dont smoke around the car get it looked at today by a pro have them lift the car they know how to find it its verry dangrous to continue to drive
Q: i was planning on getting some 22‘s for my 2003 infiniti Q45, just wanted to know if im going to have to lift my car, or use spacers. hopefully they fit right in there without rubbing! thanks for any help/advice you have.
No matter what, you will have rub and have to lift it. This is one obnoxious project you have here. Plus size them as in one inch or two at most.
Q: Lifted Jeep or Convertible sports car?
Will the tires extra healthful your rims? even although you do no longer say the dimensions of your modern-day rims, sure quantity of carry required so as which you have not got any rub? 32's must be nice with inventory top, regardless of if verify consisting of your tire shop to make confident. 2 inch's of suspension carry a million inch heigher experience top.
Q: Does the lift service require a special industry operation certificate?
But at least you have to understand the principle of low-voltage, can understand the circuit diagram, hydraulic road map, road map and other basic skills, otherwise the accident is only
Q: A sheet of chrome has lifted off my rim, still attached. You think there‘s a glue for this job? Thx.
If you mean that the chrome plating is separating, then try a clear epoxy after a good cleaning.
Q: I took my car to the mechanic to get the radiator flushed and I just put 20‘ rims on my dodge intrepid when he lift the car up high my wheels where like kinda hanging. Is that bad? I asked him and he said no that the springs support the weight of the wheels. I don‘t know man it didn‘t look right to me but then again im not an expert on cars. So what do you think is he right?
well hello mr fireman, well is it an iron patch? if it is just iron it on.if its not go to the fabrick store and ask if they have like a spray on fabrick glue that will also work.
Q: on a car lift not just a jack, and what exactly is it?
If you mean the seam along the side of the body, where the rocker sills are attached, I wouldn't if you have an alternative, like a spring pad or crossmember. Anytime you put stress on this area, you weaken it. Older model K cars and Chrysler products had the car jack use this area as a lift point. I've seen lots of cars ruined, when rust damage allowed the lift to go through the area, then damage the door or something worse. It's just an exposed seam spot welded together at the factory. Hope this helped
Q: I want to put 22s on it but they rub on front when turning, plus on the back they would rub when the car is full of people at bumps, how much is it and how much do i need to lift it ? 1 or 2 inches? Plus what else i need to upgrade? I will use it as my daily driver.the tires ill be using are 265/35R22
That is a ridiculous size for that car. Your speedometer and odometer will be off by a mile, your car will be slower, ride worse, handle worse, and get worse gas mileage. Your suspension components will also all wear out faster with the significant increase in unsprung weight. In short, you will be paying a lot of money to make your car worse in every way. Does this sound like a smart decision?
