Electro Galvanized Wire:
Electro galvanized wire ranging from BWG8# to BWG16# is the mostly used for customers. We also offer thinner galvanized wire down to BWG5# or up to BWG28# upon customers specific order. Single coil package for electro galvanized wire can be as small as 10 kg and up to maximum 1000 kg per coil.
Electro Galvanized Wire Processing & Features:
This kind of galvanized wire is made with choice mild steel, through wire drawing, wire galvanizing and other processes. Electro galvanized wire has the characteristics of thick zinc coating, good corrosion resistance, firm zinc coating, etc.
Forms of Supply:
Electro galvanized wire can be supplied in the form of coil wire, spool wire or further processed into straightened cut wire or U type wire.
Electro galvanized wire applications:
Electro galvanized wire is mainly used in construction, express way fencing, binding of flowers and wire mesh weaving.
Electro galvanized iron wire, electro galvanized steel wire, electro galvanized wire.

Q: I'm replacing the door speakers in a 2001 Coupe Camaro with the factory sound system. I needed to know which wire was positive and which was negative so I bought a circuit tester. However, I keep getting the reading that both wires are positive. What could be causing this? I know the circuit tester works because I tested it on the battery terminals and it worked fine.
1 end goes on the negative post of the battery and the other end goes on any ground. some are grounded on the alternator bracket.
Q: ok so the passenger side back floorboard was getting wet and i believe the water to have corroded the wiring to my radio i've taken care of the water problem and know how to reconfigure the wiring but do i need to be worried about the security system while tinkering with the wiring see as how sensitive the security in these cars are i figured id check and see what you guys have to say about this pls also give resources as to how you know
If you are going to replace wire by wire , you can do that first unplug the battery and be very care full with orange and pink wires, try to solder the new wires the factory amplifier is in the trunk left side good luck new wiring is $700 from the dealer and the only place to buy it new good luck
Q: i changed the sprak plugs wires on my 1990 300e and when i put the car on Drive it vibrates strongly. i kept checking that each wire is in the right place and on. do i need to restart the brain or reprogram the car ?
Sounds like if you are sure the wires are in the right place, you might have spiked the coil assy. I would buy a $7.00 spark tested and make sure all wires are sending spark to the plugs.
Q: does anyone know what wires go on which post on a 1995 chevy lumina 3.1 starter? it was off when i bought the car and im lost. i cant find a straight answer anywhere. a picture of the wiring in question is an instant best answer lol
It doesn't take a medical doctor to know small wire goes on small stud the large wire goes on the larger stud.
Q: I m wondering if there s a Neutral Wire in this picture (yes I turned off the breaker to get this photo). I want to put in a quot;Smart Light Switchand they require a Neutral Wire. I ll have an electrician do the work, but want to make sure the wire exists first.
The neutral is the white wire on the receptacle.
Q: Okay, I just started tearing into my partially finished basement of the home I bought last week. Some of the electrical wiring is interesting to say the least.I have a junction box in the basement. One wire connects directly to the panel, another out to an outlet, and the third goes up and out to half the house. All of this is 14/2 except the quot;thirdthat runs up and out. This is wired with 14/3 but the third wire isn't connected to anything. Should I be concerned considering every outlet in the house works?
That spare wire (red) in the 14-3 is just that. A spare. Just keep the wire-nut on the end of the wire and you'll be fine.
Q: Wire 1 and wire 2 are made from the same metal. Wire 2 has a larger diameter than wire 1. The electric field strengths E1 and E2 are equal. A) Compare the values of the two current densities. Is J1 greater than, less, or equal to J2?B) Compare the values of the currents I1 and I2. Is I1 greater then, less or equal to I2?
The current will be more dense in the smaller wire. The value of the current is inversely proportional to the resistiance of the wire. Resistance = resistivity * length / Area since the wires are of identical material and length, the only thing left to vary is the cross-sectional area. Area is proportional to the square of the radius (diameter), so the current will be proportional to the square of the diameter. I2 is proportional to I1^2 I2 is larger than I1 .
Q: A wire has a resistance of 21.0 ohms. It is melted down, and from the same volume of metal a new wire is made that is three times longer than the original wire. What is the resistance of the new wire?
The resistance of the new wire is (in terms of its length, area resistivity); R2 = pL2/A2 And the resistance of the original wire is; R1 = pL1/A1 The ratio is;(resistivity will cancel because its the same for both situations) R2/R1 = L2A1/L1A2 given L2 = 3L1 R2/R1 = 3A1/A2 To find the new cross-sectional area ,require the volumes to be equal; L2A2 = L1A1 3L1A2 = L1A1 A2 = (1/3)A1 Sub this into the R2/R1 equation to get; R2/R1 = 9 R2 = 9R1 = (9)(21) = 189 ohms
Q: how do i wire my sensor to my light
The sensor is wired in-line. That means the wire coming from the source of electrical current is the starting point, the sensor IN wire hook to the same colored wires from the source wires, and the sensor OUT wires hook up to the same colored wires on the light. The sensor is now getting power, and passing it on to the light.
Q: What is a wiring harness?
If you buy an aftermarket cd player, you can get a harness for your specific type of car (walmart or auto parts store). That way you don't have to clip the wires and solder each one.
