Product properties:

1. The long-term working temperature allowed by overhead conducting wires is 70°C;

2. When there are large-span rare weather conditions and there is less ice coating occurring in heavy ice areas, maximum stress the lowest point of the conductor sag should not be more than 60% of instantaneous destructive power;

3. When the wires are connected, strands around the connecting pipe should not bulge, otherwise the strands of wires in operation will be unevenly stressed, after the joints are pressed, outlets of connecting pipe should be covered with moisture-proof paint to prevent corrosion;

4. When the wires are installed, sag stress of all the wires at the same gear should be the same, and within the range permitted by the limited distances to the ground and exceeding the distance for protection of building, the conducting wire stress can be higher by 10-15% than normal tension.  Scope of application:  This product is applied to overhead power transmission and distribution lines.

Q: I have dell optiplex 755 @ Q6600I bought a new graphic card, HD4850it requires 2 IDE power connections,but my computer has just SATA connections.I saw sata-to-ide converter in the internet,but in my country there isn't any store that sells it.What should I do ?
You don't have a PCI-E power cable from the PSU? You might need to upgrade your power supply as I'm pretty sure your power supply will not support that video card.
Q: So, I built my first computer 6 months ago, only to have the power supply fail, and maybe fry the CPU or the motherboard (hope not), and I ordered the XFX 550W from newegg. Now I built the computer, but this is actually going to be the first time I'm taking out the cables of the power supply to the motherboard, and it looks like it's quite tightly in there, do I just take it out by force? I don't want to exert too much pressure because I'm a pussy and I don't want to ruin it haha.
The HDD power cable has no clips, the SATA cable usually does though. The ATX power cable especially (20/24pin) will give quite a lot of resistance, just make sure to keep pushing the clip down while pulling up equally, meanwhile, keep an eye on the motherboard, it'll flex and bend as you pull it up, but yes, you will have to pull quite hard to get things out, harder than you would normally think, I was the same as you, I keep thinking if I pull/push too hard or force things they'll break, but components are far more robust and resistant than you think.
Q: I have a Dell Optiplex 790 SFF, I need a replacement power cable, on the manual it says for power: 240W, 1259 Btu/hr, 100 Vac to 240 vac, 50hz to 60 hz 3.6A. I contacted Dell and they said they have a power cable for it, the Dell 5120P cable which is 125 V 10A. Now my concern is with the 10A vs the 3.6A listed on the manual, should I be concerned?
Thanks David for your expertise!
Q: I am not sure of the reason but when i plugged in the power cable there was a crackling sound only for a second and then it stopped. I remember a similar occurennce when i had a loose electrical circuit would this have done any harm to the computer.
Its always good to use a surge protector instead of using direct power for a computer.It protects your computer from getting damaged during short circuit or current fluctuation.
Q: can i use this to power a pcie x16 card in a pcie x1 slot
That depends on what you mean by 'power'. You can use it to connect a PCIe x16 card to a PCIe x1 slot but it'll only have one PCIe lane connected, meaning that the interface will only have 1/16th of the bandwidth. That's fine for something like using a graphics card to mine Litecoin but not for gaming. As for powering it, if the card uses a lot of power so has external power connectors like a graphics card then you still need to connect those, if it normally runs without an extra power cable then it'll be fine. You'll notice that most of the reviews there are from people who were building Bitcoin/Litecoin mining rigs. When doing that the graphics cards are working flat out but there's not a lot of data being sent through the interface so a x1 interface is fine, when gaming the interface has to carry a lot more information so this would really slow it down. It would be fine for just providing a way to plug in a cheap graphics card to provide a second display for normal 2D use though but its 3D performance would suffer.
Q: I am trying to install a new Power Supply Dynex 520 Watt ATX and I cannot figure out what cable to connect to the hard drive. It was very small and I had a hard time connecting it. Do you have a clue?
besides the actuality that maximum power aspects are interchangable, no longer all power aspects artwork on all structures. some issues to make valuable of while procuring a power furnish are one million. the recent furnish has the superb power pins could desire to connect on your motherboard and instruments. 2. the recent power furnish suits on your computing gadget case, the dissimilar severe end power aspects are somewhat extra desirable and don't sit down real in all circumstances, 3. the recent power furnish has the two sufficient Wattage and Amperage. a superb style of individuals make the blunders via getting getting a power furnish with too low amp score by way of fact it became into extra inexpensive. look at the two by way of fact they're the two important.
Q: Which is the best way to prevent damage to the laptop / ac power jack when someone trips on the cable ?Dont ask me to buy a Mac since I already have one. This is for my new PC notebook.
I would suggest using the velcro tye's you can get at any electronic store. Try tying off at the leg of your table. You can also use gaffing tape to tape it down to your floor. Gaffers tape usually doesn't leave a residue and is easily removed. Again, you can get it at Home Depot int he electronics section. Oh yeah, and be careful. :o)
Q: I have a SATA DVD burner SATA 160GB HD .... but the PSU only comes with ONE SATA power connector .... great ..I was thinking about buying a SATA host controller card ... but I found out that that will only give me more SATA ports and take up one of my PCI slots LOLThen I was thinking about returning my SATA DVD burner for an IDE DVD burner ...
What the sata connector/converter does is the same as the molex plug does on a ATA device, it just allows you to use the molex plugs as your power source for the SATA devices. Your devices should have a 4 pin connector for the molex so you really don't need the converter plug, as either way you only use one power plug. Don't use both (serial power connection 4 pin molex on one device) and there should be a warning label on the device that says the same.
Q: there are two cables one thats blue and one thats black what are they called?
One is the power supply cable (Black one) and since its blue the second one would be a VGA cable. Hope this helps.
Q: I have an old school Soundstream 500s amplifier(500 Watts) and I want to put it in my 1965 Mustang Coupe. I want to have a small but clean sounding system for the old car, probably with two small subwoofers too. I need to get all new cables for this sound system, so what would be a good power cable for the amp? I need roughly about 25-30 ft. of cable just to be safe and a fuse as well.
I love bass. But don't put a system in that car. I don't believe in doing that to classic cars.
