Design Features of full welded forged steel ball valve

The body of ball valve is full welded, selects high quality forged material, and adopts the advanced forged forming technology to form two semi-spheres which are welded into a whole in the middle of the body. This welding technology differentiates the ball valve form others, and makes the valve more spherically,so the valve structure is more compacter, lighter and stronger.Besides, the middle direct welding realize highly accurate valve body manufacturing, makes fully and completely sealing between the seat and ball. The full welding instead of bolts completely avoids the outside leakage,so ball valve is the ideal product for under-ground,offshore working platform and under-sea equipments.

Adopting fixed plates or trunnion to support the ball

The top and bottom of the ball is supported by upper and lower fixed plates or stem and trunnion, and the ball is accurately placed in the center of the ball valve to achieve complete seals and precise movements. When plate adopted, the force exerted by the medium to the ball is distributed via the plate to the left and right bodies,so that the stem does not bear the blending moment from the medium, but only the torque from the ball rotation during the opening/closing of the valve. The low-friction PTFE Teflon composite bearings installed between the ball axis and fixed plate and between the stem and the trunnion can absorb ball moving action caused by the pressure of the medium. This structure brings stable actions and easy operations for the ball valves, and the required operation torque can be reduced,so smaller actuators can be used, and the cost is cut down.

ball valve seat is floating structure, means the seat can move along the medium direction,so that the seat can fit against the ball all the time.
Double piston effect structure seat of full welded forged steel ball valve
Seat design is special double pistons effect structure,it can ensure the seal wherever the medium flows into the ball valve.

Seat multistage seal strucute of full welded forged steel ball valve
As following graphic instruction,on seat bearing ring, set two soft sealing rings(A and B)and metal sealing spherical surface which can seal with the ball.Seat ring A is spring loaded, which seals the surface with the ball tightly to the surface to form an initial seat; When there is pressure generated from medium, the piston force is generated to make seal ring A elastically deformed and seal ring B fit the surface of the ball surface due to the piston effect caused by area difference, thus the second seal forms. When the medium pressure is rising. It will generate huge pressure to seal ring A and seal ring B,so the two seals have a greater elastic deformation, then metal seal ball surface compact with ball surface to form the third level of metal to metal seal.

Secondary seat seal device of full welded forged steel ball valve
As the above graphic instruction, the secondary seal device(seat grease injection valve)can be chosen according to the actual working condition, medium requirement, seal requirement, etc.Seat ring grease injection valve is a one-way valve, installed on the body, which can prevent the leakage and inject grease under the outside force. When secondary seal is required, there is a grease injecting channel and hole on the seat ring. The grease can form a seal between the seat and the ball, and then stop the leakage.

