Your already in good shape. Just keep learning and driving the way I did. But I didn't start until I was 22 years old, so you've got a headstart! Make sure to take some shop courses in your high school to get a good job. That's what I did. I took electricity courses and became an electrical engineer. Keep going to school as long as you can.

with wiper switch off push wiper down as for as they go and tighten nut and you should be good to go

I would not jack up the car for oil change. Use ramp and choke the rear wheels. If I don't have a ramp, I would use screw jacks (jack + can be used as jack stand) and place it under the front wheel tire jacking position. When you use a floor jack, then you have to locate a frame that is strong enough to support the weight of the car and for some cars, this isn't straight forward.

call all the car repair/custom shops in your area...we aren't psychic and don't know where you live and what the prices are where you live...and you can get it as high as you can drive it, but remember in some states it's illegal to drive cars like that and you may get tickets or they may take your car.
