Design Features of full welded forged steel ball valve

The body of ball valve is full welded, selects high quality forged material, and adopts the advanced forged forming technology to form two semi-spheres which are welded into a whole in the middle of the body. This welding technology differentiates the ball valve form others, and makes the valve more spherically,so the valve structure is more compacter, lighter and stronger.Besides, the middle direct welding realize highly accurate valve body manufacturing, makes fully and completely sealing between the seat and ball. The full welding instead of bolts completely avoids the outside leakage,so ball valve is the ideal product for under-ground,offshore working platform and under-sea equipments.

Adopting fixed plates or trunnion to support the ball

The top and bottom of the ball is supported by upper and lower fixed plates or stem and trunnion, and the ball is accurately placed in the center of the ball valve to achieve complete seals and precise movements. When plate adopted, the force exerted by the medium to the ball is distributed via the plate to the left and right bodies,so that the stem does not bear the blending moment from the medium, but only the torque from the ball rotation during the opening/closing of the valve. The low-friction PTFE Teflon composite bearings installed between the ball axis and fixed plate and between the stem and the trunnion can absorb ball moving action caused by the pressure of the medium. This structure brings stable actions and easy operations for the ball valves, and the required operation torque can be reduced,so smaller actuators can be used, and the cost is cut down.

ball valve seat is floating structure, means the seat can move along the medium direction,so that the seat can fit against the ball all the time.
Double piston effect structure seat of full welded forged steel ball valve
Seat design is special double pistons effect structure,it can ensure the seal wherever the medium flows into the ball valve.

Seat multistage seal strucute of full welded forged steel ball valve
As following graphic instruction,on seat bearing ring, set two soft sealing rings(A and B)and metal sealing spherical surface which can seal with the ball.Seat ring A is spring loaded, which seals the surface with the ball tightly to the surface to form an initial seat; When there is pressure generated from medium, the piston force is generated to make seal ring A elastically deformed and seal ring B fit the surface of the ball surface due to the piston effect caused by area difference, thus the second seal forms. When the medium pressure is rising. It will generate huge pressure to seal ring A and seal ring B,so the two seals have a greater elastic deformation, then metal seal ball surface compact with ball surface to form the third level of metal to metal seal.

Secondary seat seal device of full welded forged steel ball valve
As the above graphic instruction, the secondary seal device(seat grease injection valve)can be chosen according to the actual working condition, medium requirement, seal requirement, etc.Seat ring grease injection valve is a one-way valve, installed on the body, which can prevent the leakage and inject grease under the outside force. When secondary seal is required, there is a grease injecting channel and hole on the seat ring. The grease can form a seal between the seat and the ball, and then stop the leakage.

Q:This valve has flow indication embossed on their body.
the gate valve is a very important one in flow measurement and also used to help the measure of flow. for example if you know the pneumatic comparator operation, you can easily under stand the gate valve. the gate valve is mainly used for to adjust the float in the tube to zero position or the clearance value.
Q:I need a ball valve that when you shut it off it sends a signal to a light that indicates that it is off.

