Q:I have a T-Mobile G1 (which is amazing). It came with a data cable. I also had a data cable that I got for a previous phone. I plugged the old data cable into my G1 and it began charging and acting like the G1 data cable. Is this safe? Q:I have am Energizer PSP charger with a USB cord. I needed to transfer some data from my Acer laptop to my PSP. Couldn't I just use the USB cord that came with the Energizer charger for that? I mean, It is a USB cable after all and its for the PSP.: If it's just a normal USB cable where one end fits into a computer's USB port and the other end fits into the PSP's USB port(on the top of the PSP)then yes.
