Design Features of full welded forged steel ball valve

Adopting fixed plates or trunnion to support the ball
The top and bottom of the ball is supported by upper and lower fixed plates or stem and trunnion,and the ball is accurately placed in the center of the ball valve to achieve complete seals and precise movements.When plate adopted,the force exerted by the medium to the ball is distributed via the plate to the left and right bodies,so that the stem does not bear the blending moment from the medium,but only the torque from the ball rotation during the opening/closing of the valve.The low-friction PTFE Teflon composite bearings installed between the ball axis and fixed plate and between the stem and the trunnion can absorb ball moving action caused by the pressure of the medium.This structure brings stable actions and easy operations for the ball valves,and the required operation torque can be reduced,so smaller actuators can be used,and the cost is cut down.
ball valve seat is floating structure,means the seat can move along the medium direction,so that the seat can fit against the ball all the time.

(Ⅱ)Seat multistage seal strucute of full welded forged steel ball valve
As following graphic instruction,on seat bearing ring,set two soft sealing rings(A and B)and metal sealing spherical surface which can seal with the ball.Seat ring A is spring loaded,which seals the surface with the ball tightly to the surface to form an initial seat;When there is pressure generated from medium,the piston force is generated to make seal ring A elastically deformed and seal ring B fit the surface of the ball surface due to the piston effect caused by area difference,thus the second seal forms.When the medium pressure is rising.It will generate huge pressure to seal ring A and seal ring B,so the two seals have a greater elastic deformation,then metal seal ball surface compact with ball surface to form the third level of metal to metal seal.
(Ⅲ)Secondary seat seal device of full welded forged steel ball valve
As the above graphic instruction,the secondary seal device(seat grease injection valve)can be chosen according to the actual working condition,medium requirement,seal requirement,etc.Seat ring grease injection valve is a one-way valve,installed on the body,which can prevent the leakage and inject grease under the outside force.When secondary seal is required,there is a grease injecting channel and hole on the seat ring.The grease can form a seal between the seat and the ball,and then stop the leakage.

- The aorta and the pulmonary artery both start at valves from the heart, but I don't know if you could say they have valves. A lot of arterial flow is regulated by smooth muscles which constrict to direct flow to other areas. These are a kind of valve too.
- Q: So it always seems that when I see the jet and foot valve out of a well there's a drop tube between the jet and foot valve. My question concerns this drop tube- is it necessary? I've got a leak somewhere, replaced the foot valve and still have a leak. I'm inclined to get rid of the old drop tube, it's crusty and likely to be the source of leaks either now or in the future. any reason to not just plumb the foot valve directly to the jet? - The reason for the drop tube is to possibly save you replacing a pump. All wells silt in a certain amount. Your submersible pump can withstand a certain amount of this fine silt but if it gets to be half-submerged in the stuff it will burn out. With the drop pipe in place, the foot valve will plug up first, giving you warning and a chance to shorten the pipe above the pump. Rather than fitting the foot valve directly into the bottom of the pump, you would be better advised to replace the drop tube with a new piece. Also be sure to test your foot valve while you have it out of the well. Some are faulty right out of the box. I always screw on a fitting with a snifter valve that allows me to put 150 psi of air on the foot valve over night. If it doesn't hold that, it shouldn't be at the bottom of a deep well; it's just too much darn hassle pulling them.
- Q: The shutoff valve for the hot water under my bathroom sink has a very tiny leak. It is coming from where the turn knob meets the valve.So long as the valve is either all the way open or all the way closed, all I get is a single drop every couple seconds. - Any repair is going to require shutting off the water. Buy a matching shutoff and replace the guts or in the case of a compression fit shutoff replace the whole thing other than the ferrel and nut.

- LP gas and natural gas work off of two different pressures. Usually there will be a inner spring that need to be changed out inside the valve, and the orifice will need to be changed as well. If you don't convert your valve, it can prove to be very dangerous! Most likely it will only have an erratic flame, and burn very dirty. The flame will burn out of control and have orange color to it. However, it could result in not burning off all of the gases as they are released, and could cause an explosion. Most of the time in the owners manual it will have step by step instructions on converting LP to Nat, or vise versa. Remember, gas is a safe alternative to electricity, but if not handled correctly it can be very dangerous. Please proceed with care, or if you are uncertain with yourself, call a qualified technician. It shouldn't take em more than an hour, and most techs charge around 60 bucks an hour. A cheap price for a job done safely.
- Q: I have been diagnosed with a bicuspid aortic valve and a discrete stenosis under the valve at 11 years old. I am now 25. My cardiologist told me I might need a valve replacement a 70. Can people actually live long with that condition? I don't understand it. And he only wants me to have an ultrasound every 3 years because nothing has changed in the past 10 years. - The mitral valve between the left atrium and left ventricle only has two cusps and it works fine. Since the valve going into the left ventricle has two valves, it stands to reason that a similar valve going out of the left ventricle would function similarly if it was the same size and shape. The number of cusps is not entirely related to how well the valve functions. In your case, the opening of the aortic valve is slightly smaller than normal, but clearly capable of passing an adequate amount of blood. The stenosis alone may be the only problem caused by the valve. The stenosis you have likely creates some back pressure when the left ventricle contracts. The heart compensates partly for the back pressure but this prolonged compensation wears on the heart valve a little more than normal. So, you end up with a heart that more or less functions normally but the back pressure and compensation cause the heart valve to wear out faster than normal. Its a gradual effect. The type of damage done from this circumstance is not something that changes rapidly. Evaluating the condition every three years is still probably a very cautious approach and its not certain that the stenosis will ever become a significant problem even if you live well beyond 70 years.
- Q: The diablo tunner says you can cut off your EGR valve, only if your going to take it off. What effect will this have on the car?
- it may pop back through the intake some on it if you do this,what kind of car is this anyway that would help a lot,we cant answer these questions without knowing this,there's always a negative affect when you remove an egr valve on any car,in short it may run worse than better,good luck with it.

- Take the car to a dealership (Ford, if you have a ford, etc.) This could save you being ripped off by a shade tree operation. Believe it or not, lol, there are some crooks out there!
- Q: One of my valves leaks a small amount of water through the valve and into the water line. why would it leak and what do i have to do to fix it. the valve is a rain jet valve. i would like to fix it without having to remove it from the valve box. inside the valve box there are 8 valves and they are glued in and i dont want to have to remove all of the valves and box.
- Sounds okorder ), and so sometimes its almost easier to replace the whole thing. The rain jet valves definitely aren't the best quality either, so if I were you I'd get a better one just to make sure it is going to work for a long time.
