Q: What kind of cable does the power cable 3 (1 * 240) +2 (1 * 120) Is it a separate cable?
Although there is a relatively thick cable inside the cable to prevent a very thin cable was broken, but the insulation is not iron, after all, is generally a VB tube is also a corrugated pipe PVC pipe is also too iron
Q: i bought a record player at a garage sale. it is the kind that has to be hook up to a sterio (no speakers of its own). it has the two cables to hook up to the sterio but no power cable. will the power come from the sterio or did i get ripped off?
You need to get a power cable. If you do some research online maybe you can find the manufacturer of the turntable. It may be a common type cord or maybe not. If you e-mail me maybe I can help more.
Q: In the middle of the page there is a section called Connectors, i suppose those are the cables attatched to the PSU, but in total there are 17 cables so maybe i am wrong???It says that there are 6 SATA Cables that look like SATA Power Cables and are i guess haha.I'm pretty sure that the answer is yes, the PSU does have 6 SATA Power Cables attatched to it, but i mean when spending $750 on a gaming computer i wanna be sure lol.
SATA Power Connector: 6 - YES it does have. If your spending $750 on a computer i'd suggest you get a branded power supply, they last longer and will supply your video card with enough juice to get the job done. what kind of video card are you getting? depending on what card your getting 500 watts may or may not be enough, as the new nvidia cards are very juicy :)
Q: ok, i want to install and upgrade the sound system in my car, volkswagen 2006, but i dont know where to run the power cable from the battery in engine compartment to the trunk where i place the amplifiers, anyone who knows, please help me out. thanks
from the trunk down the side of the car (pop open the panels that sit on the bottom where the door closes. run the wire thru the firewall grommet where the ignition and internal power wires run thru. Use a coat hanger duct taped to the power wire to get it thru. should go thru with some pressure. just finished dropping in an amp in my accord.
Q: There is currently a power cable going into the back of my primary sata hard drive but i want to put another hard drive in but there is not another power cable
Just get an external drive.
Q: The green light on the back of the power supply comes on when the power cable is plugged. also, every time i plug in the power cable, the fan on the power supply wants to spin, but it stops. The squeezing noise remains and i push the power button - nothing comes on. Before, it used to come on for a few seconds and then it will turn off by itself. I though it was a virus, so i restarted in safe mode to scan it. The PC stayed on for like 30 minutes and then it turn off by itself. But every since it does not wants to come on. Is the power supply gone? If so, how can still the green button comes on and the squeezing noise remains?please help me out! I need my PC! thanx in advanced!
i think the unique furnish replaced into probable effective.... only not completely 'firing' by using fact the load is in blunders. a quick or different blunders on the feed factor is undesirable. this variety of skill furnish reacts to, and is controlled via, the load. troublesome to describe! At any fee, the project may be in the laptop and not the skill furnish itself.
Q: I got a PNY geforce 9800 gt 1gb graphics card from bestbuy and once I got it I noticed it didnt come with a power supply cable which most of the 9800s require. Anyone know why it didnt come with the power supply cable.
There are two versions of the 9800 GT card - a 600 MHz version that needs the 6-pin power cord, and a slightly slower 550 MHz version that doesn't (i.e. the 550 MHz version uses < 75W that the PCI Express slot can provide without external power).
Q: At the end of every work day I shut it down in the normal way (through the Start Menu) and then every morning I return to it and it won't turn on no matter how many times I press the on button or if I hold it down. The only way I can get the computer to turn back on is to remove the power cable for 10 minutes and then put it back in and hold the on button for about 10 seconds. This is a bit of a pain but also quite worrying as the computer is new.I wonder if my computer is broken or if this is an intentional feature. If so how do I turn it off?It might help to know that even when I have shut it down there is an LED on the back that stays on. In fact it stays on for 5 minutes even if I take the power cable out!I have a Dell Vostro 260S PC. It runs Windows 7 64-bit and the processor is an Intel i3Please help techies.
in the journey that your useful this isn't application appropriate !! First replace video card with on old pci card you recognize works .(you should disable onboard video if contemporary, agp, and pci-e and set to pci in bios) If it runs with out freezing then its an over heating video card. ( very regularly the case) on your bios ; regularly , there's a temperature application that has a temp decrease for cpu and mom board. locate out what your cpu and mom board operating limits are from their producer, not DELL.( DELL gadgets them lowwer) that's going to close you down and not in any respect assist you to boot until eventually it cools down in case you go with to confirm if its the mummy or cpu a million) take off the aspect panel the position you face the bottom of the mummy board and positioned a house fan in the front of it. If it doesnt freeze then the mummy board is over heating ( If it does 2) take off different aspect panel and position fan dealing with the ram ,video card, and cpu. Does it close down( if it does) One decision may be to purchase a a lot more advantageous fan ,warmth sink and thermal grease, this may help, yet when your cpu has over heated to many cases not something can help you. the mummy board will stick with the way of the cpu; almost immediately, if not collectively not in any respect positioned a pc in a table enclosure of any form ! And sparkling the interior( mutually with all warmth sinks , followers , and potential provide) periodically !! preserving your pc by technique of a chilly air go back as against a wall with a warmth sign up can help you
Q: The monitor is ........ Since I have a HDMI cable will i need anything else?
An HDMI cable is not a power cable, it is only used to view the picture from whatever source it is.
Q: NE1 have a surge protector and power filter for there home theatre stuff? If so what is the model and did it make a difference? I have RF grounding problem through my cable and was wondering if the moster cable boxes would help clean up the signal. I have to wrap a wire around the coax cable and ground it to something to make SOME not all of the noise dissappear. (lines rising from bottom to top of picture) Obviously I want a more definate and permant solution. Thanks.
Yes, a power conditioner will not only clean the power, but take out any humming or ground loop issues. I noticed a difference in audio and video. I have a Monster Power MKIII 3600. I got it for $200, on sale at Circuit City a year ago. I highly recommend it if you have a multi-component home theater or expensive TV. I have a 50 plasma, DVD player, Comcast box, AV receiver, Xbox and Nintendo Wii. They are all connected through the power conditioner.
