Electro Galvanized Wire:
Electro galvanized wire ranging from BWG8# to BWG16# is the mostly used for customers. We also offer thinner galvanized wire down to BWG5# or up to BWG28# upon customers specific order. Single coil package for electro galvanized wire can be as small as 10 kg and up to maximum 1000 kg per coil.
Electro Galvanized Wire Processing & Features:
This kind of galvanized wire is made with choice mild steel, through wire drawing, wire galvanizing and other processes. Electro galvanized wire has the characteristics of thick zinc coating, good corrosion resistance, firm zinc coating, etc.
Forms of Supply:
Electro galvanized wire can be supplied in the form of coil wire, spool wire or further processed into straightened cut wire or U type wire.
Electro galvanized wire applications:
Electro galvanized wire is mainly used in construction, express way fencing, binding of flowers and wire mesh weaving.
Electro galvanized iron wire, electro galvanized steel wire, electro galvanized wire.
BWG6-22 5.0MM-0.8MM.
Zinc coat: 5-25g/m2.

Q: running wire from wall out let to a on and off switch and then to another outlet
your outlet has 4 poles on it, 2 on each side, run the existing wires (black and white) to the top poles, black (+) on the brass side, then run your new wires from the bottom poles to the switch. when you get to the switch run the black wire to either pole of the switch, and continue your white wire to the new outlet, then tie a black wire to the other side of the new outlet and back to the switch. remember that outlets have polarity, hook the hot (black) to the brass side only. if you have any doubts obtain skilled help, you can get hurt very quick or start a fire if you haven't wired it correctly.
Q: What is wire Harnesses?
A wire harnes is a set of wires that has all the conductors needed and can just be installed into something. There's a wiring harness in your car. They don't install the wires one-by-one. A harness is built for the product and is installed like any other part. There can be many branches on a wiring harnes to go to different places in the product. There may be more than one harness. There could be one for power, one for communications, etc. This is more efficient than installing separate wires.
Q: What's the thickness, or measurement for the last or thickest wire?
they change your wire according to how much your teeth have shifted around, so it just depends. the ortho needs to adjust the size of the wire due to your teeth straightening out and making sure the wire(s) are at a correct length. its really not that thick of a wire, so don't worry about it. :D
Q: I just bought a remote starter/keyless entry/alarm system, i'm looking to install it myself... I'm just wondering what gauge wire that most cars use.I'm assuming power wires are lower gauge then others, Could I use 16 gauge for power lines or would i need something larger? Thanks in advanced.
i use 16 gauge wire for my car alarm and stereo and ive had no problems so far.
Q: -note-NOT . resistance wire.resistance OF A wire :)lol sorry, just had so many people give me resistance wire.thats not what i want :Li want ..what is the resistance of a wire?its for my science :) pleasee help

Q: Two wires are made of the same material but the second wire has twice the diameter and twice the length of the first wire. When the two wires are stretched, and the tension in the second wire is also twice the tension in the first wire. the funamental frequency of the first wire is 880 Hz. What is the fundamental frequency of the second wire?
Since the tension and size are different the two wire will have different wave speeds Since v= sqrt(T/mu) mu can be represented by density * area Since the second wire has twice the diameter it will have 4 times the mu and since Tension in wire 2 is twice that in wire 1 v2 = sqrt(2T/4mu) sqrt(.5)*v1 = 0.707*v1 Since f1 (wire 1) = v/2L1 then f2(wire 2) = v2/2L2 so replacing v2 and L2 yields 0.707v1/(2*2*L1) = 0.707/2(v1/2L) = 0.707/2 *f1 = 0.707/2*880Hz = 311Hz
Q: hey im wiring up a headunit to my L300 van. The factory headunit wasnt there and im having trouble connecting which colour wires to the factory colour wires. if anyone knows which coulours go to what would be much appreciatedcheers.
Hi does anyone knows where the stereo looms connect back to .i.e. fused?
Q: sence my stock head unit has no remote wire, when I hook the amp up, will it still drain the battery? I have everything connected, but the deck does not have no remote wire, and if it does I have no idea how to locate it. I am worried it will continue to run the amp when the car is off and drain the battery. Am I worried for nothing? If it will continue to drain the battery, how do I prevent this from happening?
If you dont have a remote wire how did you power up the amp? You should have a led indicator light on the amp to tell you if its getting power when the ignition is off. if it does`nt then get a multi meter and check for power at the amp terminals. It will drain your battery, you might be able to run a wire from the ignition, so when you turn the ingition on then thats where you get your remote wire hook up. just make sure when ingnition is off you still dont get power on that wire.. hope this helps.....

Q: putting new plug on wire. which wire connectswhere?
If you're talking about a ''polarized'' plug the hot wire (usually all black) will attach to the narrow side. And the neutral (usually with a white stripe) will attach to the fat side.
