Woolite makes a can of foam that's sprayed down and vacuumed up after it dries... can be applied more heavily and rubbed into dirtier areas. - its very low unless the builders have a discount at the suppliers for all the new home owners to use $16 psy will only allow you to get the basic quality carpet, and certainly nothing like stainmaster i would either renegotiate, or, ask for a total spend in amount, and use that to purchase a couple of good qulaity carpets and buy the rest yourself, a $16 carpet isnt worth having, it will look shabby in no time

- They have the exact one at Home Depot, you can even order the size you want. I do not know if you will find it online though, I just know my local store in Glendale,Az has it. Those prices that are on that website above are outragous!! I have the same one in the grays/tans/teals, I only paid about $260.00 for two custom sized rugs, and they are huge!! One is 12 by 14.
