Technical details:

Conductor: Conductor cross section of 800mm2 or below is stranded through compacting round core, with better roundness and higher compacting coefficient. Conductor cross section more than 800mm2 is made by segment of Milliken method to minimize skin connecting and alternating current impedance and increase power transmission capacity of cable

Insulation: XLPE, gravity feeding in 1000 level ultra-clean environment.

Product line: VCV

Metallic screen/sheath:   Option 1) Welded corrugated aluminum sheath

Option 2) Extruded Corrugated aluminum sheath

Option 3) Copper wire + poly laminated sheath

Outer sheath: PVC, MDPE, HDPE, LDPE

Characteristic of use:

  1. Allowable max. long-time operation temperature of cable conductor: 90°C

  2. Allowable Max. short circuit temperature of cable conductor (max. sustaining period not exceeding 5s): 250 °C

  3. Allowable Min. bending radius when laying cable, generally 20 times of the cable diameter

Main Cross sections for 500kV Power Cable:

 400mm2, 500mm2, 630mm2, 800mm2, 1000mm2, 1200mm2, 1400mm2, 1600mm2, 1800mm2, 2000mm2, 2500mm2

Q: my father took away my cable so i can play the game but i just want to take the game out of it
You can risk breaking your xbox or you could also pick any random house on your street and knock at the door and ask to plug your xbox with their cable to remove the disc. Every household owns an xbox Or just stop by a friends house with your xbox
Q: VV3 * 120 + 2 * 70 cable what does it mean
Friends, shielded cable is a layer of mesh copper or metal wire woven from one or more wires surrounded by a cable, this layer of mesh to prevent lightning, the outside signal can not interfere with it, and control cable is used To control the device to start the protection circuit, etc., in general occasions do not need to shield, with the general insulated wire on it, as long as the load on the line.
Q: I have an electrical source 220 Kv or 380 KV at site X and want to pull cables to site Y to privde electricity for this Y site for general lighting and power sockets. So what is the max distance for the cables i can pull from site X without voltage drop affect the voltage or power at site Y.
For zero voltage drop, the distance is zero. If this is a practical question, you would need to know: 1. How much voltage drop can be tolerated (eg. 1%? 5%? other?) 2. What is the maximum current the cables will need to handle? 3. What is the resistance-per-length of the cable?
Q: I was wondering if it is possible to have flat power cables as i want to place my hdtv on the wall but don't want the power cable trailing down so that it looks like its levitating (i suppose anyway). I also want to do this for my mini hi-fi, as that is on a supporting wall and feeding wires through that is either not viable and/or out of my electrical range. I live in the UK, so would prefer a national company as opposed to foreign.
Hi Allotted, The best thing to do is cut into the wall and run the cables down the inside. By the time you have power, DVD/VCR, cable connection and a dozen other things you have a huge bundle of cables. Cut a opening behind the TV and run the wires down the inside to the floor. Make an opening to bring them out there. I did mine like that and while it took some effort the results were a great looking installation. Norm
Q: Wire and cable manufacturing process (to be detailed)?
Hello, copper wire per square safe current-carrying 6A, .05X6A = 3A.X220V = 660W, 3AX380V = 1140W, aluminum core for the same 4A algorithm,
Q: is it possible to split the live wire feeding my car stereo into 3 feeds so one is my stereo , two is my satnav power cable and the 3rd is my reversing sensor display. will this overload the wires? any advice how i can do this would be most helpful. thanks
I'm assuming you mean the wire providing the 12-volt power to your radio? And you want to connect other unit's it? It all depends on how much current is drawn by the additional units. Do they have fuses? What sizes are they? Backup cameras usually draw very little current and have really thin wires. Shouldn't be a problem. What type of navigation device? Does it use a DVD-ROM or is it just on a chip, like a portable Tom Tom, Garvin, etc.? If neither of the units' fuses exceed 5 amps, I'd say you're safe (in most cars) running it from the radio's power wire. However, you didn't state the type of car. Late-model GM cars or Audi/Volkswagen have low-current radio wires that use computers. They are known as data bus or can bus systems. I'd avoid connecting to these.
Q: I looked on 3 of my friends plus mine and looked at the cord that comes from the big block power supply thing for the xbox 360 and every one of them looked differant. Why is that?
so when they brake u cant but cheaper replacements . you have to buy the real thing so they make more money
Q: Have a 480 volts 3 phase 16 amp motor. Need 400 ft of extention cord. Is is OK to use a SOOW 10/4 cable, the voltage drop is 2.67%(12 volts). Machine is powerd by a generator that I can run at 500 volts to counter the voltage drop.8/4 cable cost twice as much, but the voltage drop is 1.7%(8 volts).
I suppose this may work, just remember make sure you don't overheat your cord, and your motor runs ok with this setup, over or under voltage is hard on a motor. try using a volt meter on the motor while under load in order to find the proper voltage for the generator, that % is calculated and may not be acurate in real life.
Q: On my PSU I have two PCI-E 6 pin cables. I have looked at the motherboard and saw there is nowhere to plug it in and my motherboard manual says of no slots for it but I do have two PCI-Express slots. Do they plug into the cards themselves or something? How do I use the PCI-E power cables?
Leave the cables be. In the future if you buy some heavy weight graphis card then you can use these cable. Otherwise leave it be. Tie it up in the comp to let the air flow well.
Q: I recently bought a new internal hard drive for my computer (Hitachi Hds721010cla332, a upgraded version of what I currently have). When trying to install it I found out that the power socket isnt the same as my current hard drive. Ive been searching on the internet but cant find an adapter that converts from my current hard drives power cable to the new hard drives required power cable.