Q: I somehow lost the valve cap to one of my tires. Do stores sell replacement caps? If so, would a place like Sears or VIP be a good place to look? If not, would a bike tire valve cap work?In the mean time, i took a cap off the fullest tire to put on this one(the lowest) was that good or bad idea?
Suggest that any tire store carries valve caps.
Q: Hey guys Itook my car to mechanic because my engine light was on and the code showd that it was unsufficient egr lift or something like that....they had changed the egr valve before so this time they said there was carbon build up and they cleaned it and my car runs great now. i don't have problem with accelaration and the engine doesn't stall when i stop, BUT the light came on again and still shows the same code. I am sick of it!!! anybody knows what else could it be? It's 94 honda accord with 140 000 miles on it.
Hi Val, It sounds to me like the repair shop made a mistake here, they replaced a part without addressing the condition. If you had a fault for ERG insufficient flow , it would be caused by excessive carbon build-up in the intake manifold or the upper intake plenum, depending on engine. If you had a problem with stall at idle and a fault for excessive EGR flow the culprit would be loose carbon particles lodging in the EGR valve pintle and keeping it open. In either case the carbon needs to be physically removed, this would involve removing the intake manofold and or upper plenum Good Luck!
Q: I just got my trumpet today. And its playing fine. Now its not playing. When i play im blowing air into it but its not going through. Its like im trying to blow air through solid meatel.and everytime in blow into it.The slide with the ring on it (sorry i just got the trumpet,im not really sure what the parts are) it keeps falling off.Its like its waay too loose.Help please
instead of the standard cheapo trumpet grease, try a more generic brass instrument oil. also make sure you aren't tightening the valve screw cap too tightly. it's not a good idea just keep tapping it. also, unwanted moisture can create a seal that will sometimes inhibit the valve from popping back up. get it dried out as much as you can. also, don't use too much of anything - the oil, the grease, etc - excess will keep it from popping out too.
Q: okay i have a 1990 plymouth laser. it runs very and the compression is good but it smokes. im thinking valve seals? Also i need to know the tool to remove the seals. Thanx
The problem could be valve seals if you are getting good compression readings but more than likely is probably a air/fuel mixture problem. Clean and maintenance the intake and fuel system first since its easier and less expensive than the valve seal replacement. The problem could still be worn piston rings since oil getting past the rings would still give good compression readings. Good luck
Q: I need to make a one way valve that would allow water or other fluid one way but if there is too much pressure on the opposite side the valve will close and stop water from flowing backward. Can anyone help?
You are looking for whats called an RP or back flow device. These may be sold at home depot. However, I know your local plumbing supply house would carry them.
Q: I have a hot water oil burner. I need step by instructions on how to replace the pressure relief valve.Do you know? Please help me.
Your precise, the priority could desire to have long previous away with the previous valve. Your new valve could be defective. in the previous you substitute it however there's a reliable probability your furnish rigidity is to extreme. it must be filling at a extreme rigidity to start with and then as quickly as heated it exceeds the shrink. This sounds like a greater sensible clarification and could greater healthful the priority. while you're hooked to a municipal water furnish they could be in possibility of pay the cost of having a ''rigidity regulator'' put in. or you will could desire to foot the bill.
Q: Sohc ZC (d15) honda I'm going to be painting my valve cover am I going to need new seals? What do I need to take it off and put it back on ? Please help I have the high temp sand paper all ready to go I just want to be ready
Valve cover gasket. Make sure it comes with the spark plug tower seals or you need to buy them separately. It's best to bead blast the cover before painting it.
Q: Hi everybody,I need some information about the operation of a double solenoid valve and how to control it using a PLC
A double solenoid has two solenoids, and when voltage is supplied to one (and not the other) the valve shifts. Note that if voltage is supplied to both solenoids at the same time, the valve will stay in the position is was in (i.e. it won't shift since the solenoids will be working against each other). This is typically not desired, so make sure you remove voltage from one side when supplying it to the other. If no voltage is supplied to either solenoid, the result will be the same as if voltage is supplied to both, in that the valve will stay in the position is was in. What this means is that the cylinder has no home position, so when power is cut, the valve will stay where it was at that time, and the cylinder will continue to do work in the direction is was working in. Again, depending upon what the cylinder was doing, this may or may not be desired. For Conrolling with PLC you may need to wire two discrete outputs of PLC to those two solenoids using relay. And the ON/OFF those two outputs as required.
Q: I am trying to bench bleed my master cylinder on a 94 altima...the directions state to attach the bleeding hoses to the outlet valves?? I haver four valves that merely state front or rear??
The outlet valves are the bleeder valves behind the wheels the ones you open up when your bleeding the system. But to bleed the master cylinder mount it to the car and then fill master cylinder and then screw in the bleeder hoses at the locations where the metal lines hook up to the master cylinder and bend the hoses around back around to the top of the master cylinder so when your bleeding the master cylinder the brake fluid goes back into the top of it to get the air out of it.Then hook up your brake lines back to the master cylinder and bleed out the rest of the system to the wheels.Usually when doing this you start with the right rear bleeder behind that wheel but have someone there to pump on the pedal even when your bleeding the master cylinder first and then you do the rest of the system. On some cars bleeding the rest of the system starts with sometimes different wheels like the front and or the back. But on a usual bases you generally start with the right rear then the left rear and then the right front then the left front. But by bleeding the system check with a shop to find out what the bleeding steps are to bleeding the wheels outs at the valves each car is almost different to do.But the master cylinder is the easiest to start with when it comes to bleeding it but watch out when going to hook up the brake lines back to it because some brake lines are hard to hook up and what I mean by this the fiitting might get cross threaded when putting them
Q: I've been diagnosed with mitral valve prolapse, my doctor just told me that i need to setup an appointment with the hospital to look at treatments for heart mitral valve prolapse-to possibly have a heart valve replaced. I am wondering if i should setup an appointment with mayo clinice in minnesota to get another opinion on that? I'm wondering if surgery is an only option available to me, i have been taking beta blockers that have been no help for the past 3-4 months. Thanks.
at the start, you ought to talk on your typical practitioner. they might certainly answer your questions extra proper than all of us right here. yet, i can assist you be attentive to that your situation can certainly be very uncomplicated. I certainly have a kinfolk member with an identical ingredient and he leads an exceptionally frequent existence and could no longer desire a valve alternative. If he engages in very actual interest (alongside with taking part in soccer), he does get drained certainly, yet different than that, he's high-quality. In case they did no longer clarify it to you (it seems they weren't very informative) right here is going: Your mitral valve is nearly a sprint door that opens and closes on your heart. once you have a mitral vavle prolapse, what which ability is that as quickly as that valve swings close, it closes and definitely swings IN slightly too far. (Ever seen a swinging door? comparable thought) This reasons slightly a leak. it is a few thing which will ought to be checked each few years in the process your existence, to verify that it does not worsen. touch your typical practitioner and ask her or him those questions, just to be on the risk-free ingredient.
