve
As following graphic instruction,on seat bearing ring, set two soft sealing rings(A and B)and metal sealing spherical surface which can seal with the ball.Seat ring A is spring loaded, which seals the surface with the ball tightly to the surface to form an initial seat; When there is pressure generated from medium, the piston force is generated to make seal ring A elastically deformed and seal ring B fit the surface of the ball surface due to the piston effect caused by area difference, thus the second seal forms. When the medium pressure is rising. It will generate huge pressure to seal ring A and seal ring B,so the two seals have a greater elastic deformation, then metal seal ball surface compact with ball surface to form the third level of metal to metal seal.

Secondary seat seal device of full welded forged steel ball valve
As the above graphic instruction, the secondary seal device(seat grease injection valve)can be chosen according to the actual working condition, medium requirement, seal requirement, etc.Seat ring grease injection valve is a one-way valve, installed on the body, which can prevent the leakage and inject grease under the outside force. When secondary seal is required, there is a grease injecting channel and hole on the seat ring. The grease can form a seal between the seat and the ball, and then stop the leakage.

FAQ of full welded forged steel ball valve:

Q1:I can’t find the type of steel check valve which I need. what can I do?

The chart above only lists out some common composition of steel check valve parts. We may provide other different parts material composition according to the customer's request or the actual valve working condition.

Q2:Which certification do your products pass?

  Our products are in accordance with ISO 9001ISO 14001API 6AAPI 6DTS CEAPI607/6FA/BS6755.

Q3:How can I place an order?

The only one thing you should do is to tell us the sepecification about type quantity and  mode of transportation, then we will send you quotation within 24 hours.

Q: How do I test to see if my gas valve on my wall heater is working or not? Please don't respond and say call a pro.
There's a rubber diaphragm inside the water regulator it must be deforming cause of water condition . By changing that washer will start work. I recommend call a pro to do that.
Q: I've found a little beemer that's only $800. I would like to have it as a 2nd car that I'll use in case something's wrong with my main car to loan maybe once or twice weekly to my neices (16 yr. old twins). The seller says it needs a valve job. My question is, will the valve job cost me more than the car?
You bet it will! A valve job may uncover valve guides that are out of specification. In which case the old guide hole will have to be drilled out and the guide hole honed, new bronze / nickel or hardened steel guides pressed back in. An ordinary valve job is relatively straight forward and easy but the labor involved with the tear down a new head and valve cover gasket without valve guide repair will run nearly $1,000 at a BMW dealership and 20 -30% less at a private mechanics shop. Most private mechanics AND dealerships do not do the actual valve job. The cylinder head with the valves are sent out to an automotive engine machine shop where the actual work is done. The dealer or private mechanic does the disassembly and reassembly of the head back on the block and gets the car running again.
Q: I have been diagnosed with a bicuspid aortic valve and a discrete stenosis under the valve at 11 years old. I am now 25. My cardiologist told me I might need a valve replacement a 70. Can people actually live long with that condition? I don't understand it. And he only wants me to have an ultrasound every 3 years because nothing has changed in the past 10 years. Can my condition change in a short time? At a dangerous level? I have bad anxiety because of this.
The mitral valve between the left atrium and left ventricle only has two cusps and it works fine. Since the valve going into the left ventricle has two valves, it stands to reason that a similar valve going out of the left ventricle would function similarly if it was the same size and shape. The number of cusps is not entirely related to how well the valve functions. In your case, the opening of the aortic valve is slightly smaller than normal, but clearly capable of passing an adequate amount of blood. The stenosis alone may be the only problem caused by the valve. The stenosis you have likely creates some back pressure when the left ventricle contracts. The heart compensates partly for the back pressure but this prolonged compensation wears on the heart valve a little more than normal. So, you end up with a heart that more or less functions normally but the back pressure and compensation cause the heart valve to wear out faster than normal. Its a gradual effect. The type of damage done from this circumstance is not something that changes rapidly. Evaluating the condition every three years is still probably a very cautious approach and its not certain that the stenosis will ever become a significant problem even if you live well beyond 70 years.
Q: what do the doctors do and is it dangerouse? aslo how do you get a cloged valve?
Are you referring to heart valves? They don't really get clogged, but can get calcified and what we call stenotic (the area through which blood flows is reduced). There are ways to manage valvular heart disease with medications, but some people require surgery and valve replacement. There are mechanical and biologic heart valves that can be put in place of a damaged valve. The surgery is one of the riskier ones, because it's on the heart.
Q: Is there something else i can use to lubricate my trumpet valves besides valve oil....I don't have any at the moment but really need to lubricate the valves.
I found vasaline worked if you're on a tight budget, but baby oil works better.
Q: Could I get some possible remedies for Mitral Valve Prolapse pain? I currently am off beta blockers, and I need to cope with the mild, moderate to severe chest pain I experience. Female, average weight for my height, nonsmoker, maybe one alcoholic drink a week, exercise at least 3.5 hours a week. What do others with mitral valve prolapse do that helps?
I also have mvp..diagnosed 15 years ago. I've been taking magnesium for over a year now and notice a big difference in the amount and duration of my mvp episodes. Also drinking plenty of water helps a lot. Good Luck
Q: Hi, in the heart, blood flows through the AV valves and enters the ventricles once the atria have filled up with blood. What opens the AV valves? Fluid pressure from the blood or the SA node pulses?
The opening and closing of the atrioventricular valves is controlled by the differences in pressure across them: When blood passes from an atrium to a ventricle, the atrioventricular valve is pushed open (and the papillary muscles relax and the chordae tendineae lose their tension, becoming slack). At the next stage in the sequence the ventricle contracts. This forces blood out from the ventricle into the artery via which it leaves the heart. This contraction of the ventricle and the corresponding increase in blood pressure within that ventricle also presses the cusps of the atrioventricular valve together until their edges meet, closing the valve. At the same time, the papillary muscles contract and the chordae tendineae tighten - both of which also help to prevent the cusps from enabling the atrioventricular valves to open. When in the next stage of the sequence the ventricle relaxes and the atrium contracts, the blood pressure situation is reversed, the relaxation/tension of the papillary muscles and the chordae tendineae also reverses, and the atrioventricular valve allows blood to pass from the atrium to the ventricle again.
Q: ive had my yz250f for more than a year and i havent had the valves adjusted......it still starts up in under 5 kicks and rides great.......are there any signs that indicate you need your valves adjusted besides not being able to start it?
With titanium valves you do not wait until they start ticking. It is a race bike not a Ford Pinto. Do I need to define the term preventative maintenance? They need to be checked a minimum of once a year, if not more. Don't wait for problems, take it in now. As to super cleats answer, I'm sure the factory riders would love to know your secret for making a 4 stroke race bike start on the first kick every time, because they sure haven't figured that one out yet.
Q: Hello. I am interested in purchasing a Hydroclean Fill Valve for my toilet. Are these good fill valves? Thanks!
who cares, a toilet fill valve only costs a few bucks. as long as it opens and closes it's a good valve. if it only lasts for a year then it's a piece of junk and you should try another brand. it's not a major decision
