- There are several factors to consider. The weight of the chair + the object on the chair divided by the number of legs the chair has. The angle of legs will not matter. What matters is the placement of the object on the chair. Unless specified, You assume the object on the chair is center. But if calculating for a person setting on the chair you may have variables on placement of weight ratios front to rear. This is usually compensated for(on average) by the rear legs being angled back to push the center of mass forward seeking a balance so all of the legs support the same (approximate) weight. I hope you found this helpful. P.S. If you have access to several matching scales you can place a chair with each leg on different scales. Have a person sit in the chair and observe each scale. Next use something else like a stack of books and place them on different areas of the chair to see what happens.

- the chairs are real but they aren't steel they are made of plastic when they hit it's so obvious and sometimes you can see the chair doesn't hit directly to the head, the wrestler usually blocks it with their hands. - Q: I've play flute for 8 years now, piccolo for 6. Last year when playing for chairs I got 2nd chair. I got absolutely no solos nor piccolo parts. Being my sophomore year, I didn't mind all that much. Our flute section leader was first chair. Now this year she is drum major. - It may not help, but just remember that because another person is rewarded doesn't mean that you're being punished. There can only be one first chair. Just because someone else has it doesn't mean you're not good, it just means you don't have first chair. Play second chair and play the hell out of it. You're not on anyone's bad side - yet. Sometimes the hard truth is that there's a half-point difference between getting the position and not. Just don't let it screw up your relationships with friends. Forty years from now the glory of having spent a few months as a high school first chair will be insignificant compared to everything else your life will hold.

- Yes... you can still get desk chairs with only 4 legs, and no arms. You can find them at department stores, office supply stores, etc. (OfficeMax, Office Depot, Sam's Club, Staples, Target, WalMart, etc) I will say this much.... a chair with 5 legs is more stable than a 4 leg chair....less likely to tip over. When I have a choice between the two... I get the 5 leg chair. Another option might be to consider a kitchen/dining chair. Happy Shopping

- No. Thats the reason why gaming chairs (which are gay) have speakers. You can only have sound thru the chair or t.v so chose wisely

- Unscrew the chair bottom and turn upside down on top of your fabric. Lift edge of fabric over chair edge and see how much it takes to be able to staple to the bottom. Cut fabric around chair bottom that much. staple middle of front....pull fabric tight and staple middle of back. Do the same thing on the sides and continue stapleing and pulling fabric. Do the same thing for the seat back.
