- Q: Hi, I found a website that lets you pick an image on your computer or online and lets you turn it into a cellphone wallpaper, but after receiving a hefty bill from my cellphone carrier in the past for going online with my phone to shop for wallpapers, I wanted to use a data cable to transfer the image that way, but the thing is, I don't know much about computers and I have no idea how to do it. I knew that it charged the phone, but I also thought that you could transfer like pictures from the phone to the computer. I clicked finish, but then realized i hadn't unchecked a box that said Do not ask me to install again, so now I don't know how to try to install it again. I'm so confused.
