Products Overview of Fluoroplastic Anticorrosion Chemical Pump (FSB)
Our FSB type fluoroplastic alloy chemical pump, can be under - 80-150 degrees temperature conditions, long-term conveying any concentration of all sorts of acid, alkali, salt, strong oxidizer etc. And its body and flow-passing parts are made of F46 fluorine alloy, it combines the advantage of many fluorine plastic, with particularly strong corrosion resistance, and with high mechanical strength, not aging, no toxin decomposition. This product is with reasonable design, compact structure, reliable performance, convenient operation and maintenance, high efficiency, and energy conservation.
Pump Shaft Seal of Fluoroplastic Anticorrosion Chemical Pump (FSB)
FSB type fluoroplastic alloy centrifugal pump adopts the advanced outside-fitted bellows mechanical seal, with multilayer protection and prolong the service life. For conveying with impurities particle medium, can use waterless cooling single seal face (carborundum material) mechanical seal, so medium solid content should be considered when selection.
Design Features of Fluoroplastic Anticorrosion Chemical Pump (FSB)
FSB type fluoroplastic alloy centrifugal pump flow components adopt fluoroplastic alloy material, compact structure, simple operation, low price. The pump body, impeller, pump cover, mechanical seal parts can changed with FSB (D) type direct coupled fluorine alloy centrifugal pump, it is widely accepted by our customers.

- Q: I just noticed a slight leak from my water pump. About the size of my fist. I called one mechanic and was told the 2001 BMW Z3's water pump seals are tight and do not leak with the car is running (engine is hot) but once the car cools the water pump seals expand resulting in the small leak, that I shouldn't worry about it unless it leaks more, the engine over-heats, or dash light turns on. The BMW said I should have the water pump replaced but he may have just said that to make a repair sale. Anyone out there know the truth?
- on that car the miles are critical for water pump replacement and maybe rad replacement including the t/stat and hoses//you are already over the time period/coolant system failure is imminent
- Q: I have a 99 Olds Intrigue With the 3.8L (Vin K) engine. I have a belt driven water pump, but i was wondering if there is a fuse or relay that is associated with this water pump. I remember knocking a fuse out on accident while changing my radiator and now the water pump appears to not be working
- Sir,you appear to lack basic mechanical skills.Do not ever lift the hood of your car again.
- Q: 1996 Eagle Vision tsi,has a small coolant leak, was told it iso.k. due to a water pump pressure release valve?has anyone heard of this on an auto?I thought they were only in hot water tanks at home.
- Your friend is full of it. There is no water pumper pressure release valve. When the preasure is high the radiator cap spring compresses and allows water back into the overflow.
- Q: I am trying to replace my old water pump with a new one. I have the quot;special tooland everything but i just cant get the water pump to come loose at all. Any suggestions would be helpful Thanks
- When you mean it wont come loose, do you mean you cant break the bolts loose or is the pump stuck on the motor like glue? If the bolts are stuck, try spray them with penetrating oil and let it work in for about 30 mins. If the pump is stuck, use a narrow putty knif, gently tap in between the pump and the block, and pry it off, then clean the mating surface completely to ensure the new pump seals properly.
- Q: Multi storey residential buildings also need to set up pressurized water pump room, direct water supply can not be?
- Multi-storey residential building in general can use tap water pipe network pressure water directly, but all regions due to different network differences, in some areas, because of the lower pressure of the municipal pipe network, such as lack of high-rise building 5-6 pressure, can direct water supply cannot meet the demand of domestic water use, then you need the two pressurized water supply. The general water supply equipment needs the construction of pumping stations, and the pump house can be built on the first floor or the ground floor. There are also no water supply equipment, such as pipe pump, frequency conversion water supply equipment, the water supply equipment from outside to see, is a group of stainless steel pipeline, no pumping room. Outdoor box type water supply equipment is also a choice, water supply equipment comes with equipment, can be placed outdoors. Zibo Boshan new Duke water supply equipment
- Q: does aquarium pump go in water?
- If you mean an air pump, No. The air pump should be out of the water preferably above the fish tank, but below the fish tank is fine as long as you have a check valve connected to the airline tubing, which prevents water from entering and damaging the air pump.
- Q: Hi, my water pump isn't working in my rover 400i V reg 99 model......does anyone know where under my bonet this is located and whether it's easy done at home?
- water pumps are never an easy fix. most the time you have to take the fan off, and the radiator as well so a person has room to work. MOST water pumps are in front of the motor, towards the bottom. If you follow your radiator hoses you will find it.
- Q: my water pump is making this quot;chuckingsound, and i was wondering if bad water pump creates these sound? and also, do i need to replace the serpentine belt at the same time?
- Make sure it's the water pump, but yes, they can make noise. It's never a bad idea to replace the belt when doing that kind of work. It's already off, so there is no labor, but if it's newer, it's not necessary.
- Q: I have a fairly new jetted tub. I stupidly used bubble bath 2 days before and have since read that it is not good, but just because of the amount of bubbles, not that it will actually harm the system. The electrical circuit is not tripped. I hear this clicking but the pump doesn't turn on. Any ideas? Do I need a new pump?
- Also may want to check inside the access door underneath some have a cord plugged into a GFI receptacle that may be tripped. May want to check it just in case.
- Q: We came home one day to find our bathroom floor soaked, and we had no water at all.we later found out that it was the washing machine hose leaking. Our friend primed the pump but isent an expert..we fixed that problem with a new hose.A few weeks after, we started to notice that when you are in the shower, the water would shut off for a minute and come back on for a minute, so on so on, perfectly timed., and this got worse and worse, yesterday it would be on for like 20 secconds and off for 3 minutes... last night the water was working good but today we woke up with no water. The water taps in the house hardly do it at all. I also noticed that when we are running water the water pump goes crazy fast, i can hear it because its a mobile home.
- If this is a well you are talking about, it may be a faulty pressure switch for a start from kicking on to often, and also it sounds as thou you don't have enough air in your tank not leaving enough air pressure so your pump kicks on too soon, and shuts off to soon. Check your pressure switch, and drain your tank completely, and see if that works. You will have some air at first, but it will stop in time. Your tank also needs to be in the right position as well keeping the right amount of air in it. Sounds like your pump motor still may be OK. One more thing, check to see if your check valve is shot.
