1.Product Description:
Copper clad aluminum flat wire is a new-generation product for transformers, welding machine , transformer , welding machine , motor stator , and other usage, saving over 50% cost .
2. Product Characteristic:
Due to the copper clad aluminum wire density is small, so that the copper clad aluminum has many advantages: for the same weight and line diameter of pure copper and copper clad aluminum compared copper clad aluminum wire length is about 1.7 ~ 2.5 times the pure copper wire, which will for manufacturers to reduce material cost. II due to 1 ton of copper clad aluminum copper weight 268 to 368Kg, instead of 1.7 ~ 2.5 tons of pure copper, the application of copper clad aluminum wire can save a lot of copper resources.
Electric welding machine , electric transformer , inverter, frequency induction heating furnace and so on .
3.Specification :
Diameter: 0.08mm--2.5mm
Spool size : DIN500mm,. DIN600mm
Normal package: roll
DC resistivity (20℃)≦ 0.0182Ω.m㎡ /m

- Q: i have 2 audiobahn 12s and an adiobahn amp in my 2000 malibu...1. the thin blue wire that comes from the amp to the stereo is connected to an orange wire behing the (stock) stero, and when i turn off the car the amp stays on. does anyone know which wire to connect the blue wire to, so the amp turns off with my radio or when i turn off the key.2. only one of my 12s is hitting, i think ther might be a wire connected wrong behind the stero. since i have a stock stereo and i have a converter hooked up, because it had no rca inputs on it. its not the speaker or the rca wire itself, because when i connect it with a y cable to the amp one or the other will work...i would appreciate it if someone could help.
- Your best bet at this point would be to get an aftermarket stereo anyways. Chances are it will put out more than twice the power your factory installed one does, and it will have line outs for your amplifier. I say will because some crappy ones do not, avoid those. Go out and buy a new radio, spend maybe 30 minutes installing it (it seems as if you already have the general idea on this kind of thing), and then take a little time to wire the amp to the new radio. A lot easier than looking up the wiring diagram for your car's factory radio, cutting and soldering wires, taking stuff apart, I dunno.
- Q: What are the basic characteristics of wire resistance strain gages?
- Resistors (Resistor) are commonly referred to as resistors in everyday life. It is a current limiting element. After the resistance is connected to the circuit, the resistance value of the resistor is fixed, usually two pins, which can limit the current size of the branch through it.
- Q: I dont understand it I am trying to get a 1ohm load on a 2ohm dvc speaker but cant figure out how to tell if the wire you connect in the postive terminal on the sub in a neg wire or positive how do you tell what the gray line is on this diagram positive or negetive and how to tell. thanks
- You are wiring the sub in parallel. from the positive terminal of the amp you connect both positive terminals of the sub, and Viceversa for the negative. The wire is either positive or negative depending on which terminal it touched. Make sure your amp can handle an impedance of 1 ohm.
- Q: I have a '78 jeep cj7 with points type ignition, I was wanting someone to explain exactly how to wire up the coil, starting with the 3 wires from the ignition switch.
- HI use a test light.. hook it up to ground and turn the ignition on. one wire should be hot that goes to the + of the coil. then have someone turn the switch to start (I'd disconnect the wire from the solenoid to the starter so it don't turn ) the test the other two wires one of them should be hot now. that also go the the + of the coil. The last wire well go to the - side of the coil.. You may ask why to hot wires to the coil... one only supplies like 5 to 9 volts to the coil which is all that is needed to run the motor. The other supplies a full 12 volts which is needed for start up only. good luck Tim
- Q: like lets i want to want to connect my speaker wires with other wires can i use elmer glue so that it sticks and will the wires still work?
- u have to take off some of the plastic parts then twist the wires together then put electrical tape.. well atleast thats how i think it's done..
- Q: i got a fi bl 15dual 2 subwoofer. im wiring it down to 1 ohm.now for the problem. lets say im wiring the positive terminals together. am i suppose to wire it all with positive wire or can i also use negative copper wire? i used two positive wires and one negative wire to hook up the three positive terminals. is this bad? do i need to make all of them positive silver wires?
- ok well either red or + is positive and black or - is negitive, the problem i have is you said you had 3 positives and one negitive on a dual coil sub,?? if you mean you ran all 3 wires to your amp then its wrong, if you mean you ran 1 wire to your positive,1 wire to your negative, and 1 wire from the other positive and negative together, then you have gone up to 4ohm and not down to 1, you should have 2 positives and 2 negatives, hooked together to make 1 positive and 1 negative as for the wire colors, they sometimes differ so you can tell them apart, providing your the one who screwed them to the amp, i run mine copper positive and silver negative, but each to there own.
- Q: does anyone have a wiring diagram for a rccb or can you explain how to wire one up . as an rcd has a wiring for connecting to earth but an rccb does not have that.
- Assuming the lights are wire in a loop system, and not from a junction box. You'll need a three core and earth cable from the lamp or first lamp to the bathroom fan, or two twin and earth cable will do. Because you need a live feed and a switched wire, as well as the neutral to the fan. If it's wired from a junction box just take the three core and earth from the J' box to the fan. I trust the spot lights are specifically designed for bathroom use. Can't actually draw a diagram on here but hope this helps.
- Q: In the picture there is a blue wire that is loose, also i just had the starter and wiring changed a month a go. Thanks.
- The blue wire I see is attached to the Oxygen sensor (O2). If that is loose there must be a plug where it goes. That is not shown in your picture. If you're saying the car won't crank (different from will crank but still not start) what is the wire with the blue cap that disappears behind the exhaust manifold? Here's how starters are wired: The BIG red wire comes directly from the battery to the solenoid. Also going to the solenoid is/are (a) control wire(s). Typically there's only one control wire. When you turn the key you energize the control wire. That in turn pulls the solenoid in sending the starter gear into the ring gear on the flywheel. The solenoid also makes contact between the BIG red wire and the actual starter motor itself supplying power to the motor and starts spinning the engine. Older model cars have the second wire going to the solenoid do so to supply unresisted 12 volts to the ignition coil. With computer managed engines this is not necessary, the computer does the work. Hope this clears up some issues for you. Ava g'day mate. )
- Q: What happens when you hook these 2 wires up right along each other?
- if you have an rca tv which works with 12 volts.......if the wires not connected to battery...there no problem. if connected to battery....the fuse blows.(close to battery on wire)....if there is no fuse....wires burn...risk of fire....do not forget...every device works with car battery MUST and MUST be eouipped fuse .
- Q: wic iring codes for turner plus three wired to uniden washington cb radio
- I love wiring questions :) do you want to use the PTT? If yes you can assume it is a switch and solder it inline with the lead the other end (after the switch would be connected to the lead end of the 1/4 if you have a pigtail 1/4 then this would be the insulated wire, the ground would simply connect to the uninsulated wire if you are actually using a do it yourself 1/4 plug then the same rules apply only you are soldering to the terminal inside the plug sleeve rather then to bare wires (I always prefer this its cleaner). Please Note: The PTT switch will cause a loud pop when it is engaged and released on a Hi Gain guitar amp and sometimes this can damage the speakers as well as delicate internal components so do this of coarse at your own risk.
