1.Product Description

Enameled CCA wire is a new magnet wire with CCA Core, it combines the good copper conductivity  and aluminum light weight . So that can greatly reduce the cost of winding wire, ECCA wire with the copper layer is not easy to oxidation and easy to welding. Our company  has more than 100 sets of high-speed drawing machines, annealing stoves with vacuum tube and enameled machines . we also have the solderability  test instrument , automatic spring back angle test instrument and dielectric loss test instruments to ensure the quality in each step. The output of ECCA wire is 500Tons per month .

Q: Hello, i am trying to hook up power windows in my truck. the motor has two wires and the switch has 3 wires. i just need the relay. i just need to know what kind of relay i need and how to hook it up. i know i need a reversing relay and that it needs to use the 3 switch wires along with the two motor wires and the two power wires. does anyone know what this relay is called and where i could find it online? thank you.
a 3 phase motor has 3 windings whose centers are separated by 120° mechanically. The phases in a 3-phase system are separated by 120° electrically. The sum of the magnetic fields produced by these currents has a constant magnitude, and rotates the direction determined by connection of the phase wires. Arbitrarily giving ABC as one direction of rotation, then BAC = ACB = CBA reverses the rotation of the field in the motor, reversing its rotation.
Q: is it safe to use twist on wire connector to connect my new stereo or should i crimp instead?
I would suppose in this case there is a good better best way to do it. IMO I would never do twists on a stereo, at the very least, do butt connectors. Best way would be to solder each wire one by one and seal with heat shrink. That will give you a very clean look and you'll be proud of yourself :)
Q: I have just bought a Clarion CZ500 and am trying to run a remote wire to the amp. Where do i connect the wire to the head unit? Please Help
On the 16-pin connector coming from the rear of the head unit, there's a blue/white wire terminated with an insulated female slide connector. You can crimp a male connector to your amp remote wire or simply cut the connector off and splice the wires together. The wiring diagram is on page 31 of your manual.
Q: I am replacing an old outlet with a GFCI and I have encountered a red wire...what is the red wire for?
It sounds like that receptacle was half switched. Receptacles are designed to have the small brass tab on the black side snap off and one half is constantly alive (black wire)and the other side is connected to a wall switch (red wire). Is this in a room with no ceiling light? Switched outlets are usually for a lamp to turn on as you enter the room. GFCI outlets are not designed to be switched on and off as both sides will go off. Is this room in a basement, kitchen, bathroom or near water pipes? You may not be required to have it GFCI protected. If you can and want a GFCI then try another outlet near by.
Q: Not the wire from RadioShack, but the really thin stuff used in modded circuit boards, logic circuits, low power circuits, etc.
Use telephone cable, inside has more than 20 pieces of single wire. Or using ethernet cable, inside has 8 pieces of single wire.
Q: I bought a new light that holds two light bulbs for my bathroom and quickly took off the old light. I then noticed that wall had three wires coming from it, a black, red, and white. The light however has four wires coming from it, 2 whites and 2 blacks. How do i wire this properly so both light bulbs can be turned on and off simultaneously?
I'm going to assume that you are in the U.S.A. (if not, then disregard the rest of my answer). On the new fixture, twist the ends of the black wires together and twist the ends of the white wires together. Connect the white fixture wires to the white wire in the wall (I hope it is in an electrical box). Connect the Black fixture wires to either the Black or Red wall wire. To determine which one, you will need to know which one is controlled by the switch on the wall. You could just pick one and see if it works. If it does not, then try the other wire. Do not use the cheap crappy wirenut connectors that usually come with these fixtures. Go to the hardware store and buy a pack of tan wirenuts (red will work if necessary.)
Q: I have two low voltage wires that run from one side of a building to another. The insulation on both wires is the same color. I eventually just walked an additional wire around the building and checked continuity. Is there an easier way to differentiate between the two wires?
1. At one side of the building mark the two wires. 2. Connect a battery to the two ends noting which is positive. 3. Go to the other side of the building and use your voltmeter to determine which wire end is positive. Mark that one the sameas you did the other end of the positive wire.
Q: i am hooking up a wiring harness on a 2000 ford ranger and cant figure out the wires to hook up and what they are
Generaly speaking: Red = Right turn Yellow = left turn White = ground Blue = running/parking lights brown = electric brakes Most trailer sales places can sell you a simple adapter that sipmply plugs into your truck wires behind the bumper.
Q: I know there must be a difference, and reason why some wires have a solid strand behind the rubber, or some have several strands. can someone explain to me how it works and the differences in wire. m trying to get my head into electricity. resources would be good too.
Stranded or solid are the same in so far as performance. The stranded is used where flexibility is needed. solid wire is prone to breaking when repeatedly flexed. Solid wire is a bit cheaper, and easier to work with where you need the wire to stay in a particular shape. .
Q: Need ro know where to put the wires correctly
try this K I S S power off keep it simple stupid NOW ,(((((turn the power off))))) at the wall you have a receptacle big brn thing slotted angled. If that is what you are talking about you lay the wires in it and screw the screw tight the top wires that angle are your hots black and red. there will be a green screw the bare grd goes there really tight, the white wire goes near the bottom or the silver screw the hots will be brassey looking , does not matter which goes where. (((((power off)))) power off At the dryer, this cord Gray flat with wires should have eyelets on it .Check and make sure your PLUG matches your receptacle The two wires on outside and the other on the other side , outside will be colored black and red, remaove the nut and place the oustside wires on the outside screws and tighten nuts bare wire to GREEN screw. AT the end of the dryer cord, if yo uare replacing the plug at the end of the cord which goes into the receptacle. you will have two brassey screws black and red go here remove about 3/4 of an inch of the colored insulation and insert in the hole this will put the wires in the right spot . you will have a sivler or white screw white goes there along with the green wire if you do not have the hole for it . Now turn power on and you are good to go
