Open Desktop manager and select add remove programs. Once in there chose the option to browse, you will find your files for the program, they should be ALX and COD files.click on them and select ok. Then you will select finish and it will show you which programs are being added to your BB. Make sure when downloading apps/themes ect that its not OTA or over the air but to be done via desktop. So that you get the appropriate files. If you need further assistance let me know.
