Q: Can a PoE powered cause a surge if I connect it to a Gigabit ethernet port?PoE Switch --gt; UTP cable --gt; Non-poe Gigabit Ethernet Switch
No, the PoE switch will initiate the connection with a low voltage signal to determine if the device at the other supports PoE or not. If not, it doesn't apply a current.
Q: why my pc is shutting down and restarting only when removing the power cable and connecting it again?
What she is saying is that when she goes to shut down the system,it shuts down fine. but will not start again unless the unit is unplugged from power, then is plugged back in,and then the power switch is hit. If the system is shut down and the power is not removed then re- connected it will not restart.. Not that hard to understand.. unless you are brain damaged. Try having someone swap the power supply out with a known working one. I had a system that did that until i changed out the power supply. It's usually caused by bad capacitors in it. Another thing that can cause it is bad caps on the motherboard and sometimes tho rarely an improperly seated ram chip.
Q: I just put a new sound system in my boat with a sony xplod sub and amp, and also an infinity reference amp with 4 kenwood speakers. The problem i'm having is that i had to run the amp power cable right past the right rear speaker and now i'm getting a lot of feedback when the engine is turned on. Is there any way to insulate the power cable so that i don't get that annoying feedback through that one speaker? thanks-Josh
It sounds like alternator whine. you're transforming into to be a rca undesirable, floor loop, or low high quality amp. attempt working a 18ga twine from the headunit chassis to the amp chassis. If this solves the concern you have a floor loop. verify all your wiring(particularly the floor and its region) and make confident your rca cable isn't pinched and contacting a floor.
Q: I need 600W of power for my new computer, but all I have is 2 300W, 20-pin power supplies. What I'm wondering is if I can combine the 2 20-pin connectors and turn them into 1 24-pin connector?
relies upon on the producer are you advantageous its basically 20 pin as some 4 pin connectors grasp freely so how many different 4 clusters do you have you will desire to have 2 one million of those would be the different connector you go with except its an exceptionally very very old cheappy PSU inwhich case replace it they ordinary and much less costly 30 bux
Q: THE PROBLEM IS THE POWER CABLES HAVE 20 PINS AND THE ENTRANCE OF THE MOTHERBOARD HAS 22! SO HOW DO I HAVE TO CONNECT IT?
The okorder /
Q: Yjv22 what is the core of the cable? Copper core or aluminum core?
YJ refers to the insulation material for the cross-linked polyethylene, V refers to the inner layer of PVC within the steel sheath armored copper power cable as aluminum core was YJLV22
Q: So I had this monitor I used to use, then didn't use it for a while, now I want to use it again but can't find the power supply cable. I can get a new one, but the thing is I have to know what to ask for, right? I don't know what cable to ask for. I did some google search on it too but still can't seem to find exactly the type of the cable that is specified. Help? Can someone do it for me so I can go to my local electronics score and look for a cable that will do the work?
yeah man, that 3 prong cable is synonomous with pc's, i used a old imac cable for the longest time because it looks rad.
Q: Electrical equipment installation project "power cable laying" cable cross-sectional area refers to the cable cross-sectional area, or refers to the copper core cross-sectional area, such as 3 × 25mm2 refers to 25mm. 75mm2 or cable cross-sectional area of 490mm2? More
Is not the power cord is loose, or is the motherboard battery power
Q: I have a simple 400watt amp going to a single 10inch kicker sub, nothing crazy. I need to know what gauge of power cable would be safe. An 8 gauge for example...
Voltage isn't your significant enemy while coping with electrical energy. that is present day or amps that are the foremost venture. you could think of of it like a water hose, the V is the value of the water, the A is the quantity. Take Ohm's regulation as an occasion. Say we've an amp that's producing 1000W With a 230V capability gadget we've 4.3A, with a 14V capability gadget we've 71A. that's a good number of amperage. vehicle capability cables have a thick jacket to keep away from shorts, shorts are undesirable. in case you had a great cable going from one end of your vehicle to the different, and not employing a fuse. (lot's of people do not fuse properly) If that cable is presented in touch with the metallic of the motor vehicle it is going to short and that entire cable is going to get crimson warm and burn your vehicle to the floor.
Q: Just curious i also want to have my ps3 in good condition so i was wondering how durable is the power and av cables
they would last for years if you dont pull them or stomp on them... they are that good!
