How does the automatic door work?
The automatic door system consists of sensors, controllers, motors, rails and doors. The sensor is now mostly microwave sensors, the equivalent of a radar, when there is a movement near the object, it sends a signal to the controller. Controller is generally used PLC programming microcomputer, we can adjust the controller through the door to open the door when the speed. The controller controls the operation of the motor and the motor is connected to the door by means of a toothed belt and a door connection (connected by a hanging part). There is a pulley on the hanging part. The door is hung on the guide rail by a pulley on the hanging part Can slide. The rails are fixed on the beams and the beams are firmly connected to the walls on both sides. The gravity of the door is supported by the guide rail, and the belt pull door slides left and right on the rail
The basic function of the automatic door
Through the remote control switch, so that he entered the "automatic" state, the so-called automatic, that is, as long as someone through this door, sensor door control system will automatically determine and open the door, people through; people after the door will be timely Automatically shut down, (that is, people to open the door, people closed the door.) This will not only save indoor air-conditioning energy, as well as effective isolation of outdoor dust into, but also to isolate some noise. And all this, no need to operate, completely by the intelligent system automatically
What is GMT automatic door?
Taiwan is a gated brand, with automatic doors sliding door, to spring, hardware and so on
The principle of induction key valve
When the sensor detects that someone wants to enter, the signal is passed to the main controller. After receiving the information, the main controller informs the motor to run the motor and monitors the number of revolutions of the motor to inform the motor to accelerate or slow down at some speed. The motor to get information and some current to do the forward movement, the power back to the timing belt, the belt will be passed to the spreader system to open the door, the door opened by the controller to determine whether the need to close the door, The controller then informs the motor for reverse movement, closing the door, and so on
We have a Chrysler town & country van that is about 5 years old. It has automatic doors where you press a button to open the sliding side doors, but recently one of the doors gets stuck in the middle and you have to push the door the rest of the way. We cannot see anything stuck on the track and we have tried oiling it, but as time goes on place where the door stops is gradually moving. Any ideas on what the problem is? Thanks!
The wiring harness for the door (it looks like a plastic bicyle chain) has a broken wire. When the door slides back to a certain point, the wire comes apart. Replacement should be about $150-200 dollars. If you are handy, you can try to open up the harness and repair the broken wires.
What if your automatic door locks on both the front passenger and driver's side work only intermittently at best That's both with the remote and with the door button itself Can you fix this? 2001 Ford F150 supercrew
Sounds like its the actuators in the door itself....it's an elecrical part and commonly goes out on some vehicles....I know neons have a huge issue with them, at least in my experience. Your biggest problem is, they are for the most part a dealer item only. Easy to install though. Hope this helped.
How is my world automatic door?
You are talking about the automatic door, I will only use the kind of red stone, viscous piston, red stone torch, pressure plate to do the automatic door, if you can reply to me
I have a Honda odyssey 2004 and lately I have been having problems with the back doors sliding. Sometimes when I try to close the doors with the remote like I always do, one of the back doors will not slide on its own. Do you know why that maybe happening? I thought maybe when I took it to get an oil change at sears that they mistreated the car. It wasn't doing that before then. Yea I try to close it with the remote and it gets stuck, and then it doesn't close unless I try a couple of times or pushing it manually. Its annoy because if you close the door manually then you can't lock it with the remote. Any thoughts on why its doing that?
There is a center door roller that slides along the horizontal track that is half-way between the roof and the floor. You need to make sure that track is clean and lubricated. Typically on the Odyssey the track gets an accumulation of dirt and grit over time and the center roller will get hung up on it. So the first thing to do is to have the track cleaned and lubricated. If you don't then you'll cause the roller to wear or break (its possible that this has happened already) the second common cause is that the door that is out of alignment. Those doors can be aligned but its no easy thing to do. Its not unusual for the door to go out of alignment from continual opening and closing. the earlier models had problems with the contact switches on the door and the door post. I think the problems were addressed by 2004, but you might want to have the contacts on the door and the door jamb cleaned with electrical contact cleaner. Bad contacts usually stop the door from latching automatically. Get the center track cleaned and lubricated and go from there hope that helps
