Q: I mean Data cable is to upload, download from Mobile (Cell) to the PC, (net), so what does Bluetooth do has what Data cable aint got or does?
Since Bluetooth is specifically designed for mobile use, in most cases it’s a bit nicer on your battery and consumes less power to do the same job as WiFi tethering does. Also like WiFi, Bluetooth is “fairly” secure. f the device you’re connecting is able to connect to your smartphone or tablet (whichever device has the data plan that you’re using to tether through), that’s probably the best option. Tethering consumes energy by expending power through the antenna to communicate with the carrier. When you connect via USB the device (we’ll call it a laptop, for the sake of simplicity) gets power via the USB cable.
Q: I looked everywhere but I cant find a data cable to match my new Samsung phone a737. I really want to buy one at a store, or a reliable site.

Q: Iam using Nokia 3110C mobile phone and i have recently bought USB Data Cable (DKE-2) and i have transfered many music files to my Mobile and many photos to my PCbut now when i connect usb data cable to my Mobile to Pc a message appears as CANNOT INSTALL HARDWARE.A FATAL ERROR OCCURRED DURING INSTAAL many times i have re attached Data Cable, Restarted Pc and even Restareted my Mobile.but the same problem repeats.when i select Standard Nokia Mode on my mobile this problem occurs but when i select Data Storage other modes this problem is not occuring.and can u pls solve my problem and what should i do to solve this problem.pls help
try right here steps a million. uninstall the computer suite. 2. reinstall the suite. 3. connect the files cable and computer and telephone. the fone will ask the relationship mode, choose nokia suite mode installation will take a jiffy and your fone should be put in. again if there is any issue, you should examine the suite compatibility, and decide nicely matched suite on your fone, and set up. if the problem persists pls revert.
Q: I have data cable, both have bluetooth

Q: I need another sata data cable in order to hook up my dvd drive with my mother board and I was wondering where I can get one? Or do I actually need that cord or just the one connecting it to the psu? Also, I was wondering what are the different methods that I can use to get internet into the desktop I am building? Thanks,Rob
You need both: One to transmit power (peripherals 4p), and one to transmit data (SATA). Get an Internet access? Well this you to get a broadband contract from ISP's.
Q: i don't have a data cable, but i do have a memory card.
You have to have a data cable. You can put themes on your memory card but for them to work you have to edit or put new files in your phone. That is where the data cable comes in. I tried but failed so went to OKorder and bought a cable for $4. It was easy after that.
Q: I ordered a XBOX 360 data transfer cable and it didn't come with a CD I bought it to transfer files from one hard drive to another is there any way i can get a new cd or is there a site that i can download from and burn it thanks

Q: I have purchased a China Mobile when I connect the data cable to a Computer it is only charging How could I transfer data.
in the front of the workstation or on the back you have an rectangular like a shape connect the usb cable to it and to the cellular.with the usb you could circulate any sort of archives which your cellular helps.and likewise you could deliver archives to the workstation.
Q: I just got a new vx9900 (enV) and I've read that you have to pay $30-40 to 'enable' data transfers from your PC to your phone (music, pics, contacts, etc). Is there a way around that? What exactly are you paying for?I have also read that you can simply download drivers that let you connect your phone+computer for seamless transfers. I'm confused! HELP!
I would just buy a micro SD card, that way you can transfer music and pictures to your phone for free, (minus the cost of the SD card) and you can put pictures you took with your phone on your computer. I have one in my phone vx8300 and it works great.
Q: At age 64 - I am neither good with computers or phones. Cingular/ATT sold me an LG CU500v phone and a SanDisk 2 gig memory card. I bought a USB cord to allow me to download games ring tones from my computer to the phone as well as feed camera photos to the computer and avoid the cell phone fees. (I am not only old, not a whizz at computers - but cheap as well.) The phone shows the memory card so I know that is working ok. The USB cord powers up the phone so I assume that is working ok. When I got the new hwd. wizard box - I Cancled (per the LG instruction book). Then, when I go to Desktop - My computer - it shows the CD drive, the hard drive etc. but nothing on my Removable Disk. I was supposed to be able to download on the computer and then drag/drop into the phone (removable disk). My computer is a Windows 2000. .What am I doing wrong? .thanks in advance for any help.
I just saw this same issue on a review of the product. The USB Connection Mode on your device is most likely still set to Data Service rather than Mass Storage. Unplug your phone from the usb cable. On the phone, go to your Menu button, choose Settings (# 9), then choose Connection (# 7). Choose USB Connection Mode (#2) and then choose Mass Storage (#1). After this, you should be able to plug it back into the usb cable and you should be able to drag/drop media onto your phone. Hope this helps