Q:i hav no clue wat it is or what it does, but i was goin to buy an 08 mitsubishi lancer but then i read that the valve guides in mitsubishi engines wear out really fast and it causes some problems.what kinds of problems?how will this effect the car?Should i go ahead and buy the car?
Worn valve guides can create a smoky oil burn on start-up, then once its warmed up, it seems to be okay, but thats with small block chevys. It will cause you to burn oil, thus needing to add oil on occasion. Also you have a potential for fouling sparkplugs. If you plan on keeping the car for awhile, its a concern, however if you're going to keep it for a few years, probably not a problem.
Q:So I tried to go skydiving last weekend and they told me know because I have mitral valve prolapse. I've had it for years and it's never really been a problem for me, I just have chest pains sometimes and feel palpitations. What would be the danger of not telling the skydiving place about my problem the next time I go in? I know I should tell them, but I want to skydive. What could happen to me if I jump? No lectures about what's right and wrong here please. I just want to know what's the worse that could happen?
There are many people with mitral valve prolapse that never have symptoms related to it and never have any problems as a result. Mitral valve prolapse can lead to the backflow of blood through the mitral valve known as mitral regurgitation. This can potentially lead to abnormal heart rhythms, such as atrial fibrillation. The concern with skydiving is that it would lead to a surge of adrenaline resulting in increased heart rate, strength of heart contractions and overall workload of the heart. If you have MVP without regurgitation, then your risk would be similar to the general population. If you have regurgitation it depends on the severity the regurgitation. If you have mild regurgitation, then it also should not be a problem. If you have severe regurgitation, then you could run into problems from the increased workload of the heart. In this case, I would suggest you discuss it with your Cardiologist. It is unlikely that you have atrial fibrillation. If you by chance do, then it depends on how well your heart rate is controlled. If there is any doubt, then ask your Cardiologist. Good luck.
Q:My husband just found out that one of the heart valves is 100% blocked and the other 3 are 90% or more blocked . He is 78 years old he Is nearly non mobile. What kind of treatment would you suggest?
A heart valve can't be 100% blocked. The heart simply couldn't function. On the other hand, coronary arteries can be blocked as you described. Normally, 4 vessel disease is treated with bypass surgery. In a high risk patient, angioplasty might be an option. However, if he is not having cardiac symptoms , or if he is thought to be TOO high risk, the option is medical treatment. Sit down for a talk with his cardiologist.
Q:I have a 2000 Mitsubishi Eclipse GT.I just replaced the EGR Valve yesterday, and disconnected the battery to reset the code.My old valve was nasty and loaded with carbon and the valve wasnt even opening. As soon as I drove it out of my driveway with the new valve I IMMEDIATELY noticed the difference, as it was back to normal and felt like the car moved quick again without the knocking. But after about 20 miles, the light came back on [the car is still running perfect].Today I went to Autozone and had it scanned, and sure enough, code P0403 came up as EGR Valve Circuit. He cleared the code out, and I drove to a nearby store, and when I came back out and turned my car on, the code was back AGAIN.What's the problem? If you have an idea of something else that I should check, please give me an idea of where it is located.Thank you.
Check all your vacuum hoses for cracking or leaks
Q:Is it possible for car manufacturers to make 32 / 64 / 128 / 512 Valve Car Engine just like in a PC CPU? The highest valve I saw so far is 16-valve engine. Just asking :-)
There would be no point to having such high valve count. The point of more valves is to cover the cylinder head combustion chamber with flow spaces. Topologically this is pretty well done with 4 or 5 valves. It is very expensive to add the 5th valve so most manufactureres are happy with 4 valves/cylinder. The largest 4valve / cylinder engine in mass production would be the GM/Caddilac Northstar V-8 IIRC. More analogous to your CPU question would be the use of multiple cylinders, not valves. As far as I know, the largest mass produced engines for auto use have been V-12's as found on high end BMW's and Jaguar's. At a given displacement, engines become more powerful and efficient with more cylinders. Go figure, just the opposite of PC CPU's! I'm sure there are large stationary or ship engines that are made with 32 cylinders, maybe more. The largest I've seen though had 24 and was used to generate electricity for a corporate campus. Q:My valve cover gasket has less them 2k miles on it and i noticed in some areas there is a lil oil shine around it so i was thinkin maybe i have to retighten the valve cover a lil bit more?
maybe so.some valve covers have stops built in to keep you from overtightening and cutting the gasket, some dont.if you used silicone, and it didnt set up,youll never hold it now.
Q:I have an '03 vw jetta and don't know if I should get a greddy blow off valve or an injen cold air intake? Any suggestions? I don't know a lot about either, what is the difference between them?
the better More reasonable choice is the cold air intake but beware if you buy one make sure it is not some cheap imitation because it will be a waste of money because it wont work properly of allowing colder air into the engine rather than sitting on top of the engine doing nothing.
Q:how to reset control valve with electron pneumatic positioner of (make) Instrument and system.?
Control valves come with a spring g which keeps the valve in either the open or closed position, when there is no air pressure applied to the diaphragm of the valve actuator. For this reason, I'm unsure what you mean with 'reset the valve. The electro/pneumatic positioner is a device which applies the air pressure required to open (or close) the valve to the position the electric signal from the controller is calling for, rather than using an I/P transducer to output a 3 to 15 PSIG air pressure to the diaphragm. Sometimes an actuator requires more pressure than the normal 3 to 15 psig to move a sticky valve to the correct position. Edit your question to detail what is occurring, and I or someone else can give you a proper answer. TexMav
